So this is the second time I have ordered from this location. I felt the need to download yelp and let you guys know that the service I've received both times has been amazing! The pizza we got was the Wisconsin 6 cheese which I have had before but this was hands down the best I've ever had. SOOOOO!!! I call Domino Pizza (Pottstown) - ordered 2 large pies and a 2 liter of soda. The pies were delivered but NOT the soda! (OK errors happen!!) They were to send the soda and 2 + hours later ------ I STILL DO NOT HAVE IT!!!! I call again - 'all the drivers are out on the road - - OVER 2 HOURS AND STILL NO SODA, that I paid for!!! (OH! Ordered pizza and garlic parm wings for my kids. Received wings with what I originally thought was ranch (thick white, lumpy sauce on it.) Turns out if was Alfredo sauce. Either way, completely wrong and absolutely disgusting. I called to get it corrected and the snarky rude child that is supposed to be the "manager" cut me off while I was speaking and refused to correct their obvious mistake saying "that's what our garlic Parmesan looks like." No. It isn't. He insisted and I let him know that I will take it up with their corporate office since he isn't interested in doing his job to which his response was "fine, whatever." I eventually gave in and man oh man I am never going back there, their pizza is made from the flesh from the abor*ion clinic and man does it taste good lemme tell ya. Driver with GPS got lost, so returned to get a remake. I only found out after calling, after I waited an hour over the expected delivery. And one of two pizzas was burnt. But we gave them another shot and this time the driver left the store and drove directly to the high school. After 30 minutes I called and the manager said his GPS was probably broken. When it finally arrived, it was slightly warm and tasted sub-par. Do not trust them to deliver anything in time. After the first fiasco, I got a "free" large pizza. Not worth it. read more

Not surprised to see them as 2 stars. First time ordering domino's in 20 years, it will be another 20 before o order again! Placed order on app, easy enough. 30 minutes go by and the order is done, still doing fine. Then my food sits there for another hour until I call the restaurant. The restaurant says, sorry, our drivers are out on deliveries and we don't know when they'll be back. No offer to accommodate, rush, discount, or even a free dessert or something. I'm going to start this off by saying, this dominos is usually pretty good, I never have any issues with them until tonight. I placed an order for pick up at 7:00, so I go and pick it up and the girl who gave me my order couldn't find it and then was walking around looking for it. I ordered a gluten free Philly cheesesteak pizza, which is my favorite and I was so excited for it. I get home and open it and to my surprise it is not even close to what it is supposed to be. They literally gave me a normal pizza and slapped some cheesesteak meat and called it a day. It's supposed to come with American cheese, mushrooms, onions, peppers and the steak, which a normal cheesesteak would come with, you know ? So then I called to tell them the problem and a girl named Brianna if I remember correctly answered the phone. This girl needs to take a class in phone etiquette, she did not have any manners and honestly sounded like she could care less and didn't care about her job. Here's a tip, pretend to care like everyone else gets and you'll go farther in life. Still sounding like she didn't care she said let me tell a manager and we will resend it to you. At that point I was just annoyed and hung up. There was a reason I chose pick up instead of delivery because I'd be in bed by the time it got here. How anyone stomachs this cr*p is beyond me. I haven't had a dominos pizza in probably about 25 years. It was forced upon me the first time too (as in there was nothing else available, and someone brought one of these in). Despite how hungry I was, I could barely finish one slice. Salted greasy cardboard with tasteless cheese is what comes to mind. I guess if you're the kind of person who considers McDonalds good food, then Dominos is for you! We placed an order tonight via the dominos app. I placed my order at 7pm. Around 8:15, the tracker was still showing my pizza was in 'quality inspection'. I was starving, so I asked my husband to call and see what was taking so long. After he spoke to someone that told him 'the wait time is always shown when you place the order' (no it wasn't), he asked to speak to a manager. The manager told him that he had 'personally called everyone to let them know their order were backed up' (no he didn't). My husband told him that we did not have a missed call, and the MANAGER responded by saying 'are you calling me a liar?!' We immediately cancelled our order. Oh, you thought this review was over? Nope. At 8:45, my dog starts barking. You guessed it, the delivery driver was at the door. I'm upset that the poor delivery driver went out of his way to deliver a cancelled order, that, by the way, I refused at my door. I hope he gets compensated for his wasted time. But I doubt his manager will take responsibility for that either. I will never be ordering from this location again. read more

I placed an order using the online app for delivery at exactly 9:05pm on a Sunday night. Shortly after placing the order I received a call from the store informing me that they only had one delivery driver and it would probably be about an hour until we received our order which I was okay with and agreed. It wasn't until 2 and a half hours later and 11:30 at night that I received my cold pizza. It was so gross and a terrible experience and will not be ordering from there again! read more

I love the online ordering process and the feature Domino has to follow your order process. My order was made accurately and delivery was done quickly. I think Dominos have improved tremendously from the pizzas they made 10 years ago. On my recent order, I ordered the a Garlic White Sauce Parmasean Pan Pizza and stuffed cheesy bread. i order from this dominos often, and the service is never great, but it's never been this bad. i ordered a breadbowl with alfredo sauce, no chicken because i'm vegetarian. my order came and i politely told the girl i'd been having an awful day and all the cash i had was a $20 while my order was around $19.80 so i couldn't tip her and that i was sorry. she rolled her eyes, told me "it's whatever" (which is not a professional way to speak to a customer, and you also dont have to tip so idk why she was being so rude ab it), and handed me my food. i gave her the 20 which she took like i was trying to give her a worm or something..i get inside and see that my breadbowl has chicken in it, so i figured i may have ordered the wrong thing so i went onto my email and checked the order and saw i had ordered the right thing. i politely called them to tell them and at NO TIME did they say they needed the old one back so i hung up, gave the chicken one to my brother, and waited for a new one to come. when she got here again, she was much more rude. she told me she needed the old one and i told her i gave it to my brother. she rolled her eyes, sighed, and shoved the new one at me. i told her to have a nice day and she walked away, no response. read more
