Do not do business here. Like most big businesses they will tell you what you want to here without actually having the resources to back it up. But what makes it all worst is the service department. They pride themselves on "excellent service" but don't come close to providing it. I recently took my car in on October 26th to get a pretty important service notification regarding my engine checked out and fixed. Upon my arrival the representative (first name Austin) told me that it would take about a week for them to service my car as they had to find and track where the issue was coming from and then make sure it wasn't popping up anywhere else. I tell them I am okay with this and wait a week. I call them exactly a week later only to get sent to voicemail three times in the same day just to get an update on the status of my car and when I do get a call back the next day they tell me a technician hasn't been assigned to it yet. I am a pretty understanding person in terms of when paying for a service that it may take a little longer than anticipated but to have not even started is unacceptable. After another round of phone calling and avoidance I decide to show up in person and to get some answers and turns out that "week to follow and track" was more of a "week because technicians may not get to it in time". Apparently a technician got to it that morning because it was being washed as I was inquiring about it's status. Pretty sure a wash was the only thing done because other than the drive home, I have driven this thing collectively for an hour and a half and I have already gotten the exact same overheating message, no coolant in my system, and my engine damaged to the point my car would no longer accelerate. The report reads "no visible evidence of coolant leak" and "road tested vehicle and confirmed would maintain operating temperature" so these seem to be clear lies. This dealership is a joke, I downloaded yelp just to write this review. I recently purchased a 2012 shelby gt500 from Ford and was told it has no issues. After driving it home and parking it the alarm immediately goes off. This continues to happen every time I lock the vehicle. I schedule an appointment with Don Davis Ford explaining that my alarm needs to be reprogrammed as the sensitivity is too aggressive. I show up on my appointment date and time and was told by a service advisor named Marc that it would take them approximately 2-3 days to even look at my car (mind you I waited a week to schedule the appointment). I am mechanically inclined and do all repairs myself yet I cannot fix the alarm as I need equipment only given to ford technicians. I asked why the job would take so long as I know this is maybe a 20 minute job at most as you just need to reprogram the vehicle yet he assured me its a "bigger issue" and that it would take time to diagnose even though I assured him it had already been diagnosed by another Ford dealership. I agreed to wait the ridiculous time and asked if they had any loaner vehicles as this is my daily driver in which they replied no. Their service center is backed up weeks yet they will not tell you this when you schedule an appointment. The service advisor, Marc, leaned on my car and scratched the paint with the pens in his front pocket while reading the vin number. I'm beyond pissed and will never take my car here again as they wasted over a week of my time, treated me like I was ignorant when I probably know more than their technicians, as well as scratched my paint on a $50k shelby gt500... This is a different kind of car shopping experience. You won't believe it until you try it. We have gotten two vehicles from this dealership in a year. Ask for Irvin Bunton. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! if i could give zeros stars i would. i made an appointment for an oil change almost a week in advance for 11am. i get there at 10:55 and a guy comes out and writes down my miles and all my info and i let him know i have an appointment for 11am. he then asks me if i have a flexible schedule because there is a wait time. i ask him how long the wait is and i assume he's going to say 30 min max. he tells me i have to wait 1 1/2 to 2 hours even tho i made an appointment. i tell him no because i have work and that's why i made an appointment in the first place. he says there's nothing i can do. i ask if i make an appointment for a different day will i have to wait? he said yes. like please tell me how that works??? an appointment is made so you can get what you need done AT THAT TIME. i've never had this problem at any other ford dealership they have always taken care of me right away. also while making my appointment over the phone the lady was very rude and has an attitude. why is everyone here so mean? i wish i got the name of the guy that i talked to today because he was rude too all i know is that he's bald and wears glasses. read more

