They tell you to just bring the car in to look at a very simple recall. Top off fluids and air pressure. I think it must take one person to hold the nut and four other people to turn him, been here for an hour watching a prostate commercial that's been playing over and over. So hold on to your nuts! What in the world. Other guy 2 hours for an oil change. I wonder how long I'll be here for. Must say everyone is friendly so that's a plus. So it's makes for good entertainment meeting new people from Texas. So I'm sitting here talking to the locals and how crazy everyone drives here. Even if you hit a light that says left turn only that means you can do a you turn too. People speed like crazy around here. Start to wonder where's the sanity? Have to say though the people are all very friendly learned a lot about how breaking the law while driving crazy isn't really breaking the law. Interesting to say the least. read more

I'm so sorry that I ever set foot in this dealership. They did entice me with a decent product and price on a big F250 SuperDuty truck. But as everyone knows, it's SERVICE THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. Bar none, in my 61 years on this earth, I have never, ever been so mistreated and repeatedly lied to by an alledged service department!!!!!! Gladly give anyone that asks details about my dealings and the abuse I've endured. DON'T WALK, BUT RUN AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST CAR COMPANY. BTW, yes, I've asked for management to return my calls and whatnot.. To no avail. They're no doubt getting plenty rich without any accountability!!!! RUN, RUN, RUN!!! read more

It's been 68 days since I dropped my truck off with these people and I still haven't received a call back to pick up my truck. I dropped it off on April 5th with brake issues. I was told by Shannon that I would receive a call back within the next two days. Well after leaving several voicemails and many calls she finally returned my calls 3 weeks later. Her excuse was they were busy therefore she couldn't answer or return any of my calls.... They finally get my truck looked at and tell me it's the master cylinder(a part recently changed) anyways they're the "experts" so I tell them to go ahead. $560 later they tell me it's all good to go! I show up, pay, and drive off 20 seconds later my brakes lock back up and take it back. A week later they tell me my brake pads are saturated in brake fluid therefore it's making them swell and cause to lock up. This seemed odd because I had never seen any brake fluid on my wheels, driveway or have had to top off my fluid. Anyways I pull up to talk to the technician and he has everything pulled off. He assures me this is the problem so I OK $1300 worth of work to be performed and I tell them to replace the rear calipers while they're at it a extra $320 expense that I wanted do. $1700 later they say it's really ready this time. So I happily show up and pay my bill. Pullout of the parking lot and 10 seconds later they lock up again. 20 minutes later I get the truck back to the dealer and go tell the service advisor it's locked up again! 5 technicians come out and this time they are accompanied by their Master Tech and he tells me he'll check it out. Literally 10 minutes later I get a call saying it's a Brake Positioning Sensor that cost $82 and it's sitting on the shelf and if I wanted to replace it. After spending over $2k on unnecessary repairs it was a freaking $82 sensor. I feel like I've been played at this point. The service Manager Thomas was pretty much useless so I reached out to the GM Clark LeDoux he tried compensating me with a full tank of diesel LMAO!! Clark, please call me buddy it's been 2 weeks since you said you would look at the ticket and fix this issue. You not only swindled me out of unnecessary repairs but are costing me money having my truck sit in a empty lot with absolutely no inventory. You guys cannot be that busy. I advise everyone to go to Grand Prairie Ford these guys just don't have what it takes and the problem seems to trickle down from the very top. read more

I went in for oil change and tire rotation. While waiting two customers reported that they had issues with service department. One customer reported that they discovered that their oil had not been changed. The other reported that the tires weren't rotated (spouse used chalk) to mark. Well, a short time after my service or what I thought was a service. I discovered that all my fluids were low (dangerously low). You may want to consider another service facility. Careless mistakes, mishaps or blatant lies regarding services performed could costs you tons of $$$ or your vehicle all together. read more

I went their yesterday with my mom to take a look a couple of used cars and needles to say what a horrible experience. The car salesman hisself came out and greeted us and was very friendly and accommodating.I can't say the same for the manager in the used car section. He came out looked at my moms car and then said can I look inside? We said yes.So he looked inside and claimed the check engine light was on.Which it was not.The car was not started up and you know how all the lights come on before you start it up?That was the situation. We tried to show him but he already rushed into his office. So the car salesman came out with the so called appraisal of 500.00.I mean what a insult. This car is not something you take to the junkyard or scrap. It's a 2010 Focus with less then 80,000 miles that is in decent shape. We could probably get at least 3000 to 3500 if we sold it out right.I've gotten several cars at this place and my wife just bought a brand new truck here. Not sure if I'll be back? You might have had a potential buyer but it looks like will be heading on down the road.I guess will see if we can get more the 500 for my Moms car. read more

