This is now time number 7 that Ive ordered from this place and gotten either something Im allergic to (that I didnt order) or nothing at all. I used to work at dominos and personally I just want to say, I would have been fired on the spot. They dont care when they mess up either. They think redelivering something at midnight is ok because they couldnt get it right the first 7 times. OH! And lets not forget the fact that they take the most amount of time they can to complete orders. We ordered 2 medium 2 toppings pizzas. The first pizza was a pineapple and jalapeño pizza and the second one was a mushroom and black olives pizza. We got the mushroom and olive pizza but we also got a deep dish pepperoni and bacon instead of the pineapple-jalapeño pizza. Once we noticed at home, we called them directly and they told us to go back and show it to them to replace the pizza. So once we went there, we went to the counter and a white blonde lady who took our order approximately an hour ago said that they couldn't replace the pizza because the order was made "several hours" ago. We then said there was no way since we ordered it at 4:45 and it was 6:14. Then said she still couldn't do it since it was "2 hours" ago. An employee at the back said they had our pineapple jalapeño pizza at the back. My dad then asked why she lied to us and she got angry with us and told us to get out. To be fair, he did ask very loudly and directly, but that's no excuse for their response to their mistake. read more

Hello if I could give more stars I would based off my opinion alone this place Rocks!! I have been living in sherman for almost a year and coming from Dallas this location is the fastest and courteous place ever I kid you not I just put the phone down from ordering online and it gives you detailed notes on what is going on with your pizza from ordering all the way to the kitchen and the part I like the most is how it even says when the delivery guy is on his way!! wow!! And sure enough I was like yeah right! There's no way it was done that quick and I kid you not there was a knock on my door as the sweet delivery man says I just wanted yo make sure your pizza didn't get cold!! I stood there like oh wow!! That was literally 10 minutes tops im guessing all I know is that the team at this store right here are awesome thanks for everything!! Merry Christmas please stay safe read more

The employees would not let me call in an order. I have a thick accent and I'm assuming they couldn't understand me, because they thought I was prank calling. The first time I ordered the girl on the phone said it wasn't dominoes. I was near by when I was calling and curious so I sat in the parking lot and tried again, and sure enough, it was in fact the right number. Ordered food ahead of time to be delivered at two separate times. BOTH times the food was late by 30 minutes. Also, the managers I spoke to were extremely non-chalant and did not offer anything to attempt to make it better. Made my pizza wrong. I called and told them and they said "As long as you didn't eat the pizza we made wrong we will make it right". What a bunch of idiots. Anyone that walks in this place is crazy if they don't run out. It was nasty inside. Really dirty floor. Person making pizzas has beard that isn't covered. I ordered online for drive thru pick up. When I arrived a sign on the window stated it was inoperable and to use front doors. I called after parking and no one would answer so I went in. A person dropped a pizza pan and initially put it back on rack but decided to take it to the back and said would be with me in a minute. They came back and started boxing pizzas. I'm still standing there and have not been helped. Another person was on phone and never looked at me. The guy making food did say hello when I first walked in. I was finally given my order from the person boxing pizzas. If I hadn't have ordered online and already paid I would not have placed an order in this place. Ordered the philly sandwich for the first time and I was very disappointed with amount of steak on the sandwich. I called the store and spoke with the MOD and she said portion spec for that sandwich was 2 ounces. $6.99 for 2 ounces of meat is just bad business. I will never order from this location again. OK. It's a chain store and you know what you're going to get. The good service that I received could change with a change in management. I had to write a review though for the excellent service that I got during the 2011 pre-Super Bowl ice storm. I ordered 25 pizzas for the people at my company at 10:30 AM for delivery at 12:00 PM. Every other pizza delivery in Sherman was closed. Domino's came through. Hot delicious pizza on time IN THE WORST WEATHER. Thank you Domino's!! read more

Pizza is comparable to other dominoes. This rating is solely based on customer service. I ordered a pizza and forgot to ask for ranch, I then called them back maybe 30 seconds later and had them add it to my order. Whenever they arrived with my pizza they had forgotten my ranch so I answered his question if I would like him to bring it back to me (right around the corner) with a "yes". The store then called me and put me on hold for 5 minutes, then a different employee got on the phone and said they could add it to my next delivery. Just simple management issues and a disorganized staff in my opinion. read more

I used to like Domino's up until my last purchase and I was supposed to get the marbled brownie along with a large one topping pizza for single price I signed up for that paid for that and what came to my door was just the one large one topping pizza thin crust that was so inedible I called to set out the whole inedible Pizza outside my apartment they said they had no one to come pick it up at that time they never offer to even refund my money. I had to throw it away it was dry flaky disgusting I called about where my brownie was and they said I didn't sign up for a brownie so I said well thanks for making it so sneaky or so hard . they never offer to refund my money or anything I will never ever order from Domino's again ever it's just not worth it especially I gave the driver $ $4 in Cash when he came here here. Ordered 3 pizzas and bread to deliver to our hotel. Arrived quickly by a friendly delivery man. Pizzas were hot. Ordered the Wisconsin cheese, pepperoni, and chicken pizzas. All were very good. The spinach and feta cheese stuffed bread was good too. read more