I needed warranty service on my '18 King Ranch. Called Don Davis Ford Service spoke with the Service Receptionist in order to reserve & secure a Loaner Vehicle before I got there to make sure of the availability etc. She placed me on hold and confirmed one was available and confirmed it would be held for me, and told her would be there within the hour. Get there and all is great until, I speak with Female service advisor and she treated me like dirt and advised none was available, didn't believe a word I said and was throwing more questions back at me than interested in helping or assisting me as a customer. Totally would take no ownership or attempt to help a customer with their problem. Kept saying that was the answering service and would not let us go speak with their phone personnel and just kept changing the focus, and basically just pushed it back on me as not an option. Never ever take your vehicle to this place it is absolutely the worst example of Ford Service Center in DFW. The worst. Dropped my truck off for service and had several items stolen, valued about $400. When I reported the missing items I was told the Service Mgr. Mr. Ford, would "investigate" and get back to me. Since then it's been nothing but crickets. I understand that things happen, but ignoring a problem and disrespecting a good customer is poor business practice at best. read more

If we could give this dealership a negative we would. We purchased a CPO vehicle from them and the process started off bad and we should have walked away rather than believing that they would address the issues once we purchased the car. We used our own bank vs them and the finance department at Don Davis made the process hard and since January has not given us all copies of the paperwork we signed with them at purchase. It is a joke! Any other dealer would send you home with copies of all documents signed but NOT Don Davis Ford. Within 12 hours of driving the car off the lot the headlights fell and needed to be replaced. We called the dealership and they scheduled to fix it. We dropped the car off and they called asking for our insurance information so that they could get approval to fix. We went round and round with them that we had just purchased the car from them and drove it home and this is something that should be covered by they or that they could take the car back. After any service calls and various stories they fixed the car. When we picked it up it we once again asked for our purchase paperwork but they could not find it. We also explained the car was making noises in the rear and that is had a horrible musty odor that was not in the car prior. We were told someone would call us. Surprisingly here we sit after 2 months of almost daily calls nothing has been done. Each person we speak to gives us another story. The odor in this car is so bad we hardly drive it and are trying to figure out what we do next since the dealership won't help with the issues. We feel the dealership lied and sold us a car that may have been in a flood or at a minimum the car was wet and now we can't remove the odor they covered at purchase. It's so sad read more

