Don't waste your time. I ordered a 2 topping medium pizza for delivery, paid $19. It said 14-29 minutes for delivery. After an hour, I called 3 times and never answered. I decided to drive down there and they called when I was half way there. They said they delivered it. After I said there was no way, they admitted they they never made it and asked if I wanted them to put one in. Guess what I told him.. read more

Trash. Trash. Trash. We ordered this pizza- it's been 2 hours. 2 hours and we're still waiting on this pizza. The manager - when I asked him would it be better for us to pick up the pizza he said it should be 10 min. It's been 40 minutes. We did not get a call. We did not get accommodations. Just utter rudeness. I will never deal with them again. Friday. 2/14/25 8pm read more

Ordered a pizza at 10pm & it never arrived. Nobody is there answering the phone and the place closes at midnight & I haven't heard from anyone or able to cancel my order. I submit a claim on the app but it just offers a free medium pizza coupon in return this place sucks, whoever runs it sucks, and whoever owns it sucks more. read more

Carryout Time: Approximately 20-30 minutes Order Was placed this evening and after About 20 minutes, I went inside the store to check on it. The store manager informed me that he could not find my order and when I told him it was for three regular pizzas and one thin crust pizza, he proceeded to tell me that it because it was considered a large order he went ahead and delayed it by an hour, and I could come back and pick it up or he could cancel the order for me. I have never experienced anything like this before in my life when it comes to ordering pizza. Frankly, I'm shocked because all I wanted was four pizzas which to me does not seem like a very large order. The store manager told me that Domino's reserves the right to cancel or delay any order at its discretion, which I have also never heard of and sounds like something he made up because he was overwhelmed and or lazy. AVOID THIS LOCATION!! read more

This location is full of unprofessionalism and I will NEVER order food from here again! Spencer the "manager" sounds to be fresh out of highschool and clearly has no background in customer service. I called the store to let them know that after finishing the first half of my sandwich that I felt something hard but sharp in my mouth and upon spitting my food out I saw a finger nail in my hand. He put me on hold and came back on the line to proceed to tell me that all of his employees have fresh cut nails so it wasn't anyone in his store. I wear acrylic nails and nobody else touched my food from the hands of the store, to me. I did not ask for new food I never mentioned a refund I just expected an apology and some acknowledgement... No, not from Spencer... he hung up on me lol. I called back as I just wanted his name and he picked up and hung up. So I called again and before I could get a word out he angrily let me know he has said all he is going to say to me. This honestly is more disgusting IMO than a piece of hair and I am sick that they couldn't just apologize. Who ever runs this store should be ashamed to have Spencer be in charge! read more

Domino's Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Middleton, Wisconsin

After trying to reach a team member for the 4th time, and being held on a complete call to be disconnected and was unable to make a complaint. As a retired business management professor, I found the difficulty to place an order unacceptable, and decided to order in cash, I then asked to talk to the manager, and was routed to 4 team members who never answered, and cut me off. I than called to cancel the order, and got routed to the same AI crap, so I couldn't even cancel the order. That is the worst business treatment I have ever heard of, when I consulted, I would've never had anyone to talk to, and they don't want to listen, its to bad that Pizza Hut is to far away, but be assured we will go there next time! read more

I purchased food from here and they charged me twice and I went and talk to the manager the one who charged me she didn't even want to do the refund and she said she will tell her boss. And they never refund my money. This place is a scam. Very bad service. read more

Summary: Wrong pizza, sad lava cake, false promises. Unbelievably poor customer service coupled with poorly prepared food from this location. I usually enjoy Domino's over the other pizza chains, but this location has me questioning my Domino's loyalty. I ordered a jalapeno, sausage, and green pepper medium pizza, and got just a cheese pizza. I called the store and asked for a refund and they promised me that they would send a gift card via email. I gave them 24 hours, which I think is reasonable, and then called them again the next day to ask about the gift card. The person answered that they have a long list of emails to work through for gift cards. This is obviously not a reassuring statement. It has been 72 hours and I still have not received said gift card for my refund. The next piece of sadness came in the shape of these lava cakes pictured below. Even with the wrong pizza, I was hoping to be able to enjoy the cake. I was wrong. They were wet, mushed, and thoroughly under cooked. What I assumed happened was that someone opened the freezer, turned on the only microwave they could give, and zapped these guys for a solid 10 seconds. Piss poor, as Gordon Ramsay would say. read more

