Unfortunately, this restaurant is nowhere near as good as it could be. Ordering online is a breeze, and service is quick if you're in the Fort Knox area. But the pizza is just not that good, and it's a shame too because Snappy Tomato Pizza is just half a mile east along Knox Boulevard and a lot better. My order apparently took 22 minutes to make, according to the online tracker. It was only 29 minutes after I'd placed my order that the delivery driver arrived. The food was still hot in all that time, and the prices are more than reasonable if you know how to take advantage of their deals. However, the pizza I ordered was kind of hard and just not that good. I would probably try ordering from one of the other places around for food. read more

I placed an order 1.5hrs ago and the representative mentioned that my pizzas would be delivered in an hour from the time we got off of the phone. I decided to call at 1.25hrs to inquire about the delivery. The representative on the phone seemed to have an attitude and said to wait another 20 minutes. I'll never eat at Domino's ever again. I visited the Radcliff Knox Blvd store on 1/4/2020. One of my more less desirable and scared for my life days ever. It was a Saturday and my wife and I were going to attend an event that we were invited to last minute. So I ran a few errands around town and decided to pick up some pizza from Domino's for my kids and mother-in-law. I pulled up directly in front of the store and was about to go into the store and realized that if I log on line I can acquire loyalty points and get online deals. I try logging into the Domino's website and couldn't remember my password, so I had to go through the whole resetting of my password. Once I finally was able to sign in, I began to order then as I was ordering a saw a special and had to restart my entire order. This was taking quite sometime, but while all this was going on. One of the employees called the police on me. Mind you I'm sitting one parking space over from the front entrance. I can clearly see into the store and they can see me as well. While in the action of ordering my pizza online from my phone, I have the strangest feeling that someone is looking over my shoulder and that hunch was correct. As I slowly begin to look up, I see a police officer walking away from my car and his body language was as if he was cuffing his hand over his mouth as to say whew into his hand. And this is an accurate depiction of what he was doing because it's January and you could see his breath going away from his face. He obviously saw that I was ordering pizza on my phone and he probably didn't escalate it because he saw clearly into my car with no tint on my windows and it was between 3 pm and 4 pm in the late afternoon. So there was plenty of daylight. At first I didn't think much of it because I was originally thought he may have been going in to pick up something. At the first sight of him, I truly didn't think much of it, because I wasn't doing anything that would have a reason to have the police called on me. I was thinking it was mostly coincidental. Then as I finished my order and was going in to pay for it. I realized that down the block a second police vehicle had arrived. As I went in to pay for my order another customer enters before me. As I walking in and getting in line to pay, the cashier was making loud statements to the manager and the customer in front of me that she didn't have access to the cash register. I found that odd as well and when I looked back at the two police vehicles parked in the plaza now parked beside one another. It then dawned on me as I'm paying for my food that, this woman just called the police on me for basically ordering a pizza from my car on my phone on the Domino's property. The reason I know it was for me is based off how the police car was parked behind my vehicle as to keep me from pulling off or evading and in Radcliff, KY there is little to no crime and when the police show up in two's, it's because of some kind of incident. The reason why I live in that area is because the low crime. It really didn't hit me to later that night after I completed my event and had time to reflect on my day. Let's just say I am happy to know that the "right police officer" arrived on the scene versus the "wrong trigger happy police officer". Oh, by the way, I'm a black man and when the gravity of what happened to me earlier that day hit me like a ton of bricks. I'm thinking I could have lost my life all because I was ordering a pizza . I posted my story of Facebook and people who knew me were as furious as I was and lets just say my white friends were telling me to sue the pants off Domino's. I have yet to seek counsel about the situation, but all I know it was a horrifying event. I have attached proof of my visit on this day and I'm quite sure they can review their on security video footage to verify what I stated. I know some of you are probably thinking, why don't you go talk to the manager about the incident? I would, but I get so infuriated about the situation it brings a large amount to stress to me. So me ever giving my money to Domino's will never ever happen again. Sucks because I actually had some loyalty points built up. read more

