I ordered the 8-piece chicken from this place, and I have to say I was greatly disappointed. For $6 for 8 pieces of chicken, you would generally want a decently sized piece of chicken. Each piece was about the size of a quarter or smaller. It was quite disappointing, to be honest. Delivery was quick, and they were able to go inside my building to bring the order right to my door, which is always a plus. This may be a review based on dominoes more generally rather than this one in specific, but the 8-piece chicken hardly stands up to what I expect. read more

Apparently they have an issue delivering a measly 2 miles away, dude came in bitching and threatening to fire whoever took my order and said if I ever order again they will be cancelling it read more

This Domino's is literally one of the best pizza places in Morgantown. The food is always hot & delicious. They are super fast. I definitely recommend it read more

It's consistent and convenient. The pizzas are good and so are the desserts. I'm not wild about the Mac n cheese. The subs are just okay. But I do love the point system and the freebies that go with it. read more

Clueless kids they have running this place don't care about customers. Don't risk the frustration of doing business here, I highly recommend Pizza Al's, it's important to them to exceed customer's expectations. read more

not a fan of this location! Barely any cinnamon on the cinnastix, customer service wasnt very nice

I ordered one pizza and after 40min they called me telling me they don't deliver to my area.. I ordered thru the app and that's the location they sent my order to. read more

Antonio at the Pleasant St in Morgantown was so helpful and quick with the ordering process. Thank you for making my experience so smooth.

Normally, pretty fast and accurate delivery. However, there seems to be a problem with their pan pizza - at least half the time, the center of the pie has uncooked dough and somebody needs to learn about the plastic stand-offs that most pizza places use to keep the top of the flimsy boxes from getting squished onto the pizza. However, the real insult is the $25 cash limit for deliveries that is only mentioned at the very last moment when using Domino's online ordering system. And to top that off, my first encounter with this policy included a smart-ass text message "Whoa there, big spender! There's a $25 limit on cash orders intended for delivery." According to Domino's Corporate, this policy is set by the local store. I might not have minded so much except "Rounding up for St. Jude's Charity" is what put the total price over $25. read more

Horrible customer service. The man who answered my call immediately scolded me for calling the wrong store, which I hadn't. Then he went on to talk to me in a condescending tone. The pizza wasn't cooked right either and not good at all. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Would not recommend to anyone. read more

Horrible service. I use the Domino's in Fairmont all tHe time and have never been treated like this store in Morgantown. I placed my order and didn't realize it didn't come with pepperoni so called literally 3 mins after I placed the order and the guy was so rude and told me the pizza was already coming out of the oven and couldn't help me. Like really. Seriously this is your customer service here!!! I will never use this dominos again and will make sure to let people know!! read more

I always have amazing service at this location. The people working here always greet with a smile. The food is always hot and ready.

Honestly they don't even deserve a one star rating. Last night a few friends of mine and I got together to buy pizza for the party I was at. Knowing the apartment my friend lives in is hard to find I specifically told them to call me when they came. The tracker said the pizza had arrived so I went down and waited for 15 minutes. It never came, so I called the store. They put the delivery driver on the line and the delivery driver said they already delivered the pizza and gave it to somebody. We told them we didn't have the pizza. They called us a liar and said the person confirmed the address. I spent $50 on a pizza I never received. They refused to give me another pizza or even a refund. DO NOT GET PIZZA FROM THIS STORE! read more

Easily the worst night staff available in Morgantown. After being prompted that my pizza was already here 5 minutes ago, I called in to see what the deal was. "The driver will be there any minute," the mindless voice assures me. Righto. No problem. 20 minutes later, I call in again. I relay that their old pizza isn't acceptable. He says "Sure, whatever." Not what I expected, but also fine. Don't throw your money away. There are plenty of better, honest, much more prompt pie shops in town. Avoid this branch like the plague. read more

I've been so patient with this location for almost 2 years because it's a college town. Their delivery system is a complete mess. This is the fourth time I've ordered for delivery and with an estimated delivery time of 26-36 minutes I've been here waiting for over an hour. It says my order was "checked for perfection" 40 minutes ago. I called to ask what was going on and he said they "just don't have any drivers" so I asked what is going to be done about it and I was told my food would PROBABLY be to me in another 40 minutes. Obviously it's unacceptable and the only response I got was "well I can do like a discount on your next order but it's out of my hands". Their service is horrible. read more

Amazing service! The pizza was delicious, prepared quickly while we waited, and the staff was thoughtful and entertaining. Will definitely come back read more

It had been years since I tried any Domino's pizza. I had seen a lot of commercials about how much they've put into making their pizza actually taste good and about how you could get 50% off your online order so I thought I'd see what they had accomplished in 5 years or so. The answer is: nothing. The pizza tasted like cardboard and had almost no cheese on it. I even got the "stuffed cheesy bread." I noticed it didn't say what it was stuffed with, but I found out: air. There was hardly any cheese ON the cheesy bread and there was none inside it. I'll post some photos of the pizza with almost no cheese and the cheesy bread stuffed with air. It seems as if Domino's is still cutting corners and saving money by putting no cheese on your pizza. Ugh. High prices, no taste, no cheese. Go somewhere else. read more

Ordered a large pizza. Was told to expect over an hour for delivery. When it arrived it appeared to have been through a paint shaker, slices and toppings scattered all over the box. Staff was less than helpful when we called to address the matter. They in fact hung up on us. I am recommending folks avoid this establishment read more

