I would like to try this as deep fried cheesesteak. I think a hard shell/roll would add a lot to this cheesesteak. The next morning I mixed my leftover meat, cheese, onions, mushrooms, sauce with eggs and that was darn tasty. The girl behind the counter was so nice I bought a Dan's made tandy cake.
