For the longest time I was very against dominos because I had it once and it lacked flavor so I shut them down. I'm glad I gave them another chance because they've continuously proved me wrong. Their specialty pizzas are actually really good. Most recently I've been doing the $6.99 medium pizzas and I'm a big fan. The price is affordable, the quality is good, and the amount you get is appropriate. I'm not a fan of red sauce so I opt for their garlic butter sauce or Alfredo sauce and I'm never disappointed; it actually makes the pizza taste better in my opinion (a lot less acidic!). They are usually pretty good at adding a good amount of toppings and for me they've always tasted fresh. For a chain/fast food pizza place, they actually have a good amount of options for toppings. My favorite combination so far has been the garlic sauce as the sauce, with cheese, feta, and spinach. I was really excited to try their new pepperoni cheesy bread but it wasn't as good as I expected. It didn't have enough stuffing so it was more like bread with a hint of cheese and pepperoni (you're better off getting a pizza). This is the most convenient location to me so I usually get take out from here and so far I've been pleased with their service. You can also see into their kitchen when you first walk in so you feel a lot more at ease with how your food is being prepared. Since they don't have a dine in option, I find parking is easy to find as people are just coming in and out. read more

It's domino's. I did try a little something different- the hand tossed crust and garlic as a topping. It was good. Made up for not having the garlic on the crust for sure! The location inside is clean and more technologically advanced than my regular Domino's. They had a flat screen tv with names typed out and how long a wait you had. Only problem- they use full names! That's a problem in my book. 2019- what about customer protection? My gripe here, nothing to do with Domino's but the location! Shady. So, felt compelled to finally put a much over due review for this location in Pawtucket, RI it's fantastic! When you order, it is fast! The food is good, it's hot, and normally here in 15-17 min. So it's a chain, and I can't say I ever expect too much from chains. However, this Dominos has consistently proved my preconceived notions about chain restaurants absolutely and completely wrong. Generally, I use the online ordering. I find this takes the chance of miscommunication out of the equation. It's easy to log in, find your restaurant, and customize your order. Prices are reasonable, and food is always decent quality. The online portal has a tracker that shows what is happening with your order at that moment, from being received, prepped, cooked, checked, and out for delivery. Very handy! Tonight, they actually made a mistake on my order, which I actually thought was my fault, so I didn't say anything. About 10 minutes after the delivery, another delivery driver was at my door with my correct order, free of charge, and an apology. Very professional, very impressive! We've ordered a couple of times via the website ordering interface and find that it's super convenient. You can place your order via a secured website and very user-friendly website, and then you can monitor the progress of your delivery on the website. The Domino's workers update the status of your order right on the web. For example, you can see when "Marco is prepping your order!" and when it goes out for delivery. My food is always hot. Even in a winter storm delivery is fast and correct. For a pizza chain they are definitely above par.

Was trying to pull through the parking lot to run into another store and the delivery driver pulled up and blocked me kindly asked him to move so we can pull through and he argued back and forth with me saying it was a parking spot. LAST I checked parking on a line doesn't make it a location for a parking spot. Went in to ask the manager for him to move and he said that they do that to block off from people cutting through. Which I get, but at the same time if you're sitting in your car and someone asks you to kindly move for a second maybe you should instead of yelling back and forth with them. In addition you are blocking off business for the other locations within the plaza. Can't speak on the food because I will never eat at that location due to how ignorant the employees are. read more

This Domino's used to be very consistent offering above average delivery pizza for a reasonable price. Delivery was always speedy and usually early with fresh hot pizza. In the last 6 months, we've experienced a decline in the quality of the pizza (arriving burnt or cold) and late deliveries. We're going to give them a few more tries and then switch if things don't improve. read more

Domino's the company is fine. As a food chain, they're generally consistent, although I have gotten some burnt and oversauced pizza since I've ordered from them. Their delivery drivers are generally quick and arrive in a timely fashion. Pickup is a breeze. The customer service isn't bad. They just don't really make an effort to make you feel like you want to be there or want to come back to the store. That is also evident by how small the space is. The waiting area is basically the size of a medium closet space. All the store's space is given to the baking and employees, which is fine but it doesn't foster a feeling of wanting to visit. Maybe that's Domino's secret plan, do away with pickup and push delivery. The pizzas are good. Not the best, but far from the worst I've ever had. However, their thin crust pizza is the most inconsistent and the most delicious...when they do it right. Most times it comes out crunchy but not too burnt and easily enjoyable. But far more times than I'd like, it resembles a charred Doritos chip with not enough sauce, not enough cheese and cut into whatever oblong shape the baker decides. Sloppy sloppy sloppy. read more
