Perfect spot for play dates, birthday parties or just to exist. That's what our daughter loves to do every time she visits. Since there are SO MANY play areas and structures to explore and enjoy, I have never heard her say she is bored. Our daughter can exist here for hours with snacks and water at hand. Kids are ALWAYS here so it is easy to find a playmate, if needed, for the day. There are restrooms directly behind the big play area with multiple stalls. It is well maintained and usually stocked. There are lots of benches, both with and without backs, surrounding the various play areas. There are numerous hammocks surrounding the park (closest to the swing area).. Be careful not to get too relaxed and misplace your lil one(s). It gets pretty hot out here and with the absence of shaded benches, bring a blanket to sit beneath a tree or an awning and chairs if you're fancy. Parking is directly outside the park. With ample parking it is difficult to not find a spot. During summer months it gets a little harder do arrive early. A grass area separates play from parking. There are plenty of bike racks as well. If you do not feel like driving the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station is a 12 minute walk away. If we ever explored this option I would have to bring a wagon. After play I doubt our little one would want to trek the journey. There are very few food options nearby so definitely come with snacks and drinks. There are working water fountains throughout the park (not refill stations). Come, enjoy! You can make a day of play here without spending a dime. read more

I found this park on TikTok and I'm so happy I did! While the main park was a little crowded, there were so many other areas of the park you could explore, that really didn't matter. There's a larger park - with a zip line, a little obstacle play structure + slide, swings, and many more activities. There's also a smaller park on the other side that's suitable for younger children. You can also find shaded areas to sit and eat down at. A large grass field to run around or fly a kite. And a trail that goes around the park - perfect for walking, biking, or roller blading. I mentioned earlier that the main park was crowded, but the green area is very quiet and peaceful. I'm considering having one of my kid's birthday party's here. I truly enjoyed it. And I got to try out Mister Softee for the first time - which was parked out front for the day. read more

Don Biddle Park is a beautiful park located in the heart of Dublin. Despite its beauty, there are some drawbacks. When we visited, it had only been open for a month or two. The first time we went, it was packed to the brim (mainly with field trip groups, though there were plenty of other kids there too). People could barely move around the main playground, and we were stuck spending most of our time on the purple playground. The second time we visited, the same thing happened. It would be nice if there were a maximum-capacity sign and perhaps even a reservation system for the playground. It would be much more enjoyable if visitors could actually move around and use the equipment without such heavy crowds. read more

A very huge park with really clean bathrooms that has soap and dyson air dryers. They have a pickleball court and basketball court on one side with a small playground where parking is, and a bigger playground on the other side of the park. There was also an area where there were hammocks, a monument area, and even a community garden. There were also multiple bridges all spread throughout the park. The playground is a great place to bring kids, I loved the amenities they had, such as a jungle playground, zip line, and a giant slide for kids ages 5-12. This is a great place to bring your kids to play, and awesome place to walk your dog. There is a huge field of grass in the center of it all. We also saw cyclists. read more

Don Biddle is a gigantic open playground located in a Dublin neighborhood, and is among one of the best if you have especially athletically-inclined kids. The layout is a bit funky. If you park near the basketball and tennis/pickleball court you'll see a tiny playground with a slide and very little people. Cross over the grassy field and walk another 5 minutes and you'll see a whole new world. Gigantic play structures designed for Ages 5-12, but you'll see toddlers too. Two ziplines, plenty of swings and spinning chairs, and the highlight is this multi-level play structure designed for future American Ninjas. It has climbing strictures outside and inside and curvy surfaces which ultimately lead to a big slide. They have manways to let you go vertical too. Bathrooms are also clean. Weekends are super busy with tons of children and parents. You'll even see older kids/teens race on the ziplines to see who has the most momentum. Currently, this is our favorite playground/park. read more

Overall 4.5 out of 5...Sort of wish I had this type of park when I was growing up. One of the bigger parks in the Dublin area imo, but definitely has some of the nicest and neater features including statues commemorating the branches of the military. As for the picnic areas, beyond having it out on the grass areas, there are places to rent or use. Had to knock alittle since the times I've been there, some of the picnic areas appeared to be vandalized or damaged or maybe were just shut off. But overall, there's decent parking for the area if you aren't walking or biking over there. read more

Our kids had too much fun at this park. They climbed up and down the play structure, spent all their energy to run. The park areas are huge, it also has zip line and bicycle trails. We will bring our bicycles next time. read more

Fantastic park. Has a great walking path with 2 playgrounds. The playground for older kids is so amazing. Many of the playgrounds built recently are cookie cutter with the same set of slides. This has some different structures with the zipline being longer, a metal climbing structure with slides, and a spider web climbing structure with a slide down. If you play Pokemon Go, there are a bunch of pokestops, but because it's not a regular play area for lots of people it doesn't seem to have a lot of free ranging pokemon without incense. But if more people go that play, that would make this more useful. read more

This park has a nice play structure that my six-year-old really enjoyed at first. However, it was tough to fully enjoy it in the 78-degree heat. It would've been thoughtful and safer to have some shaded areas over the playground. Without shade, the equipment gets extremely hot, too hot for kids to even touch or climb on. We had to cut our visit short after about 15 minutes because my son just couldn't handle the heat any longer, even with a hat and plenty of water. He loves running around and being active, but it was simply unbearable. It's disappointing to see a park designed for kids with no consideration for how dangerous the heat can be. A few shade structures would make a huge difference, especially during the summer months. I give it 3 stars only bc the play structure was super cool, but with a major flaw. We couldn't even stay as longed as we had planned. Wish they added shades and it would easily be a 4 stars, 5 stars if they added water for kids to play or water fountains to fill up water bottles. I've seen it in other parks so I know that would be an amazing addition as well! read more

