We attended a kid's 2nd birthday party in the summer of 2019. It's a great park for picnics and gatherings. For this birthday party, our friends took the permission from the city and got a nice spot under shades. The benches and seating area were under shades too. So if you are trying to organize a party in this park then make sure to take the permission from city officials. During this birthday party, there was another event going on. So they have multiple areas where multiple gathering can go. There is a lot of greenery where kids can play and run around. Parking in ample around the park. And this park is located next to a residential neighborhood so again ample of parking available. read more

Situated in a dense pocket of deep East Bay suburbia Kolb Park offers a lengthy pathway to meander with the pooch. The recent rain made it a tad soggy but I had my boots. The park is clean! Well manicured and though empty on my visit seems frequented. Safe. Convenient. Chill. 5 star material. read more

My local park, it's been a sight to see from its origins to what it is today. Back in the day, it was basically a dirt/weed lot. Anyways, the park itself has some decent seating around the park as with exercise equipment around the walking path. It does feature a decent size jungle gym for the kids and even a smaller gym for the younger kids. During the summer time or whenever, you can have parties at the park, getting a reservation I would recommend just in case. So they do offer bbq grills and plenty of space for your party. Another feature that I like is the tennis courts with spotlights for the evening games. Overall a nice park here in Dublin. read more

Medium sized park but with a lot of grassy area. Not a lot of shade near the playground but I appreciated two different play structures (older kids and younger kids). Good amount of street parking, the main road is the closest to the little kid structure, probably closer to not actually. Not a lot of shade though. I took the kids here when I was dying of the flu a few weeks back and even then, it was a pleasant time. There are two main playground sections and a large grass area surrounded by a trail with small exercise stations every 50 meters or so. There is something for everyone, including leashed dogs. The kids loved the monkey bars, the huge slides, ring swings on the exercise loop, and climbing rock walls. I appreciate the fact that park is divided up with a nicely fenced border and away from traffic. We have also been here for a birthday party and the set up is perfect for a group - plenty of tables, space and parking. read more

Wonderful park nestled in Dublin. Two play structures, one for small children, the other for bigger kids. There are picnic tables all around surrounding the park area. There are tennis courts and paths to walk along or ride your bikes. This park is a great last minute park when you want your kids let off some energy. Along side the main street side, there are stone structures for the kids to play at, and large trees for them to climb. Needless to say your kids will find something to do and meanwhile mamas, you can catch a breather relaxing. read more

It's a pretty park. There are three play structures, one designed for ages 2-5 and one for older kids, right next to each other. There was also a wheelchair accessible one across the park which I didn't check out. Little mini picnic tables between the first two play structures so you can sit and watch both sides. Lots of people walking dogs. Flat paths all around, good for walking, scooters, and little ones chasing after big ones on scooters so they will be tired enough for a good long nap later. It's right next to the tennis courts, so I could watch a little tennis when I didn't feel like watching my kids. Ah, Exercise... sure is fun to watch. read more

Kolb park is one of the reasons Dublin went from a breeding ground for alcoholics and meth labs into the family friendly utopia it is today. Sure there is a Stonhenge monument (cue Spinal Tap) which attracts some unsavory teenagers; however, the ever vigilant Dublin Police are always within earshot to have these rapscallions and truants dealt with. read more

I like this park...never overly crowded ... its in a nice area... there are tennis courts and a jogging path .. as well as a picnic area too.. one that is covered.. a short distance away from the play structures.. and there are lots of trees.. great shade if you want to lounge under a tree on a blanket too... there are a few tables around the play structure.. good for parents to sit and watch kids as they play.. or eat, etc.. parking is easy... street parking... the climbing wall is great too... this is in my neighborhood.. so its a short walk from home and its always a great experience... the only thing i am not a fan of is the bathrooms.. but then again.. most parks don't have great bathrooms... like ever... read more

What a lovely neighborhood park! Certainly enough here to keep you busy. There are two play areas, one for the younger set (ages 2-5) and one for older children. There are a handful of mini picnic tables in between so that you can keep your eye on both play areas. Regular sized picnic tables are also available, as is a covered picnic area located on the opposite side of the park. There's ample open space so you can run around, have an old-fashioned picnic, or even just lay like broccoli. We came here one year for an Easter egg hunt, which was a hit with the kids. Other notable features include tennis courts, scattered park benches, and a walking / jogging path. Street parking was easy to find. Beware of cars that whiz by surrounding streets, especially if you have little ones! read more

Nice and clean park! We took our 2 year old daughter here to swing and play on the slide and she loved it! We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and there were just a couple of kids. They have a toddler okay area and an older children play structure with a rock climbing area. Highly recommend this park for younger children! read more

Nice play structure for kids. Is a small park amidst the neighborhood homes. Has a short trail to run/walk.

We like this parking lot, and walk there regularly. It's never really crowded and the people that are playing are really nice. Lots of shade, fun playground equipment and two drinking water fountains. The tennis courts on site are probably part of the HOA, but it is nice because they're well-maintained. read more

Great little neighborhood park. My one-year-old and my three-year-old had a great time. It's quiet and shady and well-maintained.

This is a great little park! It has something for everyone. Lots of shade trees during hot days. Picnic tables and BBQ pits located around the park. I take my dog there regularly. Go check it out! read more