I went to Don Davis Ford Lincoln to purchase a CPO (certified preowned) vehicle. The sales department was a positive experience, but the Finance Department was where the s*** hit the fan. I came into the dealership already approved for a car loan by a major bank. I already had a solid relationship with this bank and I also verified this bank does business with Don Davis. I applied the night before and by the morning of this purchase, I was approved and funds were set to send to the Don Davis dealership. I get to the Finance Department and I let them know that I've already been approved by another bank and here are their instructions on how to pull up my application. The finance dude I was working with, Tony Pichardo, confirmed that this bank is one of their major lien holders (which means they do a lot of business with this bank). I was told to sit tight while Tony pecked away at his computer and left me a few times to consult with others. He came back to his desk, pulled out an application form with the header "Ford Credit" on type and proceeded to highlight several fields on the application he expected me to fill out. I waited till he was done and ask, "What's this for? I told you I've already applied and have been approved by my bank. You've confirmed you work with this bank. Why do I need to fill out an application for Ford credit?" Tony told me this is so they could find my application in their system. I knew this was complete BS (BS Point #1) but I had been at the dealership for hours at this point and wanted to go home. I went along with their scheme. Tony left again and then I got pulled into someone else's office. It appeared this guy was either Tony's manager or a more seasoned loan officer. He told me that my application with my bank the he just inputted was still pending (BS Point #2: I had verifiable proof I was already approved before I stepped foot on their dealership lot. I even called the bank's auto loan department to verify if any of this activity by the dealership seemed normal and they told me no, this is not normal.) This guy attempted to sell me on using one of their lenders. He first told me my credit was great and I should use Ford Credit. I would qualify for their top tier rate. I told him thanks, but no thanks. I have a great relationship with my bank and even though my bank's rate is higher than Ford's, I would not have the loan for long. He then pushed and said there's another lender he's 98% sure he could get me approved for. This lender offers an even lower rate than Ford (BS point #3: Then why didn't you offer me this low-rate lender to start before you attempted to sell me on Ford's Credit?). I politely declined restating my reason earlier again. He says, "Well since your application with your bank is still pending, why don't we see what we you get from this other lender I have in mind?" For the third time, I decline and told them I'd wait for my bank's response. General paperwork continues and at one point, I'm asked to sign a paper and initial 1-2 blank lines that talk about dealer incentives. I asked for more details and why I'm initialing two lines that are blank which allows you to fill them in later. He says it's for my SiriumXM subscription. I told him, that's not all this form says and if so, could you write that in before I initial a blank line? He said something that I forgot now but I told him I wasn't going to sign that document to which he replied, that's ok, and moved to the next set of documents (BS Point #4: WTF). Yay, I was finally free to leave with the vehicle. Until the next bomb that happened the following day... Something was different between the application that I filled out online with my bank and the application the dealership unnecessarily entered into the system. The dealership's finance guy, Tony, sends me a text message saying my bank needed some additional documentation to verify my address. I responded saying, ok, have my bank reach out to me. Tony insisted I send him the information. I told him I have several personal accounts, a personal credit card, two business accounts and a business credit card with this bank. They know how to reach me. We went back and forth in text for a bit until I received a phone call. I told them the same thing, please have my bank call me. I also told them that i don't trust their department. I got a credit alert that says that Don Davis pulled my credit which I did not authorize them to do. But because of that plus the questionable paperwork they were trying to get me to sign, I don't want to send you any additional information on me. Then they threatened to classify the loan as unfunded and to report the car as stolen. I immediately terminated the call and said I need to reach out to my lawyer now. I eventually called my bank and they straightened everything out. I didn't have to submit any additional paperwork, as I had suspected. All threats were dropped by the dealer, but they were very unprofessional. read more

Brought my car here while staying in town to go to Six Flags. Called for an appointment and got one. Showed up for my appointment, they had nothing. Annoying, but not the end of the world. The guy that checked me in apparently was more interested in joking around with me than confirming what he out in the computer was what I actually said. He repeated back to me what I wanted, but that's not what ended up in the computer. But we'll get to that. It was going to take a few hours, so I took the shuttle back to my hotel to pack up and the shuttle driver made me feel like I was such a burden. For asking him to drop me at a hotel just over a mile away. I ended up taking an uber back to avoid him. I arrive to discover that they have misplaced my keys and they gave me synthetic blend. Like, I know I'm a woman, but I'm not an idiot. So, now I've lost half a day sitting and waiting...and I'm still waiting. read more

Saw a used truck on line. After doing my research, I felt that the price was fair for the year and mileage and went to the dealership to check it out. I found it on the lot but noticed that the promotional sticker showed a higher price. Salesman came out, we did the drive and we worked out final pricing. I was told that the truck had been a fleet truck from a longstanding customer and assured that it had been completely serviced before being placed on the lot. To make this story a bit shorter, the money I thought I was saving was thrown back in on the final purchase documents (this was a cash purchase)-shame on me for missing it. Also, it appeared that the truck had not been serviced, not even an oil change for sometime! Don Davis Lincoln/Ford Dealership Arlington TX has the Worst Service department and the Director wouldn't even help me and I had an appointment at 8:30am and I was there at 7:30 waited for about 15-20 minutes which is fine. Had one guy tell me how may I help you told him and than he said oh you are someone else's appointment I was like ok. I told her what was going on I had scheduled for an oil change and to get my light fix the oil change but it's not quite due yet. I'm here for my right tail light been out for 2 months. She said let me get my director. He came didn't even greet told me what they couldn't do but never said what they could do. He said he can't even give me a time on when they will get to my car he said it will be before 5. So you want to hold my car for 8 hours just to tell me how much it is for a light or wiring he said there were 3 cars ahead. I said and then you will have to hold on to my car. Ok can I get a loaner. He said they are all taken didn't even check you are out of loaners at 7:45am. I told him you guys never help and I'm going to the next one. Dude it is 7:45 and the 3 cars the customers are waiting. How are you out of a loaner. He didn't even care that I said I was going to another dealership t all even look at me be honest with his words I'm sorry. You are the director dude and wasn't trying to help. So I called Grand Prairie Ford had tears in my eyes. They got me right in they already took my car to the back it is 8:25am(my appointment at don Davis was at 8:30am) . The service person at Grand Prairie told me that she heard that about that dealership from several people. As I am typing this Grand Prairie Ford provided me with a shuttle, great customer service and they are already finished with working on my car. . All I needed was my Tail Light fixed. That is it I will never be back to Don Davis Lincoln. And it was the Director that was working on 11/7/2020 in the morning. read more

