I placed a delivery order online the other night and after 45 minutes I called to check on my order and was told it's on the way. After ANOTHER 45 minutes I called back and said I know it's not your fault but please cancel my order and refund me if I've been charged because it's been an hour and a half and it's almost 1am now. I was being polite. The guy tried to argue and say it's on its way even though he said that on the last call. I insisted I wanted my money back but he started talking over me and arguing clearly being obnoxious and refusing to just accept what I was saying. It was extremely frustrating and I asked if I needed to talk to someone else and asked what his name was he said "Don't worry about it" then hung up. If these calls are actually recorded for quality assurance PLEASE review it and see if I'm lying or exaggerating. This guy was an unprofessional punk with a bad attitude and it's surprising he can hold any kind of job. He should be punished for this incident. read more

In the aftermath of the earthquake, commuters were stuck on VRE commuter rails for hours! This Dominos was wonderful in delivering hot pizzas directly to the station. The delivery girl was right there prompt to the station when it entered! I will order from here whenever I am in Quantico! read more

I ordered from this dominos more then twice but the last two experiences were horrible... the first experience my husband ordered two pizza one for himself and one for me we checked the app it said out for delivery I'm like okay that was quick...once the pizza arrived it was cold I tried to eat it Being we both just got off work and was very hungry but I can't eat chewy cheese and hard dough so I called and told them the pizza was cold the guy on the phone then told me well I don't know what to say but don't you have a microwave, I was like excuse me!!! My husband got on the phone and asked to speak to the manager and explained what was said the manager told my husband he will have a talk with him and he will credit us back the money and send out fresh pizza we said okay never received any money but we did receive new pizza. Second occasion and will be the last I will ever order from here we ordered our pizza online I left my front door open with porch light on my dogs started barking I checked the door it was the pizza delivery guy sitting in his car looking for something i have no idea what but went to get his tip which was on the next table and when I went back to the door he was gone no knock on the door nothing mind you I would have seen him if he would have got out my door was still opened, I called the store and informed him the pizza delivery guy left he then said well we called the number and nobody answered so we left I said sir you did not call any number my phone didn't ring I asked what number did you call he said a number we don't have I said okay the door was open and light was on he could've just knocked on the door he said ma'am I don't know what to tell you.. once again my husband got on the phone at this point he's furious he said well is he coming back with our food the guy said no my husband said some words and the guy hung up I called back to ask at this point for a refund and I asked did you hang up he said yes I did and ignored my question about refund and hung up again I kept calling and he kept hanging up my husband went to the store to and spoke with mgmt all he did again was apologize and said he will talk to the delivery driver who then pulled up with his girlfriend in the passenger seat of the vehicle... my husband got them to make new pizza... I contacted corporate through email and was told they would contact the store manager to handle the situation I'm like okay let's see if you get any better results then what we already got it's been 2 weeks still haven't heard anything else from them I would NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN AND DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO ORDER FROM HERE EITHER I TAKE BLAME FOR WHEN IM WRONG BUT I DID NOTHING WRONG BUT PAID FOR FOOD WITH MY MONEY TO BE TREATED POORLY... if you want cold pizza with bad attitudes then okay order from here be my guest read more

the worst delivery around. not only does it take a lifetime to get your food. heaven forbid you ask for any thing special i.e no garlic napkins, cups etc. literally every single time I've asked for no garlic they have brought with garlic and have had to take it back and re make it and bring it back. last time we waited 2 hrs until we called and they forgot to make our pizza. pathetic read more