Save your time and order from somewhere else. I've given this dominos so many chances and today was the last straw. I placed an order at 6:00 and at 6:11 Jason was "prepping" my order. I check on it around 6:45 and still in the prepping stages, was hoping they just didn't ring up the next steps. 7:00 comes around and was the time it said it would be delivered around and still prepping. So I call and ask for a status and he (didn't get his name) told me it would be another 2 hour wait but was quoted 51-60 mins. I would have never ordered or quoted the longer time frame!!! I told him just cancel it I couldn't wait that long. I had to remind him to get my name to even cancel the order too otherwise he would just hung up. This dominos is by the far the worse I've ever experienced!!! Save your trouble and go to papa johns!!! They are amazing!! read more

This place is terrible, if I could leave a review lower than one star I would. I suspect the only reason this place is still in business is because it's the only place that delivers on post. The manager Melisa is an embarrassment, my order has been under "quality check" for almost an hour not to mention it took well over 40 minutes for them to prep my order. Save your money, it's much more worth it to let this place revamp its staff due to suffering business than it is to let this sort of practice continue. read more

I don't "Yelp" very often but this one deserves it. The last two times I've ordered dominos at this location they've forgot my marinara. As you can tell it wasn't that big of a deal or I would've griped before this. That stuff starts to add up after awhile though. This experience really topped the cake. I ordered a pan pizza online and the breadsticks and 2 liter. I notice I have ONE missed call on my phone and call back. The manager gets on the phone and proceeds to tell me she's called me three times with the worst attitude and had cancelled my order. AND THE WHOLE REASON FOR THIS REVIEW IS THE CRAP MANAGER THEYVE GOT. She was rude as can be. I will NEVER eat here again. Get your management and better yet your staff together. This particular store is awful! I have ordered salad as well as pizza and most times as of lately Shari has been the one fixing my order. I have waited up to an hour and a half and I live less that a mile from this store. My salads started out great but the last 5 or 6 times the quality has gotten worse with each order to the point that the last 2 were so rotten they could not be eaten. I called the store to speak to a manager... it was Shari!!!!!!! She claimed it was NOT HER RESPONSIBILTY to quality check anything and that anyone waiting for delivery is lucky if they get it in less than 2 hours. I then took the salads to the store myself and she repeated that it is not her responsibility to ensure the food is good that is on the delivery drivers?!?!?! like seriously... if she is the manager HOW is it NOT her responsibility? On top of that she told me that if I could do better then I was welcome to do so! Joke is on her. I owned and operated a pizza shop in another town for 2 years. I ended my partnership and when the customers found out I was no longer there the business went under as a result. If this is how Domino's is running their business now then I will never order from them ever again. This manager is one of the worst I have ever encountered! There used to be good people there. This place has got to be one of the worst dominos. I've ordered delivery from the 3 times, and each time there's been issues. First 2 times was an issue with the fact that I pre-paid then the driver shows up telling me payment hadn't been made. This time the driver shows up with only part of the delivery. Was told that they ran out of wings. How a store can run out of wings on a Sunday is beyond me. Seems to be piss poor management all around. Even better is each time I've had an issue over the last 2 years they've managed to cancel the order in lightning speed as to keep negative reviews on the dominos app. Perhaps if they'd put the same effort into providing their product as they do keeping up their image on the app, I'd order from them again. Placed my order online from Fort Knox. I later realized I was short two dollars, called the location and customer service was excellent! The young woman over the phone happily took my credit card information and assured me her driver was on the way. The driver arrived in less time than the Dominoes tracker indicated, the order was 100% correct and was very courteous as well. The entire process took about 30-35 minutes. It took the driver approx. 15 min to make our delivery from when the tracker said he had left the store. Ordered a 2 liter of coke and diet coke and was told they were out and received 2 2 liters of sprite instead. Pizza was family warm not what we usually expect from dominoes. My wife's pan pizza was smashed in the middle stuck to the box. I guess it's back to Papa Johns for us or even the more expensive Pizza Hut I guess you get what you pay for quality service and experience !!! read more

Pizza has been on point the last 2 i got. Ordered a third one and took over an hour to get here. When it got here, it was completely cold, and dried out. Called and talked to a manager named Sherry, who was very nice and she fixed the order and made up for it. If you do get bad food, just make sure you call, its the only way the can fix their problems staff side. read more

This Domino's Pizza location is where we always order our pizza and pizza products because it is delicious. We have never been disappointed with their food items. Although there is another location closer to our house, the pizza is not nearly as good as the Knox Blvd one. Try it for yourself and see if you don't agree with what we are saying.