I regret purchasing a car from this dealership. I really wanted a Ford Maverick and they were able to order the vehicle for me. Every part of this transaction though was a negative experience. From being attempted to be scammed on my trade in, to the absolutely horrible treatment I received in my financing experience. I wouldn't recommend doing business here to anyone. read more

Lol, someone reported my first review. So speaking in terms of merit for business done at this location. DO NOT BRING ANY BUSINESS HERE! just check the reviews for service and sales. And yes i can speak to this as i had witnessed it first hand. Lazy and poor communication between management, supervisors and staff especially sales to service. Lack luster drive and motivation by service staff (upper management). But quicklane does alright. New car addendums on the windshield are all markups. Any add ons are simply guesstimated and charged at a premium then what its actually worth. So do not get scammed for a $200 dollar window tint on a truck because only the front two windows come from the factory without tint. Same for security etching numbers, bed liners, lifts, exterior decals (appearance package). read more

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. They will tag your car, drive off and then make you wait for 3 hours and 59 minutes (right under the rental program limit). Jonathan was the absolute worst filthy, slimy "talk pretty and spit dirty" type. Even cursed me out on a phone call. The service manager refused to speak with me after physically being there in person for 2 hours and proceeded to avoid my calls. Trade your ford, buy a Chevy. Jonathan and Austin. If there's no repercussion for this dealerships negligence towards its paying customer, no one needs to step foot near their service center unless you're walking. You know who I am and how to look me up by date/time. Absolutely avoid this place unless updated. read more

If you can avoid taking your vehicle to this dealership for service, I would absolutely recommend it!!! This is my 3rd time having the take a vehicle here & every time the service gets worse. Not good customer service & Most Importantly the mechanics are not knowledgeable what so ever. Had $5000 worth the work done to find out they NEVER even completed 1/2 of the work! It was in for a coolant leak inside the engine & NO flush nor top off of the fluids was completed!! Took my Lincoln to another dealership & the service advisor said... "You got Scammed". Completely unsatisfactory work is being done here. read more

The service center is poorly run and managed. I took my wife's car there for a recall issue. They told me it would only take a couple of days but it ended up being over a week. They didn't call to tell me about any delayed or issues. When I went up there the service manager straight up lied to my face and claimed the service employee called me when in fact I had the proof to show he had not. I would rather set my car on fire than take my car to be repaired over there. read more

Stay away from these ripoff artist. They obtained a new F150 pickup and sent me a copy of the window sticker with a firm price. When I went to the dealership and reviewed the invoice, I noticed a line item for a "protection package" for $2000. I asked the salesman for an explanation and he stumbled for a response and then replied it was a anti-theft device for the tailgate. I told him I didn't want that and I never asked for it. His reply was that it was already installed by the dealership they acquired the truck from. Then he said it also includes the window tint and a bed liner but they will remove the $2000 so they removed the item from the invoice but added $2000 to the purchase price and I failed to notice the change. When I got home with the truck, I noticed a "Don Davis" sticker on the windows with the window tint installed over it. This was proof that the additional items were not from the other dealership. Not only did they lie about it but what they did with the change on the contract is called fraud. They are refusing to correct the situation. And the bed liner is still not installed. read more

Terrible. Sadly disappointed in the service, communication and regard for customer satisfaction. I had $1110 work done to the front end. Still NOT RIGHT. Have left msgs for 2weeks. No response from the service advisor. Spoke with the service manager who was ready to appease but we got nowhere. Now, we are under the Covid rules but use your phone and call. One star is one too many. My car has been with Don Davis Ford since 10/2 for a transmission repair. It's 1/27 and still at the dealership. My service advisor, Sam, is the absolute worst. Worst service in the used vehicle section. Had an appointment with this lady (she called me an hour before the appointment to make sure I was coming) I get to this place, there was nobody greeting, was calling her and calling her to let her know I was there and no answer, finally she came out and apologized as she thought "I came with someone else" when I walked in the building I came in by myself, sat me in the office made me wait to tell me they didn't have the car because I was sent to an auction this morning .... WHO DOES THIS?!!! And I've been talking to her all day!! 3 times!!! This is just BS. With just an apologize I'm the end saying "I'll let you know if it doesn't sell" at this point ... keep the car and I'll take my business elsewhere .... I wish I could give ZERO stars. The Truck Service Department does not have the staff from the management down to the technicians to properly service your vehicle. We have had an F350 with an AC problem since 2-2020. The truck has been in the shop for over 4 weeks during this period. The Service Manager called late Friday leaving a message stating the repairs were complete once again. When it was picked up the Drive noticed it was not cooling properly. The truck was returned to the dealership and as of the moment, we cannot get the Manager to return a call. All this after paying over $4000.00! read more

