I have to honestly say this is one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. The crust was thin, but perfectly crispy on the bottom and not burnt. When sliding a section off the serving tray it was semi-rigid instead of the usual spaghetti like limp dough found elsewhere. The toppings for fresh and perfectly cooked. As mentioned earlier, we ate the pizza on premises, so it came out of the oven piping hot. I am not sure if the crispiness of the thin crust on the bottom would remain if it had to be transported home in a box. If one is looking for a good thin crust pizza without getting "carbed out" on bread, the Tunxis Grille is worth a try.
