At 10:30pm there's been zero updates and my first call to the store is completely ignored and the second one is finally answered and I'm told she's waiting on a driver. Well I got a car and I can drive so I head on over there to try and expedite this stupidly long process. I get there and it's just uncooked still laying on the table like the saddest flattened dough you'll ever see and the one employee then tells me the truth that's it's not even been cooked yet. IT'S BEEN A HOUR PLUS. So after I witness the one employee cough into their ungloved hand I watch as they don't wash it they just keep right on molesting everyone's pizza. Gross. We don't normally get Domino's, but we got a GC & wanted to use it. I called to order for pickup. The lady took my order & was able to answer my questions re their "mix & match" deal - 2 or more items @ $7.99 each, up-charges for certain items, etc. I ended up ordering a pizza & 2 orders of wings. When the hubbs picked up, he thought it was a cute lil space; the seating was a nice touch, since most fast food pizza places don't have a place to sit & eat. Unfortunately, there was some confusion & the guy almost left out 1 of the chicken orders. After getting it straightened out, he couldn't get the GC to go through - which again, was the only reason for going there to begin with. The pizza was meh. It reminded me why I don't get Domino's. I think I saw 1 mushroom per slice. The garlic parm wings tasted like they were topped w/ mayo. The only thing half decent were the boneless bbq bacon wings. Oh & I called the 800# on the back of the GC & the balance was $25, so who knows why he had issues using it. I'm actually sad that I was so disappointed... Pleasantly surprised today from this location. I order the Handmade Pan Pizza with extra cheese, can't go wrong with it. They open at 10am. I made a future delivery order early in the morning for 10:30am. It's Sunday and NFL Playoffs are on, I didn't expect it to be on time. It took longer than usual, I think it got here around 11:10. Not a huge deal, but Muhammad showed up and said that they were sorry for the late delivery and gave the order to me for free. I gave a $10 tip, it was a nice surprise. About 30 mins later I hear someone knocking on the door, it was Muhammad. He gave me a 2 liter coke and another pizza, also for free. There may have been a mixup with the order system but he said don't worry about paying. I love Dominos Pizza, and I love the classy move by this location. I am so surprised to see many bad reviews! We have been coming to this domino's consistently, almost every Friday, for over a year and maybe had 1 issue in over 50 visits... it happens that they get busy, maybe the tracker could provide a better time estimate, but my pizza and wings have always been been super consistent, delicious and well-made. Not sloppy or thrown together. The staff is super nice and if you watch them behind the counter for just a few minutes, you will see that they are totally hustling and hauling. Again, from the reviews, maybe the tracker needs a corporate upgrade but this local staff is AMAZING!! read more

This location will always be my go-to pick up spot until they are no longer there. That's not the case because this location has been up and running for a very long time now. When I arrived at the store my pizza was not ready & was barely being prepared. I look up to the screen & Orlando had a full screen of orders at once. The website said my order was received and it would be ready in 8-14 minutes. 20 minutes later, I headed that way and found the parking lot full. After circling in and out of the parking lot for another 6 minutes, I finally got a spot. Headed in and found chaos. The manager, Ronald or Ronaldo or something like that, was being very condescending to people in line and at the counter, very disrespectful and telling them they were lying about their pickup time. He yelled that there was at least a 2 hour wait. C'mon dude. I got up there and he told me the same thing, that no way did it tell me 8-14 minutes and that my small order wouldn't be ready for at least 2 hours. I just had him cancel my order, which was now ordered almost 45 minutes ago and they hadn't even started it. Manager needs some training, or needs a job he can handle professionally. This is my favorite Domino's restaurant. Staff are always very friendly and prompt to help you. We order pizza from the Placentia location several times a month. I have been there when they are very busy. The Staff do their very best to get pizza out as quickly as possible, and you can tell because they are focused on their work and not side chatting like some other places that don't seem to care when there is a line of customers waiting. Domino's usually gets a bad rap, but a coworker ordered some pizza for lunch today, and I gotta say that it was delicious. I usually get the regular thin crust pizza, but we got the handmade pan pizza with sausage and pepperoni and it was so good. First time ever having the pan pizza and the pizza slice was nice and hot and thicker than the regular pizza. Crust was also nice and golden brown and crunchy. Ordered online. There was no problem with the delivery or with the pizza. However, there was an issue with my e-receipt and what was charged to my CC company. Somehow there was an additional $5 charge to my card. Reported this to Domino's and my CC company. Received a call from Domino's Placentia and was told I added an $8 tip. I explained I did not and have the e-receipt which I can provide to them. He said he did not need it. He asked did I want the $8 refunded or $5 refunded. I stated only the $5 that was added to my bill. Later, I received a call I believe from their site manager who wanted to confirm some CC information for my refund. I offered to email my Domino's e-receipt but she did not need it. She said she will process a $5 refund. Uncertain if this is a ordering system glitch but if not, I think this would be considered wire fraud if someone is electronically increasing payments without customer input / notification. If paying by credit or debit card, I strongly suggest you verify what is actually being posted and that it meshes with your e-receipt. read more

Employees are polite but I have to question how I am supposed to enjoy the food when I sit outside and watch the employee cutting & flavoring EVERYONE'S food to be sucking on his mask over the food he is preparing.
