I used to carryout here for many years until the demographic of the employees changed. I do not trust those people handling my food with their bare hands. I have not been back and will never go again. At least most of the other pizza places nearby employ "endemic" locals. read more

Don't order here if you don't have a good tip to give For a family that ALWAYS tips imma have to give a bad review for the simple fact that even if your tipping there delivery drivers they are quick to ask "are you going to tip" (like let me get out out my pocket first) I believe tipping is a must but if I plan on paying cash and tipping in the app after I've received the service that should be respected. Not to mention how unprofessional it is to ask. Foods always good so can't complain there but I don't think I will ever be tipping cash ever again please expect that through the app. I'm paying the service not disrespect. read more

Not sure what's happening at this store but the quality of the food and the hospitality is going down hill. Last week the delivery driver left my food on the ground in front of my door when i told him i was coming to the door. Today my pizza arrived and my toppings are all shifted to one side. I won't be ordering here anymore. lost a customer read more

Pizza is alright due to it being "Open" at 12. They apparently will not do carry out or car side at 12am. They claim the reason is "safety" I however think the real reason is laziness. They are supposed to be open till 1! I have no reason to get delivery, I work 7 minutes away from this place. read more

Everyone knows I love my local Dominos which is hands down a 5-star. So when my staying at my parents and we were too busy to cook I said, let's order from your Dominos! My parents live somewhat in the country, but just inside their delivery radius making them the only place that will deliver to their house. That is a big bonus. We ordered two of their medium two topping pizzas for $5.99 each, both with EXTRA garlic Parmesan sauce. I ordered online so I watched the pizza tracker and the pizza was done very quickly. Delivery took a long time, but no problem since our location. The problems: on one pizza, half of it had no sauce, just cheese and toppings; the other half barely had any sauce. The other pizza had a thin layer of sauce, barely anything. The crusts on both were very dense, not soft and chewy. I felt really bad that I had raved about Dominos. So I called the store back. They said they could send two new pizzas but the wait would be 45-50 minutes. Sigh. No thank you it is very late. So then they offered a free large 3 topping pizza on a future order. The problem here is that I ordered online with my information and the guy working said there was no way to change the order phone number from mine to my parent's number. He suggested that when they call in they just reference my phone number. I doubt this will work out smoothly. All in all, not the quality to which I have come to expect from Domino's locations with their new menus. read more

Food is good, arrives fresh. Only huge issue even after new "management" no sauces!?!? You can order items that come with a sauce you still won't get them. Don't even think about order an extra sauce or two you have to pay for, you might as well throw that money onto the road. Order food once in awhile here thinking maybe this time they can get it right, but as always the sauce it comes with is never there let alone extra I pay for. You do the carry out insurance on the app, they offer you only 20% off an item menus or a free pizza that they give you in points which expire rather quickly. Not happy at all, if the food wasn't fresh and tasted like pizza, I wouldn't have ordered again. This is the final time I waste money on items I don't receive. Good job. read more

Had an issue with an order I made, forgot sauce on 2 pizzas, refused to replace it because my family of 6 had already ate majority of it. Took an hour to make the order that consisted of 2 pizzas and 2 orders of bread, then another 30 minutes for delivery, store is 5 minutes away via gps ‍ awful and slow service. Not the first time I've been disappointed by them . Old management was better. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ! Terrible service & terrible food! Every time I order from this location I am ALWAYS disrespected ! We have ordered from Domino's (Rochester) many times, and each time the food was hot and very good. Delivery and driver were fast.

I received an email about a large 2 topping pizza special for $5.99. I tried to order it, but the girl gave me one hell of a hard time. She said they didn't have that offer, but I can order 2 for $6.99 each. Finally she asked someone else (she could have looked out the window at the huge sign advertising the special) and gave me attitude for wanting that deal. When I picked it up, it was totaly gross. It wasn't well made, and they obviously could not have spared more than 3 flecks of cheese or 2 toppings. I felt as if I was being punished for insisting on the advertised special by being served crappy food. I'll stick with another pizza shop next time.. read more

They make it so difficult to place an order, don't know how they stay in business. I called twice to place an order and after a long intro advertising all of their specials and employment opportunities they say someone will be with you shortly but 2 minutes longer on hold and then it disconnects (both calls). Then I go to the store and the two guys cooking cannot help me so I have to wait on the girl who is supposedly in the bathroom but is actually in the hall on her phone. When she finally comes to the register I tell her about the phone issue but she doesn't seem interested. Next time I think I'll go out of my way for pizza somewhere else. read more

I'm aware that Domino's has apparently revamped their recipes after complaints that they were committing a "crime against pizza" with their bland-ass pies. After this newsflash, I decided to go ahead and give their "new" pizza a try. Do you know what I received? Another bland-ass pie (to say the least). I recently read an article claiming that their pizza stock has skyrocketed 5,000 percent, which was shocking to me. I've never eaten cardboard, but I'd imagine Domino's pizza crust is quite similar in that it is a flavorless plank of hard, yet chewy material that is nearly impossible to swallow and wreaks havoc on your gastrointestinal tract for days to come. On top of the cardboard lies an uninspired blob of wet mucus Domino's insists on calling "cheese." Working up the nerve to take the first bite made me feel as if I was a contestant on "Fear Factor," except I'm not going to be receiving anything in return, unless you count a swift howdy-do from my gag reflex. I ordered pepperoni and sausage for my toppings, as per usual, and discovered the pepperoni to be suffering from a strange discoloration: somewhere between a sullen gray and a woodsy mahogany. As if pepperoni isn't disconcerting enough when you ponder its origin. I quickly picked them off with vigor and sampled the sausage, which turned out to be an aggressively gristly little nugget of repugnance that had no right creeping down my terrified gullet. Needless to say, I did not consume the rest of this monstrosity, nor did my guest eat her Pasta Primavera, an overbaked amalgamation of dowdy vegetables and lumpy sauce. The only reason that I gave this feast two stars instead of one is because the brownies were palatable and in fact presented a halfway pleasant relief from the balmy aftertaste of our depressing entrees. read more

