This is a cheesy review. No pun intended It's dominos. Who reviews dominos. Here's the thing-- service, to me, makes or breaks dining experiences; and these guys are the sweetest! Every time I walk into the store, I am instantly greeted with a smile and a "welcome to dominos!". I can't be the only one who grabs takeout after stressful work days when the last thing you want to do is cook... so going somewhere where the workers are warm and genuine makes you feel good. My food (pizza chicken sandwiches) are always hot and accurate. They're fast too. Super clean building too. read more

Wish I could give a no star rating. I had a bad experience and was offered a "free" 2 topping medium pizza. I ordered it and was charged over $10 for my free pizza which took 1 1/2 hours to be delivered only after I called 3 times checking on it. read more

I like Dominos pizza, except for the fact that I order extra cheese and when the pizza arrives there is NOT extra cheese on the pizza. I order extra cheese every time and every time there is not extra cheese. I want to receive a pizza that looks like the pizza on there adds. That's what extra cheese looks like, cheese that pulls from the pie when you pull out a slice! Please do it right the next time. A star. read more

We ordered a Med pizza and I believe we ended up with a small one We've ordered med pies from this location many times in the past and was nothing like todays pie If what we received is the new Med than we will take our business elsewhere for the money Also, to much garlic was on it and if garlic salt is what you use .. you need to ask customers first if they want that xtra salt for health reasons alone read more

For years I have been ordering from this Dominos whenever I wanted a pizza. Recently, I made an order than took over an hour to get to me, and once I received my order, the pizza was squished and half of the cheese was stuck to the top of the box. I sent in a complaint, and was emailed by the manager who offered me a free pizza once I responded to his email. I responded, and have been completely ignored since. I'm very disappointed in the way this has been handled, and for the lack of concern over providing terrible service. read more

Probably one of the more disorganized and poorly made Domino's pizza's I have ever had, and I'm a die hard Domino's fan! I never thought I'd review a chain pizza place but I just picked up a pizza there, and I can't NOT review this place. Sure, the pizza was good. But the service? EXCEPTIONAL. Everybody working there tonight (2/23/22) gave me a warm smile, and a happy greeting, and everybody genuinely seemed happy to see me. Great, quick service. They all deserve a raise, seriously. I've lost track of how long I've been ordering from the Penn Ave. Domino's. Every order has been correct, the pizzas, pasta and chicken have always been hot and tasty. The delivery guys and gals are always courteous and smiling when I open the door. I can't complain about anything. The only thing that would make it better would be side orders of anchovies :) read more

The cashiers were friendly but very disorganized. It took several minutes for them to place my order. The lady acted like she was putting in my order but she didn't know how to use the computer and had to get help from a co-worker. She didn't recall what I said and I had to repeat myself (yet again) because she and the co-worker just seemed to be guessing about the toppings for the pizzas. This was a pick up order. The pizza was nasty. The toppings were burnt to a crisp. In fact, they were so burnt that we could only positively identify one of the several toppings. We've had countless pizzas. We love pizza but this one tasted so horrible that we ate 2 slices and threw the rest in the trash. How does a national chain mess up something so basic? Understand- the order was correct but the pizza was just horrible. It was almost inedible. We'll not order from any Dominos again based on this experience. read more

One of the scariest and rudest deliveries ever. The delivery man Brandon was rude. I gave him a 10 then the rest in quarters and 2 one dollar coins. He huffed and puffed and left. He came back 2 hours later. I went outside and he looked angry. Like murderer angry. I got nervous. he said I owed him 2 dollars when I gave him 2 one dollar coins. But I was so scared I ran upstairs to get a $2. It was my first time ordering a different pizza place. Thanks a lot Dominos. The next time you hire make sure the employees are nice and not some rude person. From now on I'm ordering Papa Johns, they're nicer. read more
