However, within 3 years, I replaced the shitty engine GDi, braking pads, braking discs, etc. Last year I replaced the AC compressor and this year I also replaced the AC compressor and the stirring wheel turns out to be defective. When I bought this shitty car, I ended up paying $19,000 plus taxes. Since then I have spent around $10,000 on this car and according to Kelly's book, now this car is worth $6,600. What I want to say is do not believe the Carmax description on the car that they sell what you pay for. They simply rip you off on your money. Plus, Kia is the worst car you want to have. This is a very scammy company that can lure you into buying very used, shitty car at a very high price. Do not trust these people and this company. I've also realized that if you have a specific advisor/consultant you can jump the line! One guy did this. Note to self--- have a favorite advisor/consultant on speed dial to jump the queue for checkin. At 8:55 finally completed checked in. It's now a 1.5 hour wait for oil change and brake fluid (code B17). I declined $500 of up-charges for preventative maintenance (that seemed reasonable) as it would have been another hour. Not sure why I was given an appointment if this is the service level. The person in front of me was told the same time for just an oil change. Hope the wait is a situation of over-delivery. I've been going here for over 4 years (when I moved to the area) for my 2018 CRV. Today I asked to use my accumulated "points" towards today's service, and was told they all went away when the dealership was bought out. Bummer again. Hum. I've had no service issues, but wondering if it's time to try the other Honda dealer in town as it's a similar distance to my home. Oh, none of the coupons on their website could be used as my tire rotation is "free" since I bought my tires here. That counted as a coupon. They do have a fun coffee machine and a small bowl of packaged snacks. Unfortunately the snack bowl has been nearly emptied by the crowd of people waiting for their card to be serviced. The Advisor was efficient and knowledgeable... thus the 3 rating. In reality, as I'm very annoyed with the checkin wait, inability to use advertised coupons, and service wait, I'm feeling a 2 but being kind. Additionally it was remarkably quieter inside than my 2009 Odyssey even after I spent countless hours sound dampening it. Killer service and even a couple follow up texts from Wade, asking if everything was as it should be. Cool. This marks the second car purchased by my wife and myself. The car I gave them in partial trade in for her car back in 2014 brings back an irritating recollection which blackens out star number 5. Two years after that traded in car was essentially a forgotten bad memory, I received a ticket from the Milwaukee municipal something or other, demanding I pay for a pile of parking tickets accrued prior to the vehicle being towed into car jail. For which they also wanted a ransom paid before I would be given back my car! This was a total of possibly more than the cars trade in worth. As it turned out, Sheopp sold a heap of traded in heaps to a shady used car peddler in or near Milwaukee, and in turn this business never bothered clearing titles etc. a couple angry phone calls and Sheopp again redeemed their image to me, resulting in my recent purchase of my "new to me" Honda Odyssey for which I write these possibly useful, marginally funny and definitely uber-cool words.

I had free oil change so I went to get that. Driving home down the hwy. And I hear what sounds like a bolt drop on on the road, I kept driving. Got closer to home and here metal grinding on the road. Stop at gas station and the plate was hanging down scraping the road. I called from the gas station. The guy was very rude and said it wasn't there problem. So I wrote a review about it. Next day a shop guy calls me and tells to bring it back. So I did so they put a new plate on. ​​Apparently whoever did the oil change didn't tighten the bolts and they fell out. Then in January of 26 the turbo goes out. I bought this car the end of November in 24. I did have a 3 month warranty. So I didn't have to pay for the repairs they did. Now April 26 something is wrong with the turbo again. I had the turbo replaced at a local mechanic shop in my town so I didn't have to drive a hour to Shcoepp motors. So now I need to get ot repaired again. Also I'm in a upside loan so I have to pay it down if I want to get rid of it. So I'm fucked now. Assholes. I not only got ripped off on the price but the mechanics of the vehicle as well. NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM SCHOEPP MOTORS. I didn't even want to give 1 star. But I had to to post this.

My brother was looking for a work truck and I noticed a bunch in their lot. We scoped out the website first and found a few options that fit his specs and budget, so I was the "scout" that got to run over there and see things first-hand. Dave was super friendly - he gave me the straight-scoop on what he had, where they came from, and options (some had undercoating sprayed on them, etc). The trucks were in great shape - brought in from Arizona, and you could tell. Not a spot of rust anywhere. Clean as a whistle. The time came for my brother come see them in person and it didn't take long. We dealt with Jacob - also super friendly - and after a quick test drive, it was a done deal. About 20 minutes of paperwork and you're out. I'm impressed. That's the most I've ever trusted a car dealer, and I appreciated their honesty. Pricing there is pretty firm - they price to sell and aim for volume sales. You can try to dicker - we didn't, mostly because the truck was already nicely priced. I struck out trying to get Jacob to throw in their Corvette as a "finder's fee". Ah well. :) Next time I'm in need of a vehicle, I'll certainly check them out. I'd recommend others do the same!

LONG STORY SHORT: Zimbrick completely tried to rip off my brother and lied about what work needs to…read morebe done on his car. They made him think the car was unsafe to drive, so he did not have a vehicle to drive for two weeks, only to find out there was nothing wrong with his car. This is a review posted for my brother's experience specifically at the Zimbrick Honda dealership's service center on Grand Canyon Drive. AVOID THIS SERVICE CENTER AT ALL COSTS!! They are dishonest about what work your car needs, and they will try to rip you off completely. My brother was told by the Zimbrick sevice center that his car was leaking transmission fluid from the axle seals. They also mentioned that his air intake hose was about to tear, and it needed to be replaced immediately. Both of these were strange findings as his car is not that old and has relatively low mileage. So, he took the car to Goodyear (on 608 Washington Ave.) to get another quote and a second look. Zimbrick quoted him for $840 for the transmission fluid issues, while the folks at Goodyear quoted him for literally HALF the cost. However, they also said they couldn't find a leak. Apparently, his car's seals were totally fine. As for the air intake hose, Goodyear found that it's only slightly worn from weather and time, but it still looked fine. The mechanic at Goodyear said they wouldn't recommend my brother to go out of his way to replace it until a light comes on for it on the dashboard of the car Overcharging is standard for dealerships, so that's to be expected, but it is totally unacceptable to tell customers that urgent service must be completed when there are zero problems. Zimbrick inconvenienced my brother for two weeks because he couldn't drive his car during that time, and it turns out it was all a lie! BONUS ADVICE: Seriously, go to the Goodyear on 608 Washington Ave. when you need stuff done for your car. They're so honest and they're such standup people there. They went one step further after checking over my brother's car to say that they weren't comfortable charging him with anything because no services needed to be done. They didn't even charge my brother for the part they ordered because they will just send it back for him at no cost. How amazing is that, right?!
