QDOBA used to be a good deal. The bowls were full and they didn't skimp on the ingredients, but just like all companies they have raised their prices and cut back on the food. $15.00 for half a bowl is a ripoff. Thinking that going back is not an option. read more

This girl was working and I'm pretty sure her name tag said Kayla, she was not wearing gloves when she was making my food and I just seen her put the broom down. Also, I did not want any sour cream on my tacos but she put a whole bunch on them. Also wiped her hands on her dirty apron. This is my favorite Qdoba in all my travels! Have stopped here multiple times at different times of day to consistently get the freshest food. The food was good but they were out of sour cream! That's one of the musts for a burrito! There's no excuse for that with 3 big grocery stores in town to replenish until delivery comes. Lots of teens goofing off behind the counter. read more

The staff making the food seemed to be doing their best, but the woman at the register was a hot mess. First she let a woman who seemed to be under the influence of drugs cut a very long line and hold everyone up, then she c ould not ring our food up correctly, forgot my sons juice then got angry when I got it out of the refrigerator. I loved my meal at Qdoba! I had the Cauliflower Chicken Bowl and it had great flavor and the portions were perfect. My husband had a burrito and that thing was huge! You can add as may add ons (lettuce, salsas, cheese, sour cream, peppers, and more) as you want. We will definitely be back. read more

Passing through Montrose, we considered going to a local restaurant because it was the "safe" option. The burrito bowls were bland and dry, and if you want decent Queso, you will have better luck buying Tostito's at the supermarket. Qdoba's pulled pork was fine. read more

I have been to this location twice and both times I was the only one in the place. Wondering how they stay in business. The food was pretty good although over priced. The service was typical of Montrose, lacking severely. How do you run a food establishment with employees that have a personality like a brick. The young man that made my burrito on my last visit acted like I was interrupting him and the other staff from having a good time. Both times there were dirty tables and floors. I definitely love their food, it's fantastic and always fresh. But their staff kinda blows. Sometimes they're kinda nice but for the most part they're just always trying to hurry you along and get you outta there and they become very rude once they know you have multiple orders. Really disappointed in Qdoba. I host catered events several days each week. I've used Qdoba often throughout Colorado and have always been happy with the food and service - until now here at the Montrose store. They've reneged on previously held offers given for those of us who give QDOBA a lot of catering business. Things must be rough because they now charge for extra salsa. When I questioned their change of policy the manager, Trevor, was condescending and made it clear my business was not welcome. It's unfortunate considering the thousands of dollars I USED to spend with Qdoba. At least Chipotle will be happy. Will never again give QDOBA Montrose one thin dime. read more

Normally we love going to Qdoba, but this evening the customer service was terrible. I had an order for three. I had asked for two steak burritos and a chicken quesadilla. I noticed the first burrito ended up with chicken instead of steak while he was making the second one. I proceeded to ask the man if he had put steak in the first one, hoping he would take credit for his mistake and make a new one, but instead he said he put steak in it and changed the "c" written on the foil to an "s." I was the only person in the building at the time so there was no rush. Very disappointed in the man who knew he did wrong and lied instead of simply making a new burrito. read more

I enjoyed my lunch at Rio Bravo. The shrimp salad was very delicious with jumbo shrimp that was cooked perfectly. My husband got the enchilada Verde which he loved. The servers were friendly and helpful. We definitely will be going back. read more

Qdoba has always been one of my favored eat stops. I can't begin to tell you how glad I am to see them now in Montrose! As I entered in the late morning, I was cheerfully greeted, first by a quite, clean, empty dining room, then by an energetic, friendly team of burritologists, just itchin' to stuff me with their sauced magic rolls. The dining area was more comfortable and tastefully designed, the food more flavorful and of greater variety, and the staff much more friendly and energetic than their un-named rival of just down the way. Okay, I'll give you a hint as to who I refer to: Their name starts with "Pan", and end with "chero's". Anyway, my recommendation is the Ancho Chile Chicken burrito; it will alter your burrito paradigm. I offer you one warning (if you're a dude): Lock the bathroom door while in use. The pisser is positioned such that if you are using it and someone opens the door, you unexpectedly become an entertainer and the better half of the dining room becomes your audience. read more

Today, I got fresh fajita veggies right out of the frying pan for my quesadilla. Friendly people behind the counter. And, a Coke Freestyle machine! Awesome. If you're looking to choose between here and Chipotle, QDOBA is by far the better choice. The variety of veggies, meats and sauces are huge and extremely fresh! The guys working here are naturally friendly, so much so that my friend dropped the chips we ordered before we got to our table and we didn't even ask for a replacement yet, they immediately brought out another order for us and cleaned it up instantly! Speaking of clean, the place is nearly spotless! The 3 cheese queso they have is honestly the best I've ever had, 10x better than Chipotle's. The guys working here need a raise because it was the best customer service I've had in a very long time! read more

My husband eats here every time he travels to Montrose for work and enjoys it. We are from California and it is very similar to Chipotle but just focuses on tacos with the added things like burritos or bowls. The place is clean, the staff is very nice but I was not impressed with their tacos. The ingredients tasted great I just had issues with the way the tortillas turned out. They did not heat them up enough so when I started to eat them the tortillas were stiff and tore completely apart. I had to order an extra side of chips and guacamole just to eat the filling in the 3 tacos I ordered and the same happened with my daughters order as well. Being from Southern California we have tons of options for Mexican food and I have never been anywhere that had tortillas like that for tacos. I'd recommend this place for maybe their burritos and bowls. read more

I have never gone onto Yelp to give a review - good or bad. I believe the way my wife was treated tonight at QDOBA in Montrose warranted my first ever Yelp review. I owned, operated and managed a large, skilled, customer-service-oriented company with several hundred employees. My experience at QDOBA Montrose tonight was horrific. The manager, Trevor, was rude and sexist. I did not appreciate the comments he was making to and about my wife, whatsoever. I'm sure it's difficult to find good employees in a fast-food setting; however, at a minimum your customer should to able to expect just a smidgeon of customer service. Maybe the owner should pay more than minimum wage to get employees who have the ability to filter their personal sexist comments and who may have received at the very least a GED. I'm a firm believer in doing your voting with your feet. I will no longer do business at QDOBA Montrose, CO. I do not wish the manager, Trevor, any ill-will but the owner would be wise to invest in some customer-service training. There's a lot of catering options in Montrose. A new Roosters is coming to town and they've just acquired a new business catering customer where my business will be appreciated. read more

The vegetarian burrito I ordered at QDoba on Saturday was essentially brown rice wrapped in a tortilla. While watching the woman skip over the veggies as she made the burrito I asked if she could add a spoonful of them. She replied that she would have to charge me an additional $1.69 and she went on to advise me that it isn't worth it for a couple of soggy zucchini slices. I agree that the additional cost for veggies in a veggie burrito seemed too high; her attitude was such that I won't be going back for a long time. I don't need to go back, either. I still have half of that brown rice burrito in my fridge. It will be good for at least two more meals, if I can force it down. The people who were with me seemed to enjoy their meals much more than II did, but theirs were so sloppy they made quite a mess. It is obvious that others had messy meals, too. There was only one other table occupied in the restaurant, and no one else in line to order, but we were unable to find a clean table at which to eat. We ended up cleaning a table with napkins.