I have been doing business with Don Davis Ford since 2003. Every experience has been exciting and successful. I have purchased each vehicle and always felt I received top notch service. Today was no different. If you are in the market for an exceptional used vehicle or looking to make your first new vehicle purchase, this is the dealership to check out. When my husband went to a different dealership for his first new car purchase they wouldn't even try to finance him because he'd never bought a car before. Not only did Don Davis welcome him, they also got him approved through Ford Credit at 4.9% in the exact car he wanted. Their service department seems slow but it's because of the amount of people that continually go back for the best work. It's where I get all my recommended service. Sadly I have had to use the collision center a time or 2 as well. They provide excellent service there too. And my vehicles looked factory finished when I got them back. Purchased a new (used) car a month ago. The customer service was great until we went to finalize the loan. I was preapproved for a loan, but the associate said he can definitely get a lower rate (gimmick). I caved and as we waited, he made the typical fake small talk (save my time and yours, I don't care to know what your favorite restaurant is, etc). He printed paperwork and asked me to sign. When I looked at the rate, I was approved for a 9.46% interest rate HOWEVER, I was already approved by my bank for a 5.42 rate. He didn't even tell me the rate was nearly double and acted like it wasn't a big deal. If I were stupid, I would've been locked with a loan at a higher rate because he wanted some sort of bonus from it. I was shocked and I was preparing to leave. His fake apology was unnecessary. My need for a car was great so I stayed and double-triple checked the paperwork before signing. He wasted 2.5 hours of my time getting me a "lower" rate and now I'm receiving all sorts of loan decline letters in the mail. 6 so far. The price of the car was also off by $700 and I had to wait for him to correct that as well. Typical manipulative, only in it for themselves personality. I am writing to say that I took my Lincoln into Don Davis to have an issue checked out due to a light coming on....They tried to duplicate the problem and it just wouldn't happen....I went to pick up my car only to find that my car had scratches in several places....plus, whoever washed it had wiped it down with a dirty cloth to make things worse. However, I spoke with the Service manager Greg Ford, who assured me he would take care of it and that he wanted me to be happy. He took very good care of the situation and went over and above to repair a couple of miner dents in my car that I knew were there before taking it to them....He kept in contact with me to inform me of what was going on and what they had done...I am very pleased with my car and with the service department and with the loaner dept, and Greg Ford....So, please if you have an issue and before getting angry, let him know and I am sure he will do what he can to resolve any issues. read more

