Ok, wings are great! Pizza, ok. Biggest downside is how long your order takes. Very slow

Ordered medium thin crust extra cheese and sauce and medium ny style pep and cheese. Eta on app 24-32 minutes. Pizza did not have extra cheese on either not extra sauce on thin crust. Came with it being a dried out husk. I shouldn't have bothered. This store went downhill 5 years ago. Poor we bad delivery times and lack of common sense on how to handle orders. Don't start making a pizza and letting it sit for 20 to 30 minutes. Instead make multiple orders at the same time if it's slow. Queur them up then send them together not wait for another order then cook that also while the first order is sitting on the warming shelf. ordered pizza at 5:15 did not come til 7:45. if they can not keep up with demand at least let the consumer know. So many better choices than this place! Ordered delivery at 6:12p, got the pizza at 7:54p. Wouldn't have been such a big deal, except they also messed up the order. First negative review I have written. But this is pretty bad guys. It took 10 minutes to deliver my food from one block away. And I wonder how it got all smooshed. At least you could have cut it for me? Only silver-lining was this was a free pizza but I still think I deserved better than free service. I did pay a delivery fee and a tip. We order our pizza around 11:58 on New Year's Eve, later we had received an e-mail that it got canceled. I am very mad about this I do not recommend this business. I only live about 10 minutes away from the location and they said that they don't have drivers . We had called earlier to ask when they were open and they said 1 AM. We ordered from here a week ago. The delivery drive bud had to wait 5 mins due to us living in a locked apartment building. During which time he left me multiple voicemails of him cursing and saying stuff like "this is bullshit". So we did not tip him due to them than he proceeded to get mad about that and asked if we thought he worked for free. I had a horrible experience with Dominos Waconia. We ordered a pizza around 11:50pm. They close at 1:00am. Our order got canceled, it didn't tell us this until a few minutes before we were supposed to receive our food. We were obviously very very upset. We called Dominos and asked the reasoning for our cancellation. They had said they "didn't have enough drivers and they were busy" we said "that's alright and we could wait" she said no we're too busy. We had a bad experience, will not be returning. read more

Placed an online order that was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes. Tried calling when it still wasn't delivered after 50 minutes and nobody would answer the phone. Went to store after 75 minutes and they said they weren't working on deliveries at all yet that night because it was too busy. Won't be ordering from them again. read more

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a manager of a restaurant. The delivery was ab hour late with no explanation of why other than saying they were "sorry" food was ice cold when we received it. ordered a pizza at 6:00pm when it was dinner time. at 7:05 I tried to call store to cancel since I had found something else to eat for dinner and the tracker Still says pizza being prepare. It is now 7:30 and there is no sign of my pizza even being in the oven. Will not be prepaying anymore, since I can't even call the store to cancel if they're going to not answer their phones when I call. It's dominions, so I really don't expect much in terms of pizza quality. But when I takes an hour for them to deliver, I lose all respect for them. Let me be clear, not an hour after I ordered. The pizza came an hour after they left. There pizza tracker online backs me up. The time from ordering to reviving was an hour and a half. I placed an order for carside pickup. Our order status was ready when we arrived and we sat with our hazard lights on, as directed (for 20 minutes) and they never brought our pizzas out, even though we saw them bring other people's orders out. We finally went inside and got them ourself and they said they had been ready for a while, so why didn't they bring they out if we had selected carside delivery? read more

We have lived in Cologne for almost 2 years & Dominos has ALWAYS delivered to us NO PROBLEM! Few months ago we were told by employee who answered phone we were out of delivery area we then asked to speak to manager. We spoke to Nick he said since they have been delivering to us all this time they would continue & if we call to say Nick okay'd delivery to us. Today we called were again told out of delivery area I told her Nick said was ok'd she said Nick just said no that supposedly the owner ‍ said no can't deliver out here! My experience with Dominos was very disappointing. I called ahead for a 5:20 pick up of 17 pizzas. I left at Dominos at 5:35 after waiting for some of the pizzas to get done. One pepperoni pizza was still being baked. I could not wait, since this was an event that had to start on time. I called to see if I could receive a gift card to give a family who did not receive the pepperoni pizza they were expecting. I was told they could make the pizza but not give a gift card. Hmmmmm. A pizza 2 days later didn't work in our situation. I would not have been reimbursed for my pizza if I had not called in. I did not get a pizza regardless. So frustrating! I will not go back. We ordered pizza for our softball team for delivery. Once he got here the delivery guy told us that he forgot the card reader and that was our only way for paying. So he told us that we had to call the store in order to pay for our order. But then he proceeded to complain to us about how tipping has been terrible all night while we were trying to call the store. He told us that people were all tipping only 10% and I'm my opinion it is super unprofessional to talk to about tips in front of your paying customers. And for that matter complaining about tips is not acceptable. We also needed a receipt to give to our coach. When we asked for one he told us that he had no way of getting one. So he went to his car to get a piece of paper and then wrote us a "receipt" on a scratch piece of paper. When we called the store the first time they laughed at us for asking for a printed receipt and when we asked if they could email us one they laughed even more. Very disappointed in the unprofessionalism that we were presented with. But once we called back for a the second time one lady finally said that she would get us a receipt. read more

I ordered 2 pizzas and wings. I got 2 pizzas and bread bites. I called the store and someone answers the phone, "you're gay, what do you want?" I pretended that didn't happen and asked for them to bring my wings. She got no information from me and hung up. She called back 5 minutes later to get my credit card info again since she voided my entire order and rerung the pizzas. I asked when somone would be bringing my wings. She tells me she thought that I just wanted a refund. Long story short I will probably never order from here again, and I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the whole experience. 40 minutes later I just now got my wings.
