I followed up on the email I sent to BM Flooring on 12/02, and finally got a response on 12/26…read more That e-mail read "We never agreed to a full replacement for board placement you were not happy with, that was a promise made by LL Flooring not our company.  When LL went into bankruptcy this case was closed and warranties voided." I have texts with BM Flooring where they're setting expectations with me that scheduling was happening. Last text I got is that they were "working on new dates" after blowing off the first proposed date. I asked several times in these texts if LL's closure was going to effect the install, and asked for assurance the install would happen, and they completely ignored it. Then 2 months later of getting zero communication from them, they now tell me they're washing their hands of it because they don't have to answer to LL Flooring anymore. This company doesn't stand by their quality. They don't stand by the customer. They have no problem burning you thousands of dollars. They have no problem avoiding communication with you for months and setting false expectations. These floors were agreed on to get replaced under a signed warranty agreement because they failed inspection and failed manufacture installation guidelines, and BM feels they can just blow it off after stringing me along because LL isn't around anymore to hold them accountable to fix their own mistakes. Unbelievable.
