BP needs to improve service, the quality of food, knowledge of the menu & ticket times. We always…read moreorder takeout pizza from BP, never had a problem. Today was my birthday, so we decided to dine in and try different items on the menu - won't do it again. Terrible.
The server was lost, meatballs & sausage sandwich were cold (sandwich was not fully cooked, and sloppy), draft beer was sour, fries never came to the table, and the personal pizza my wife ordered came out 25mins after everything else was put on the table. We had to take the pizza to go, she didn't even get to eat her meal with us - gave her some of mine...
These days, every time you leave the house it costs $100, I get it, that's not BP's fault. But to spend over $100 plus tip on, a small personal pizza, a draft beer, sandwich, side of meatballs, fries (that never came), two small bowls of pasta & butter and a couple fountain drinks?! I can feed my family of 4 at Outback for the same cost.
If it was good, I'd pay $150. If I'd never ordered from there before, they would have lost a customer. But $100+ for a terrible experience all-around, on what should be something that's a no brainer at a pizza shop? It's not hard to make these items well, and there were only 2 other people in the restaurant so they weren't busy. We went Friday night at 9:00p, they close at 10p.
Reading this review, you may think "wow, this guys a real piece of work - it's a pizza shop, not Bern's Steakhouse". But honestly, this was that bad. Truth is, I never leave reviews (good or bad). That should tell you how upset I am...
