I was told while having a mammogram that implants could hide some forms of breast cancer. I researched and got three separate quotes (Sound Plastic Surgery was the middle price) and choose Dr. Josh Copper based on his knowledge, professionalism and demeanor. I am pleased with the way that everything turned out. My new breast are beautiful and fit my body perfectly. Before my surgery my right breast was larger than my left and Dr. Cooper was able to even them out. The nursing staff and clinic team were kind, attentive and answered all my questions. It still stands as one of the best decisions I have ever made, it's no exaggeration to say that having this surgery vastly improved my life. I feel better, am more confident, more active, more comfortable, clothes fit better and SUMMER is no longer the torture it once was - I can wear strappy tank tops, dresses, and wireless bras!!!! I've had a few friends who commented that, after seeing the change in me, they are seriously considering a reduction for themselves. It's been two years and they look GREAT. The scars underneath have lightened considerably and there are no scars at all around the areola. You can still feel the scars underneath, but it's nothing major. I booked it, then emailed her to verify that she would be able to see me on a holiday. Unfortunately, she never responded to my email. Less than two weeks before my appointment, and after I had taken time off from work (I had to take off the weekend too, which pays more), she texted me with: "I thought I would be able to work that day but my circumstances have recently changed." That doesn't sound like an emergency. Turns out it was not, and that family "unexpectedly" showed up for Thanksgiving. So keep in mind that if her family unexpectedly shows up, or anything that she deems *more* important than your appointment, that you will be cancelled. This is taking little to no consideration that you, as the client, have already taken off several work days well in advance. Or, that you have to book time off months in advance. So, regardless if she believes 2 weeks is enough notice or not, jobs do not normally allow you to just pick those work days back up. Turns out this has happened with other clients, too. Super unprofessional. I re-booked and when I got there, she had me fill out an Intake Form, which was a waste of time since I had already asked if there was paperwork I needed to fill out before her appointment. So, I spent time doing that when my appointment was supposed to start, then she has to review the paperwork. She said this was "just how she does it," but it's not an efficient use of either of our time. Once, that was done she said she couldn't do the treatment due to having facial breakouts. She said she sent me pre-care instructions, but I never received anything. This was another waste of time since I had, once again, taken time off of work for this. Overall, her communication and professionalism were lacking, and she came off as new, which maybe she is. I recommend looking elsewhere.