Nice new park in Dublin! Came on a pretty cool day and they have a really nice art structure memorial in the front. The okag space is fun for kids. It was a little damp the day we went. There is no shade here so in the dimmer it can get hot I would think. There was some parking available right at the lot so overall it was easy breezy and nice park for a visit with kiddos! read more

This is a wonderful community park that has opened up close to my home, so close that we can just walk there! There are 2 playgrounds, 1 closest to Dublin Blvd. and another one towards along Horizon Pkwy. Kids will love the zipline, climbing nets with slide and this other thing that I call the cage where kids can climb and slide. Wonderful new neighborhood park, tons to do for the kiddos, and leashed dog friendly! I had been waiting too check this park out since watching it been build a while back, absolutely love the unique play structure, especially fun and exciting how the older kids! Best attraction was the zip line, so much fun! My girls 8 and 5 yo couldn't get enough! Lots of green space, good for playing frisbee or various sports balls! Wish there was some shade for picnics, but it's understandable given it's a new build. Looking forward to many more fun trips here! read more

Beautiful park! Very large grass field and playground. Leashed dogs welcome but only 6 ft long leashes allowed. It's a pretty big park, not much shade but since the weather is cold now, this park is perfect for a walk. There are several dog poop bag stations. There are several bridges to cross over within the park. Perfect place for Girl Scouts bridging ceremonies. We saw a wild bunny hopping in the park too. read more

THIS PARK IS AMAZING. Dublin has moneyyyy. Two difference play areas. A huge field right in between. Great place to run, walk, walk your dog. They have hammocks. Lots of parking. It was great weather when we came. The playground structure entertained 5 seventh and eighth grade boys who loved running around and playing on the zip line and climbing the structure. They loved it so much we came back the second night and stayed until dark. This place is wonderful and I wish we had something like this in my rural town. read more

Cool spots but the little kids playground was way too far from the older kids play ground. Had to go to the older kids play ground for my little ones and the older kids would not give way to the little ones. Please revise this part of the playground. We love this park! Our kids love it as well. The park is big, clean and they have bathrooms on site. The bathrooms are clean as well which is surprising bc it is a public bathroom. My kids love the zip line that they have here and can play for hours. If your kids are smaller they have a kiddie/toddler park across the grass that you can walk to! read more

This park is massive and so state of the art! I felt so lucky to have noticed it when we were nearby because my daughters had a blast playing here. They have two different huge structures that vary in physical abilities and also different interests. Both involve climbing and are super cool looking, they just urge people to want to come explore them. They also have a section of swings, hammocks, and a zip line! There is really something for everyone. There are tons of slides, tons of areas to create your own adventures and explore. The ground is astro turf so you can be confident that your child won't get badly hurt if they take a wrong step or fall. There's also random cool contraptions everywhere, like around the zip line and one of the structures, and you kind of just have to try them out to figure out what they do because so many of these things are not standard at playgrounds. They're modern and challenging and unique. The whole area is awesome, and I'm jealous that there are people that live right next to it! It's gotta be a huge selling point for the townhouses/apartments nearby! read more

Gorgeous new park. We are locals but this was our first time checking out this park, and wow! Gorgeous and fresh design and landscaping. Plentiful activities for families with original and unusual features such as kiddy zip lines. And hammocks! A huge grassy area with a path all around it. Fantastic for walking your dog on-leash without traffic to worry about. The trees will have to mature to provide more shade but that comes with it being a new park. Lovely environmentally friendly features as well like rain gardens and potentially a little wetland/ creek when it rains. Wouldn't surprise me to find frogs and newts there. Great park but zero shade. Hoping they add some shade sails throughout, otherwise this is not a great park on hot days. The play structures are amazing and the kids LOVE the two zip lines. I haven't seen the play structures like the ones here before. Beautiful park but shade does not seem to have been well thought out other than the trees which will take several years to develop. To be clear, there is a shaded area under tables but it is quite a distance away from the actual park so not a manageable source of shade for parents of young children. read more

This park gets PACKED very quickly! All the good spots get taken over by people throwing parties and celebrating with their giant extended families so they don't keep an eye on their kids. So you have bigger kids terrorizing the park with no supervision. The parents here are very rude, and messy. The equipment is dangerous, ample opportunity for injury, dangerous heights, and only wood shavings to catch the fall. There is a big enclosed slide structure that kind of looks like a hamster maze. It's supposed to be contained but children were actively climbing the outside of this very tall structure, and then climbing on the outside of the tube slide. Other smaller children were watching this and mimicking this behavior. The restrooms are also concerning. There was a strange man in the men's room that didn't have children in the park, just loitering there. I brought my son with me to the women's room because it made me uneasy. Altogether, I wouldn't recommend this park. read more

Don Biddle Park is one of the most beautiful parks around. It has large expansive areas of lawn, modern playgrounds and clean, multiple restrooms in two locations. This has been one of our favorite parks since it opened. One of the drawbacks, though, is that the weeds have taken over bordering the walkways, lawns and open areas. The most prevalent of these are the sticker variety. They are allowed to grow unimpeded and it greatly detracts from the beautiful surroundings. I don't know if the City of Dublin handles the maintenance or if it is contracted out to a private company, but weed abatement is definitely needed here. I don't see the amount of weeds in any other parks we visit, whether it be in San Ramon or Danville. read more