Tracker said pizza was delivered, it wasn't and we waited an hour longer than we should've. The guy who delivered the food was really nice, he might've been the manager- which would make sense as to why no one at this location was answering the phone. Otherwise the food was okay- I didn't get the crust I ordered but I was mostly annoyed by how long it took to get the food. read more

Yesterday my family and I placed an order at 5:10 PM for a 6:30 PM delivery. Cold pizzas finally arrived at 8:38 PM. I called the local store several times; there was no answer. Phone message said the store was closed! This also happened to us on 12/2/22 (very late pizza, but at least the manager was available). What the heck is going on over there? read more

Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with this Domino's location. We ordered one thin crust pizza from this location and it was all-around awful. I ordered delivery about a mile away from them and it took 55 minutes to arrive, when they said it would be less than 30 minutes to deliver. The pizza was ice cold when they delivered it and completely lacked flavor. It had Barry any sauce or toppings on it. I have had better experience with Domino's in the past, but this was my first and last time ordering from this location. read more

Absolutely horrible. Nobody answers your calls. Food arrived 3 hours late after trying to cancel. No help. I've been charged over $50 dollars and it hasn't been refunded. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Wings barely had any sauce on them. I did not complain though. Did complain about the pepperoni pizza had a weird nasty smell to it even when you take it off the pizza a lingering gross smell. I called to get a cheese pizza instead and was told by manager that I can get an employee discount 40% off he would not give me a free exchange of pizza I still have the pepperoni pizza. I said "so you telling I have to call corporate over a pizza" he said sure I said what's the number called left voicemail now I'm waiting for them to call me back. Sad that I gotta go thru all this I won't be ordering from this location again they shady selling old pepperoni and dry wings. FYI the wings suppose to be buffalo wings. I had to add my own sauce from home luckily I had some. read more

I used to work at this domino's and the manager, Spencer was absolutely horrible to me, screamed at me constantly to the point where I would leave mid shift and cry And he was even worse towards customers because this one day my boyfriend came in to get food and Spencer charged his card three times then blamed it on me so if you're looking for a job do not work here if you're looking for food do not go here unless it's before 5 on week days that is the only time it is really good read more

After a migraine all day, I ordered pizzas, parmesan bites, and chocolate lava cakes and opted online for curbside to make life easier. My daughter picked it up for me, but the parmesan bites and lava cakes were missing. When I called, they were super polite and said they would make new ones for my husband to pick up (we're not in delivery area). Not only did they give us the fresh ones, but also the first ones they made, which we can just reheat later. They were so polite to me and to my husband when he picked them up and it is very appreciated. I know that service workers have it rough right now and just wanted to say that we appreciate the great service! read more

great service, yummy pizza, fun chalk wall, delicious crust, cold air conditioning, domino pizza has really good bacon on their pizza

I swung through here thinking it was still the "old pizza place" that lived in this location. I was going to grab a couple of cheap pizzas to feed the kids and their friends. There sat Domino's instead. I didn't feel like driving to the "other place's" location, so I went in to see what I could get. Prices were close enough, and I knew the pizza would be better. Service was great - the manager behind the counter was very friendly and worked quickly. A few other customers came in and got the same treatment. I had to wait about 10 minutes to get my stuff, which wasn't bad (still quicker than driving to the other place). Overall, the pizza was decent and the service was quick and friendly. It's chain pizza, so you know what you're getting into. If you want the oh-my-god-fantastic pizza from the Madison area, you know where to go. If you need something quick to feed the family, this place will meet your needs. The little parmesan bread nuggets were pretty excellent. Much better than the "breadsticks" that looked dry and bland (though I didn't eat them). Next time I'll remember they are there and use the internet or phone app to place my order so it's ready when I get there. read more

This place is the worse pizza place. I ordered bread sticks and a medium pizza and what I got was my bread sticks and some boneless wings. I never got my pizza. How do you forget a whole pizza? I then tried to call the store and was on hold for 20+ minutes with no contact. PLEASE do yourself a favorite and do NOT order from this place. They'll mess up your order and you won't get your money back. I Warned you. read more

I'm a vegetarian. Ordered a pizza with peppers, onions and mushrooms. Got a pizza with pepperoni and sausage. NOT the first time they have put meat on my pizza. I even had the correct receipt with the wrong pizza. Don't order from here, they don't care enough to check your order. read more