Went in last week to order pizza and two guys in the food prep area were not wearing masks that covered their nose and mouth. We ordered delivery from Domino's for the first & last time. The pizza was not made well, with all of the crust in a not-baked mound in the center & toppings falling off the dough-mountain...but that was the most pleasing aspect of our experience. We called for delivery, and waited. And waited. And waited. We called because we had waited for so long, and were promised he would be right over. And we waited some more. An hour and a half later on an uneventful Wednesday evening, our driver showed up. How did we know? HE CALLED US TO COME GET OUR PIZZA FROM HIS CAR. Let me say that again. Our driver would not get out of his car, because he was busy, so he called us to come outside and walk to his car. I think it's safe to say it is no surprise we won't be repeat customers. read more

For a pizza store that makes 20 grand a week with only a handful of team cooks, its amazing to watch how hard they all work. The food is always perfect and they love their job. That means alot. Keep up the great work! read more

Decent pizza, decent price if you use the coupons. I'm a fan of Papa John's, but with the horrible restaurant they have in Aliquippa, it makes this Domino's as the best delivery pizza in the area. They can sometimes take a little too long to deliver, but it still arrives hot enough to be enjoyable. Staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean. Fox's is delicious, but Domino's website is easier to use. read more

I understand that Thanksgiving Eve is busy but the website quoted us 27-37 minutes and it took an hour and 45 minutes. We called to check on our order a few times and the first time they assured us that our order was on its way. To bad I tried to give NO stars on 12/28/2020; every time I order from this store Rochester , PA on Madison Street there has been issues or very late deliveries I am 1.7 miles I believe from the store. Staff are very unprofessional the food is normally good. Or prepared as ordered. However between the staff at the store including shift Management this evening Customers Service was Worse than ever. And the driver who just asked my husband for a tip Tonight @ 7:40 pm he's on my camera(this just actually happened) we tipped via the app he said that the staff told him it was no tip???? As my food has finally arrived. Prior I called the store after my tracker stated that the food was prepared at least 30 min prior to my 2nd call back to the store. I originally called just to get an update. The first male answered the phone rudely and put me on a long hold before I could ask anything. The second male picked up the phone and over talked me and gave me a spill of a delivery time. Keep in mind my tracker status never moved and that's all I called for. Well after his spill which I still don't know all of what he said he hung up. I looked at my Husband who's is an Essential worker and was waiting to eat prior to getting ready for bed and work again at 3am. So I called back was put on hold for another lengthy wait. Was trying to explain why I called and was over talked again. I was told I was rude. I asked for a manager, a managers name and their District information. And I was refused this information. The manager on duties name he also refused to give me as well. The male told me he thought I was rude and I need to come in and see his DM or call back back for him tomorrow? And then hung up. I have no idea who the staff was I spoke to but I have my times and a camera recording of the rest of the horrible experience. I will make sure everyone that comes to my house to place a pizza order or any of my family, friends we will never patronize this place again. Mad that I even tipped prior to receiving my order. read more

Overall, I thought this was absolutely rude and disrespectful. At 11:37pm I called and asked about the one topping pizzas, and the girl who answered had a bitchy attitude and soon after when I was thinking about it, she said hello, I said I'm here. Then she acted like she couldn't hear me saying hello hello hellooo. It's like Jesus Christ, I just asked about a price. read more

So far so good! I've ordered probably about a handful of times from this location, and everything has been delicious and hot when it gets to me. I love how fast the service is too! The only problems I have with this place is that the employees don't like to bring me the extra dressings that I paid for. I even called to see if someone was still going to bring me my dressing, (because it had been over an hour since they said they would, and the store had just closed), and could hear the driver saying that they did bring it, that they weren't going to go back out, and that they were going home to their manager. read more

Great pizza delivered on time. Kind and courteous driver.

So I ordered 3 pizzas one chicken bacon ranch one pepperoni and one just cheese..$26.00 including driver fee and driver tip. Open the boxes 2 are burnt and all 3 are on paper thin crust which wasn't what was ordered. So I call the store to get either my money back or the food remade bc my kids wouldn't even eat it. The guy I talking to says I am lieing because he pulled them out of the oven and knows they were not burnt nor on the wrong crust..I said can i speak to your manager he said I am the manager. This kid had me so mad with his smart ass mouth and the crap he was saying to me had I went down there like he was taunting me to i would have went to jail and he would have been in the hospital. Then it all came back to me and I remembered why we didn't order from this place to begin with..ohh and Mr manager aka punk ass kid I posted pictures of the burnt pizzas you took out of the oven that weren't burnt. Have a look for yourself....moral of the story...spend 5 more bucks and order real pizza don't waste your time and money at this place. Trust me you will wish you listened to me. read more
