While sitting there, we noticed another older couple who were sitting at there table for quite a while with no service from the wait staff. They finally got up and walked out We also decided not to waste our time and got up and walked out. This is not the first time we had problems such as this before, One time we had reservations, and they left us waiting over 20 minutes. I had to complain to the hostess that we were getting tired of standing there (we are both older retired people with arthritis) then she finally seated us. There are many other Italian restaurants in the area to spend our hard earned money to have to deal with this crap. Cheesesteak was fully loaded on a nice sesame seed roll and the chicken cutlet was a welcome new additions to our sandwich repertoire. Whoever thought of roasted Brussel sprouts on this sandwich was a genius. Could used a touch more dressing but I'll just order some extra on the side next time. We ordered ahead on the website and it was just getting wrapped up when we arrived. Right on time. Made it home piping hot still which was perfect!
