Bad customer service, bad food, bad everything. When you contact management, they laugh at you, when you contact corporate they forward the complaint back to the store. The fat guy there is useless, always in the back goofing off, when you order AND PAY in the app, at the store they slap you with a receipt demanding a tip, they say it's for your "protection" and recently someone overcharged me, when I brought it to their attention, they brushed it off like it was nothing. I've ordered domino's pizza in many areas around the country and this one is an embarrassment to the company. Oh and the one in Delta too, they both suck. read more

The pizza was undercooked even though we asked for it to be cooked longer (Yes, there is a button for that). Otherwise, it tasted good.

I'm not sure what the bad reviews are all about. Coming from Phoenix & staying at our Airbnb here in Montrose, we ordered a couple pizzas for the night. Our order was hot, fresh, and accurate & ready go pick up when the tracker said it would be. Bonus, they were one of the few places still open late night. I never leave reviews, but I feel like I need to. I have been here in Montrose multiple times for work. Only ordered from this store maybe 3 or 4 times but they are always fast and friendly. Needed a change in kitchen so ordered some Domino's tonight. Had it delivered...the gal had a mask and gloves on which was comforting to see. There's a little controversy about gloves, but hopefully she puts new ones on for each delivery. We ordered three medium hand-tossed pizzas...Cheese, Chicken-Bacon-Ranch and a Philly Cheese Steak. All were delicious, but because we didn't know about the coupons it was a little on the pricey side with delivery! All in all...good stuff but be sure to take advantage of those coupons when you place your order online, or tell them the coupon code if ordering by phone. read more

Dear Domino's Montrose, You earned this review: Domino's Pizza in the town of Montrose is horrible. Period! It really is! Consistently the sauce and the cheese and the toppings don't go nowhere near the edge of the pizza. So you end up with a pile of crust with some tomato sauce in the center. Also, the pizzas never get cooked correctly. We've ordered pan pizza quite a few times and asked for it well done. Every time it shows up, it is soggy. The people that work there are nice, but the quality of their pizza just sucks. So if you're looking for nice people... go to Domino's. But if you're looking for a "good" pizza, go anywhere else. read more

Ok, I wanted a decent pizza and pasta in a reasonable amount of time. Visiting Montrose from Denver area. Took over an hour, tracker didn't work. Called and talked the manager who was rude, not letting me talk and said they were busy and doing their best and said she had made 250 pizzas today. She offered no coupons or anything for being very late with the delivery (1.6 miles away). I also asked the manager if she remembered the 30 minutes of less deal or free pizza or discount. She claimed it never existed. Of course, we all know this is true, just look it up. Manager needs some re-training in customer service or find a new line of work. read more

On 9/7/2021 I ordered some pizzas for delivery and they were delivered by Zoe who parked in my driveway, leaving numerous dark black oil spots. I called the restaurant and left a msg for the manager to call me after numerous tries to get a manager to get on the phone to talk to me. If I could give lower stars I would. The pizza was fine, but the professionalism of the employees left a lot to be desired. I was nice enough to include a large tip with my driver and in turn I got criticized for my chosen parenting methods. Not to mention the defamation of my character from aforementioned employee to a third party. When I order pizza, I expect to be treated as a valuable, paying customer, not looked down upon and talked about outside the workplace. 10/10 not coming back again. read more

I've tried this establishments pizza several times over the years. It seems that new ownership, some years ago, changed the quality of the pies. Today, I opt even for the local grocer deli-made $9 pizza that I have to cook myself over Montrose Domino's. Not even Domino's 50% off deal brings me back to this store anymore. read more

So, I've been ordering from here for a couple of years now and it seems to have been just bad experience after bad experience. The immediate cons: -Incredibly greasy pizza, practically downing in it if you order anything other than thin crust. -In the past year alone, their delivery and general tax has increased by at least 40%. -Anything other than the pizza is incredibly small compared to what you pay for it; $6 for something half as large as a footlong from Subway is a bad deal. -Again, the $13 minimum charge for delivery combined with the $3-$4 tax and fee means that you will have to pay a minimum of $16 for two sandwiches. Pros: ....You get what you pay for? Oh, and here's the main reason why I'm writing this review: recently they have had multiple unannounced closures with no prompting as to the reason. While the reason is (again) not stated in this case and their hours say that they're open, nobody has answered the phone. The only thing that I can find for the date of when I'm writing this review is a couple feminist pride movements in the local area. So while it's far from concrete, to close the store for something so minimal would be insane. Speculation aside, they have high prices for minimal quality and quantity. While you do have to pay more, you're better off going for Pizza Hut if you're dead-set on delivery. read more

Called in with $41.44 order before tax, delivery using Domino's Online Coupons. Could not order 'Online' - believe this was deliberate at this location. They said $68.77 - I said what about coupons - he said he could lower $10. I said this was still higher than online coupons - would not budge - so I cancelled order. Well I got two pizza and asked for extra cheese . Well not only was there no extra cheese but there was a gallon of sauce. Ordered (2) Two Alfredo Chicken Pasta Dishes to eat there, and 1-Diet Coke. Took my name & was told 15-minute wait: After watching five 'Domino-ians' - alternately working and snacking on pizza, and drivers coming and going for 25 minutes...I went back to the counter and asked if my order was ready yet. The Girl who waited on me, came back with my order "from one of the racks" where it was apparently 'resting and cooling'. Mine had four small pieces of chicken and many pieces of pasta in an Alfredo Sauce which was "Broken" and olive oil separating from it. No one ever offered or checked to see if we got the Diet Coke until after we had to ask for it.
