When I reached out to Luan from HI he was very professional, knowledgable, and helpful in providing me with quotes for Auto & Renter's coverage. Luan was very patient and kind and although he knew I worked in the insurance industry (not personal lines) he still took the time to explain coverages, limits, and any differences in WA versus HI. He was always available when I called with questions after, not only insurance related questions, but places to see and do in WA. Not to mention, his premises is very clean and open. We just purchased a new vehicle so as I was searching for his number to inform his office to update my policy, I stumbled across Yelp and saw his first review in which he was rated 1 star.