UNBELIEVABLE!!! I was in communications with Quincey and Bo to purchase a used Lincoln Navigator. We were communicating back and forth since Monday (today is Friday); which they were both great in answering all my questions and addressing my concerns on this vehicle. Fast forward to late afternoon on Friday; I'm sitting at my bank awaiting just one more piece of information (this is due to the fact that I'm out of state and going to purchase a vehicle out of state for the first time); I then get an email stating that the vehicle sold, while the sales consultant I was working with was out of the office. SHM! I emailed the sales director; whom I was also communicating with, which he never replied. I emailed the General Manager, no reply an hour later. I guess there are no internal checks and balances to notify other employees a vehicle is being processed; even when I was told I had the first right of refusal, guess they don't honor their own words. Nonetheless, that was my experience, was good up to to point I got word the vehicle sold, while sitting at my bank to make a wire transfer. They got the sale, I'm sure they care not with customer relations. I leave my review with this: "You show me a capitalist, and I'll show you a bloodsucker." Malcolm X read more

Brought vehicle in for a 30k mile oil change. I was told tires needed replacement and it has a transmission leak. Told they would need to have a certified ASE person look at it and have to drop transmission to see what's going on. I went to look at leak and when I touched the drop it was fresh oil and not transmission fluid. During this same time two different new car sales people gave me their business cards and wanted me to get a "Free" car appraisal. Not sure what's going on here but I probably won't be back. It seems new car sales and service center are working in conjunction with each other which should be a conflict of interest. read more

This is the only place in town that you will wait 3 hours for an oil change. Whatever you do, buy your car at literally any other dealership. WORST car buying experience EVER!! John, the sales manager is annoyingly pushy and rude. He didn't care that our kids were tired and hungry at 8:45 pm on a school night. I've been here many to purchase many vehicles as well as many of my family members. While the sales department has been amazing, the service department has been absolutely terrible. I have brought many vehicles in for various issues here and there and never been given a straight answer of when I would have my vehicle back. I've received calls from the head of the service department and left a sour taste in my mouth. It's really difficult to come back to Don Davis with treatment like this. read more

I Love my new Ford Foucas! It is a great car.I always take it in to the Don Davis in Arlington.Their service has really started to go down hill ever since the General Manager left and they got a new one.I had to have my car towed in due to a dead battery in April and when we picked it up and took it home we saw the battery cover was in the back seat of all places..not great service for 250.00 then on 7/29 I spent another 100.00 on a front end alignment and thought that the battery cover would be taken of at that visit because I had complained about..but no ...then they topped of my fluids for the full service routine that I usually love about them ...but they broke my windshield fluid container. I have called at least 7 times and spoken to several people and even my service adviser ....and when he did not call back I found out he was no longer with the company. I left several messages for the service manager and General manager to call me back. I have not heard a word from anyone . They have taken my money for 4 years and have now on very simple things have gone radio silent. I have been trying to get the level of service that I have always received when the old General manger was there for 5 months now to no avail. They have turned over a new leaf with this new GM and it is quickly making me think I need to go to another Ford dealer and hope that I can find the same level of service which has always had myself and my family as loyal Ford customers unless this is the "New Ford Way" read more

Took Vehicle in due to Engine Revving & Heater not working properly. Transmission Dept is four weeks behind, same as one year ago. Not acceptable to expect folks to leave car or wait four weeks to get their Car fixed. Heater not working properly was result of cracked Radiator, quoted me estimate of over $1,300 to replace Radiator & another $400 to replace top & bottom Radiator hoses. Ridiculous pricing. Found highly rated local Repair shop that replaced Radiator with quality brand OEM part & Hoses for $600. Saved $1,100. Don Davis ok place to get Oil change, Filter & Tires rotated for $39.95, but any other repairs not reasonably priced for most folks. Sad they make u wait four weeks for Transmission repairs & then the cost is so high. Cost $500 for Engine Revving problem, Reprogramed EEC & changed Transmission fluid. On Drive home Engine still Revving Disappointing & Frustrating. read more