The delivery man Roger is rude AF! I never want to order domino's for delivery again because I don't want to risk Roger's presence ever standing on my doorstep again. He threw the receipt in my hand asking me to sign and did not give me a pen & then got angry saying that he gave me a pen & I was taking too long... pizza was great but if you call for delivery specifically ask for anyone but Roger's rude ass read more

Domino's in Morgantown was just awful, pizza burnt, order was wrong and the person on the phone had no idea what was going on. Would not recommend. Half star out of 10 read more

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and boneless wings for delivery. Everything was very good and extra sauces were reasonably priced. Love the herbed sprinkle they put on the crust and was soft and delicious in the middle. Not impressed w the wings but were tasty. Thanks dominos. read more

I tried ordering from this Dominos a few times. They screwed up my order here and there nothing to serious. However, last time i ordered it took them over 3 and a half hours. When i called around 2 hours the person said it was out for delivery. I called again 30 minutes later and asked for the manger who told me my large pizza and BREAD BOWL pasta just left the building I asked why the first employe lied to me 30 min prior. He made up some excuse and told me he could give me a discount on my next order... After another hour my food finally arrived and my pizza was cold. Worst of all the Bread bowl was in a tin foil bowl.... I emailed the cooperate Dominos who told me this was unacceptable and i would be getting called by the manger or owner of the establishment in a few days.. That never happened. This also happened to me from papa johns.. they got it to me within 15 minutes of my phone call and covered the cost. Better pizza, better customer satisfaction. read more

I don't write a review unless it's fantastic or awful, and Domino's Pizza is awful! I've lived here for almost 3 years so I've had my share of Domino's Pizza. Before I get into the review, let me just say the first thing that annoys me is how, on the Domino's website, when you're building your pizza, the toppings are in two categories. 'Meats' and 'Non-Meats.' It literally says 'Non-Meats.' Not 'vegetables' or 'veggies.' This is a small thing, but I don't think it makes the company look good when their website designer or whoever wrote it looks as if he/she needs to go back to elementary school to learn the word 'vegetables.' Now into the review... When I first moved here I was so excited to try Domino's Pizza for the first time in a while so I ordered a standard pizza and it was delicious! Well. A month or so later I got a craving for pasta so I got a bread-bowl pasta and it was delicious! Then, my luck ran out. I ordered another bread-bowl pasta and I got no bread-bowl. "Okay sure 1 outta 3, I'll order here again." The next time my pizza was burnt. Then I ordered another bread-bowl pasta and once again, no bread-bowl. So I didn't order from them for about a year I'd say. At this point I became a vegetarian so now my options were slightly limited so I thought, "Pizza's vegetarian, I'll try Domino's again. See if they've straightened up." This time I got the cheesy bread and omg was it good! My faith was slightly restored! So next time my boyfriend and I ordered cheesy bread and a pizza with extra sauce, regular cheese, regular olives. It arrived, we opened the box, and I just had to laugh. There was no crust to hold onto, the sauce, cheese, and olives were all over the pizza box- even underneath the pizza somehow! Not to mention the dough was still raw in the center! I was so disgusted I took a picture and contacted Domino's twice about it with no response. I was livid and did not want to order from them again... yet, I did order again. However, I only got cheesy bread cause that seems to be the only thing they can make. My boyfriend would get a mushroom alfredo pasta, without a bread-bowl, but then the alfredo started to taste papery and feel gritty, as well as the noodle wouldn't get fully coated so half of the pasta would dry up and be hard. We stopped ordering from Domino's for a while until recently we deciced to get a pizza and cheesy bread. This was the last straw. While the cheesy bread, again was good, we found ham and bacon on our pizza. Our pizza was sauce, cheese, olives, and mushrooms. Not a hard order. We had to dissect our pizza just to eat it! It really made me question how sanitary the place was. Do they wear and change gloves? Or keep their foods close to another and don't check? Imagine if I was allergic to pork and didn't see the animal flesh. This pizza was raw in the center as well, but somehow burnt on the bottom. I cannot support this company any longer and will not. I do not recommend eating here and will avoid eating here at all costs. Pizza Hut, PeppeBronis, and/or Casa D' Amici are for sure my go-to pizzerias around here and I do recommend them, greatly! read more

Lightning fast! And you either like their pizza or you don't. It's my go to place for delivery.

I have no idea what the food tastes like. However, I am a HUUUUUUGE fan of their online ordering process and speedy delivery service to the WVU campus. I especially like that I am able to place an order from Oklahoma to have delivered to my favorite twin WVU wrestlers. Go Mountaineer Wrestling! Thanks a million Dominoes' for the ease of ordering and prompt delivery service. By the way, the twins love your pasta with marinara sauce and 2-topping pizzas. I just simply love your service and order accuracy. read more

Good pizza, but awful customer service. I've called there several times in the evening and managers don't want to give you the time of day when asked to speak to them. I haven't experienced service that awful in a long time. Do not recommend calling them. I guess I will have to use their online service now to avoid dealing with the people in the store. read more

So glad they dropped the PIZZA name because this is without a doubt the worst red sauce on dough ever passed off as a "Pizza"...

I just ordered from here. I spent 30 dollars for a large pizza half pepperoni half banana pepper the whole pizza had banana peppers I also spent 8.00 on 12 boneless wings in which I only got 8 and they were the size of a marble. Then the driver after I paid said "the price doesn't include a tip" in which I gave him 4 more dollars. So all around I paid 34.00 on a pile of crap. I am not happy. read more