While all of the lovely businesses in this local strip mall diligently wear masks and do their best to protect others, this Domino's is the absolute BOTTOM OF THE BAG. Upon picking up our order, the female putting our pizza in the box had her mask around her NECK. ??!! Seriously? When I asked to speak to the Manager, he came around the back... mask on his CHIN. I was told that it gets hot in there, so they are "more comfortable" without the masks. Uh-huh. This gets better. I asked for the number of the regional manager. Surely, someone higher up would care that the staff's practices will greatly damage their business and reputation. Yea. Nope. In the middle of explaining my experience in a very non-Karen manner... he hung up on me. Say WHAT?? They have a sign on the door that states all customers who enter must wear a mask. They also have corporate signs in the store, their website and their coupons that demonstrate the many ways--including wearing masks--that they take to keep everyone safe. We live in the area and periodically walk by this store. Sadly, we see the same practices each time. I'm not sure weather the staff have not learned basic anatomy and there is confusion as to where the Nose is on the human face... or if they--and their upper management--simply do not care. Either way, you could not pay me to ever eat anything for this store. read more

I ordered my pizza at 12:15 they took my money and never delivered my pizza and stopped answering the phone. I kept checking the app and it was stuck on the same thing from 12:38am till 1:35am which was a quality check the when I looked again at 1:40 my order was canceled. Mind you I called around 1am asking about my food and Sean told me is was heading out the door and the app was wrong. My food never showed up and they took $30 from me anyway. UNBELIEVABLE!! Perhaps the planets were aligned today, because the new horizon probe just reached Pluto, but these were the friendliest people dishing up pies! So me and some friends decided to order pizza while another friend was in the hospital. Another friend used his card and ordered.. When the man got here he was nice on the phone I thought ok cool. So me and another friend go down to get the pizza.. We didn't leave a top because we didn't pay for it. The delivery driver stops us and say you not going to leave a tip. Than when we said no of course cause we didn't pay for it he said "OK.. WELL THANKS FOR NOTHING" It really messed up my entire night.. I would give zero stars if possible. My pizza took one hour ten minutes to travel half a mile, despite an estimated delivery time of 22-33 minutes. My pizza was finished after 20 minutes according to the pizza tracker, delivered ice cold 50 minutes later. I would go any where else. read more

If you ever wanna eat dominos make sure your plumbing is working. Woke up in the middle of the night shiddin everywhere. But I can't complain because I do it to myself. It's too tasty, to resist. If you're okay with diarrhea and stinky fart all night then yes go eat pizza from dominos. But if you are lactose intolerant definitely don't eat here or you'll be shiddin read more

food was alright, they called the cops for us eating our food in the parking lot tho, kinda ruined the night just gonna be honest.

Yes, it's the place where we stop for pizza for convenience -- it's on our way home from work, it's cheap, it's simple. Do they always get our orders right? No. Do some of the staff there need a lesson or two in customer service? Absolutely. Am I going to stop going there as a result? No, it's too convenient. So, if you're looking for a notch above a frozen pizza, go for it. If you're looking for a cheap alternative to the newly closed Little Caesars, definitely give it a try. If you're looking for your order to be perfect, or gourmet, or a friendly experience, I'd go elsewhere. Can't beat the 2 medium sized 2-topping pizzas for $5.99 though. read more

we have ordered them here and there for years. the Middleton WI location is just awful. food takes way to long to arrive, is often cold or uneditable because its burnt, customer service is a joke and when you call about a wrong order they put you on hold and do not get back on the phone. no resolve for issues they cause. Jett's pizza is a way better option. read more

I've always came to this dominos for food when I was in high school and this still my favorite pizza place to come to. Nothing fancy but yet nothing sketchy either. They usually take ten mins to make a pizza like usual. So I always order from the app so I get it when I get there. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because they don't always get it right, however they do a great job making it up. read more

Fast Food is as we know is Fast Food. The competition for the consumers business is very high especially in Madison WI. We understand that the University drives a lot of business especially one located on University Ave. It is important to understand that consistent return customers bring the majority of revenue into a small business. It is that clientele that restaurants like Dominos should go out of their way to make satisfied. Enclosed is a picture of the delivery we received 3/6/2020 from Dominos Pizza located at 6915 University Ave. Middleton WI. We called, asked for replacements which never came. We called again, told we were being rude and the pizza was on its way but never came. We called again and was put on indefinite hold. I finally drove to the restaurant with the disgusting delivered pizza and they made us two new pizzas in less then 15minutes. This was over a three hour ordeal for what? read more

The lava cakes were barely cooked and therefore inedible. The pizza was not bad. Fast delivery.

I am a little susprised to be reviewing dominoes, but their new pizza is actually quite good. Two medium pizzas for $6 each, I didn't expect much, but it was fantastic. $12 for 3 people and we were good to go. It was very fast too. Surprisingly, it is quite good. Give it a try. read more