Tony takes wife and I to the sales manager office (Edward Vallejo) only to say that truck had been sold earlier . but.... "had other vehicles that we were able to see".Could have emailed/call so that we didn't have to make the 35 mile trip, but didn't. It was an easy fix and she didn't try to sell me other work to do on the car like other repair shops would. Don Davis Ford has one of the worst service centers ever. I had to call them to set an appointment for a recall and the phone person transferred me to the service center. After an hour of calling and being put on hold so many times by three different people and leaving a voice message with two different managers. One with rowdy and not sure the others name. Still no appointment. The next day Rowdy called and he asked me if I was able to make an appointment and I said no. I explained how this shouldn't be so hard and it feels like I'm begging just to get my car in for service and being put on hold so many times and he can go back and listen to the recordings to see how many people I spoke with and how nice and respectful I am and still is speaking with him. He had Larry a service advisor call me back and I told him I received a letter about the door latch recall and I wanted to get it fixed and for them to take a look at my transmission because it's under warranty still. He made the appointment for 9/21/20 for 8am. I pulled in and there was a Lincoln and a Corvette in front of me and 4 people rushed to them and I waited next to my poor Ford Focus. A few minutes passed no one said anything to me just awkward silence and eye contact. Both cars had been driven off. One person had to go into the building passed next to me and said someone will be with you. I waited and people are staring at me inside the building and finally and older man came out not Larry and asked me if I had been helped. I told him no and he looked up my information and told me that he can get me in to check the transmission but not the recall because they are behind at least two weeks to get that done. I told him why didn't Rowdy or Larry tell me that and I made myself clear to several different people I wanted to have the recall done and transmission checked only. He went back inside to speak with Larry and told me I would have to bring my car back or leave it for two weeks. I told him I had to take vacation time to be here and they wasted my time he stated that Rowdy will call me back to set another appointment. It's 9/26/20 and no call back! I found AutoNation Ford and I called them I made and appointment and for Saturday go figure for both my concerns, only took 5 minutes thank God! I'm still waiting for my phone call from Don Davis. We bought a new 2019 Lincoln MKC from Don Davis on September 25, 2019, and last week the driver display indicated a problem with perhaps some sort of power drain. I telephoned and left a message for Mark in the Service Department, who returned my call before the end of the day. Mark set up an appointment for us on November 18. He met us at the drive-thru at the appointed time, took the information, and advised us to have a seat in the waiting room. About 3 hours later, he came, got us, and said the problem occurred with the battery, which was replaced without any associated cost under our bumper-to-bumper warranty. It was a pleasure, rarely experienced with others during this day and age, when someone is always trying to finagle a way out of honoring a warranty. The wife and I recommend Don Davis as a place where you want to buy your next car, and when that vehicle needs service, this is the place you want to go. I bought a new truck and had them put a lift on it and asked to get the parts before the sale (they assured I would get them or credit for them) and they are refuse to give me my parts they took off. They are mine and I bought them. I requested the parts on several occasions since and they refuse to it acknowledge it because they did not put it in writing. Garfield lies and proves they are owed by trying to convince me they were comped. Paperwork proves otherwise. My sixth vehicle and truly disappointed with this entire Group! Never again! read more

And they turned me away stating that it was to late to get one. When I had received oil changes from them before around 6:20pm. I had to drive back home 30min all the way through traffic. I Used to be a ford guy, Not anymore! Took my truck to be fixed and the dealership could not resolve my issue. Regardless of this, the manager (Larry) was extremely professional and continued to escalate the issue to get it resolved. We even spoke with corporate engineers. No one could figure out a fix. The next option was to just trade it in for a new truck. By this time the GM (Mark Plummer) had gotten involved with the "new truck deal". In typical car salesman fashion Mark and his sales manager tried to force my hand into signing the paper. Thank goodness this wasn't my first rodeo! After declining to sign, the GM Mark began to be very disrespectful and even threatened to make me walk home while my truck was still in their shop! LOL turns out he's a comedian after hours BC I left in their rental car. I'm happy to say I was able to get a zero mile truck else where for a heck of a deal with a lot more to offer! I will never advise anyone to attend this ford location. I doubt I drive a ford again....unless it's a F250. Lol Hopefully this is helpful when considering a car lot to visit. read more

