Casually slow with subpar/non existent customer service should be the motto at this location. 3 people working on a Wednesday evening and it took over 15 mins to make 3 sandwiches. Helped everyone in the drive thru first. One lady came through the drive thru, parked (waited while parked) and came into the store 2 different times to find out about her order. While in here the second time she asked if there was something she could do to speed up the order. What happened to jimmy John's freaky fast with great customer service. I am not sure how this Jimmy Johns stays in business. I arrived later in the evening and I was the only one there. I went inside to order due to historical bad experiences in the drive thru. I had to repeat my order a few times due to the employee not knowing the difference between pickles and peppers. I tried to keep a visual on the sandwich prep but when I got home, the oil and vinegar was on the wrong sandwich. My problem is that all three persons working were visually confused as to their job. If they are the future of this country, we are all in trouble. Owners, please do some checks and balances and make your business more successful. read more

This pains me because I've always loved this sandwich shop but this last to go order was so horrible it still turns my stomach. After only a few bites I realized something was horribly wrong with my sandwich. The taste has not left my mouth after multiple brushing and several days past. I got there and they were busy I completely understand that but the first thing walking in two employees are arguing openly in front of customers very uncomfortable for us and unprofessional for them! I finally was assisted and told them my order # and name they gave me the wrong order then said oh well we lost your ticket then so I said okay and waited for them to make it turns out they had it the entire time! The Spicy East Coast Italian was great! Been back a couple times since to try different sandwiches off the "favorites" menu and haven't been let down yet. Horrible! This is a picture of my son's sandwich that was supposed to be turkey, cheese and mayo only. The guy came back 3 times to ask me what I wanted on it and still got it wrong. No cheese, tomatoes added and a tiny piece of turkey that didn't even cover the bread. They also got the other sandwich wrong and the drinks. Plus it took forever to make them!! Something's in the water at Jimmy John's. As of recent, the parking lot is completely full at lunch & dinner and the line seems to snake out the front door. After opening a year ago, though, the amount of business this small location received was sparse. Almost to the point of people wondering if they were staying open. Today marks my second try at their 'gourmet' sandwiches. While the ingredients are fresh and the time it takes for the sandwiches to be put together really is 'freaky fast', the bread leaves a lot to be desired. It was tasteless and a bit chewy. I'll tell you what Jimmy John's makes a real close competition with Chicago sandwiches so I'm really happy. We ordered our food at 6: 09 pm and waited a hour. Finally we checked our app and it said delivered when it wasn't. So we had to call and they said that they couldn't find our apartment. They could not find us so they gave up, marked it as delivered, and never called us to let us know or to ask for directions. We gave them directions and they said that they're leaving now. We called after 40 minutes and they said that they're actually leaving now, but will have to drive extremely slow due to the weather. There was ONE employee, Tony (according to my receipt) and he was killing it. I'm giving this store only 1 stars because in one week I have order from here twice online then once in the store and each time the order was wrong even the two I made online the receipt was right but they just can't seem to make the sandwich the way it's ordered. I'd give it a 2. Had the Tuna and it was one of the best veggie subs ever. 3 or 4 molecules of Tuna. Wife had the steak and she liked it a lot, so I assume a 4 rating, resulting in a 3. Bread was good but not great. Chips (salt and vinegar) were super. I'll try it again but next time for an Italian or some kind of meat sub. Tuna... I'm heading back to Subway.