I wish I could give a negative star review after my experience with Don Davis Ford. Where should I start with my bad service experience? I took my truck to get a few things done like the shocks checked out and alignment done, and the right manifold replaced. This should of taken 3-4 days at max and that is with taking time off. It took 2 1/2 weeks to finish the truck because they keep slacking off. I constantly had to call and stay on top of them to get my truck done. Steven at service always promises to call you back and never does. I am very disappointed in this dealership due to the lack of customer service. They try to up charge way more than they should. The mechanics kept breaking the bolts to the manifold and letting the pieces fall in. And one of the things that makes me the most mad is their mechanics don't know how to open the door of the truck while it is on the lift without banging the door into the lift post. My driver door is all scratched up from their mechanics being careless. They don't want to admit it was them even though it is proven that is how the scratches got there. I would never recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. read more

Honestly from start to finish my entire experience at this dealership was awful. I was in the market to buy a new Mustang and found out that the one I wanted was there from a source online. When I arrived I wouldn't say I was "greeted" at the door by a sales associate because the only words out of his mouth were "Can I help you with something?" I let the kid know what I was looking for and he replied with "Ummm ya I think we have a few of those out here somewhere...?" As we made our way to the vehicles he was unable to answer any of my questions that were not clearly printed on the vehicles window sticker. Once I had decided on a vehicle with no help from him we played the game of wellll the list price is X buuuut let me go ask my manager...this went on for an hour. Finally I asked to speak with the sales manager because apparently he was the only one in the building who knew how to work numbers. The manager then informed my how low their offer for a trade in would be, they couldnt budge at all on sticker price and that even though I said a lease is not an option proceeded to go through their lease terms. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. Went down the street to Auto Nation off of 20 and bought the car I wanted. Oh and during the whole experience not one person introduced themselves, welcomed me to Don Davis Ford or even shook my hand. Piss poor customer experience. read more

A year ago my car decided to die unexpectedly, I needed a car ASAP but buying a car when you weren't planning on it, it's complicated. After a few days searching, I felt like I went to every car dealer in DFW and started to get frustrated because every time I step in a dealer I felt they just wanted my money, regardless of the situation. Actually, in Vandergriff one of the salespersons lied to me about one of the cars I was interested (Gave me a higher price than the posted online, and told me it belong to one owner when it wasn't like that). I felt despair; it was tough! All changed when I find Don Davis. I got my brand new car for an awesome price, they helped me with the trade in of my dead car that was in a different Texas city, it was really fast. I had an excellent buying and financing experience but the service department needs serious improvement. They need to either hire more techs or pay the ones they have more money to work more efficiently. I purchased the Care Guard package with my pre-owned vehicle which includes oil changes. Thus far I have had 2 oil changes and BOTH times it was a 3+ hour ordeal. The first time, I cut them a little slack because I brought my SUV in on a weekend and I know that's typically a busy time for most businesses. The second time I came in the middle of the day on a Monday and it still took over 3 hours. My advice would be to not spring for the purchase of the Care Guard if you do purchase a vehicle here, because it's going to easily cost you a significant amount of time in addition to the extra money you pay for the package. The new car sales department really stepped up to assist us in buying a one of kind (only 7 in the area) 2016 Ford Focus RS Nitrous Blue today. Although the rebates advertised did not apply (and there was a disclaimer on the internet site)...which didn't surprise me as the car is in high demand, they were able to make a deal we could afford. Only took 3 hours to process and they saved us an extra 1% on our 60 month loan. Other dealerships didn't allow a test drive which this dealership thought extremely odd. Maybe the other dealerships are too attached to their car to sell it. Try them out....no pressure and extreme Texas hospitality. I purchased a new F350 Diesel here in 2017 and have been back twice for service. I will not be going back again. The first time was an oil and filter change which was fine. They used a Diesel specific 15w40 oil. The second time was because the check engine light was staying on. They found the problem (a bad sensor) and fixed it under warranty. They did another oil and filter change at the same time. I assumed they would use the same oil again, but this was not the case. When I looked at the invoice it showed they used a different oil that I thought was for gasoline engines, not diesel. I checked the oil on the internet, and it showed that it was for gasoline engines. I called the service person I had dealt with and told him my concern. He then insisted it was a diesel specific oil and was ok. I told him I had checked it out, and that it was gasoline engine oil, not diesel. He then repeated himself and insisted it was diesel oil. After that I went to another Ford dealer and they said it was in fact not diesel oil. They showed me a bottle of the oil and it said right on the front label: for gasoline engines. They said it should be ok for a short time, but to not pull any heavy loads before getting it changed to diesel oil. I pull a heavy RV with this truck, so now I have to get another oil change before pulling my trailer again. I will be getting an oil change somewhere else and will never go back to Don Davis. My lease is expiring and I want to purchase the vehicle. Turns out there's a condition in the lease agreement that allows for a "reasonable processing fee" to be added to the purchase price. At Don Davis this is $500, which does not meet my opinion of "reasonable." The guy that I talked to won't budge. For paperwork that would hardly take an hour, that fee is what a skilled lawyer that's working on something difficult. I leased through Ford Credit and have asked them to "discuss" this with Don Davis Ford. Ford Credit gave me the purchase price that does NOT include the $500. (sigh) Just an example of taking a customer to the cleaners. read more

We took the car in on 6/11 for a transmission fix. We did not get the car back until 7/6 (partly the warranty groups fault). 2 days later, we went to the doctor. On the drive the car started acting up again. We took it back and they said it is a sensor problem that is unrelated. This was not a problem before we took it to don davis. They said it was unrelated. After having my vehicle in their possession for 4 weeks, it has now developed a problem that they say they are not responsible for. How can an issue, related to vehicle movement, after a transmission repair be unrelated? They want me to pay for a problem that developed while in the care of the shop, when it was being worked on. Also, during the 4+ weeks they had the vehicle, not once did they call me to update unless I called and said I was reporting them or coming up there to get answers in person. only then would they call back. Nobody even called to tell me the vehicle repair was complete. I would Like someone to make an inquiry to see how repairs are handled at this location. read more

Might be careful here. My son and I were going to look. At a used car here. On the way there we stopped to look at another car with full intentions to compare both. While at the first dealer, the Davis Ford salesman called me to ask where I was. When I told him we were looking at another car, and that wed be there before they closed. he said ok and hung up. In about 15 minutes his Sales Manager called me back and said the car I was looking at was sold. In 15 minutes?!?! Kinda hinky..... read more

Don Davis Ford was the best experience I have had buying a new vehicle and I have bought from Chevy, Toyota, and Infinity dealerships during the past 20 years. I did some research first, so when I described the exact details of the Ford 150 pickup I wanted, these guys did all the work to find it for me. They even found vehicles that were on site, but probably not even listed on the website inventory yet, so I learned you can't just shop around via websites and get the best deal. We spent time (very relaxed, never rushed, and absolutely no "run around", looking through inventory and even test driving 3 vehicles. As my wife & I became more educated in the subtle differences in the different trim packages, we ended up changing our minds slightly and now feel like we got the perfect truck. Our salesmen was knowledgeable and super patient, so I can recommend Keonte' Bennett to anybody. His Sales Manager - Dustin Hambrick, was extremely knowledgeable having worked in the car business a long time in every aspect from tires to financing. He was very good at recommending things that made the financial deal better for us and even things about the various pickups we test drove. At the end of the day, we knew we had the right combination of new vehicle luxury with a price that worked for us. We did a 39 month lease with 16,500 miles / yr because we will be driving this truck on lots of very long road trips. Even the checkout final step in Finance Dept. with Nino Castillo was super smooth and low stress. I think my wife is more excited about this car purchase than any we have made in last 20 years. read more
