One unique feature of this bar and grille that we also enjoy very much is the large selection of beer they offer. Although it may seem intimidating, the bartenders are very knowledgeable about their selection and are a great help at finding the perfect beer for you. Another point I should mention is that here you order your food at the bar and seat yourself. I would highly recommend eating here if you are looking for a low key, family friendly dinner spot.

Fries came out hot which was nice, but nothing's gonna wow you on that end. Oil definitely needed to be changed though to be honest. Can be good for certain purposes, but misses on other marks.

The cashier said she needed to call a manager. She went to the back, came back out, and simply told me, "We can't do nothing for you." Another customer actually noticed how rude the interaction was and told my friend to come stand with me because of how I was being treated. That honestly says a lot. I understand that the receipt said boneless, and I understand that the original mistake was innocent. My issue was never the fact that they couldn't exchange the food....it was the way I was treated when I politely asked. Mistakes happen. What matters is how you treat customers afterward. The food itself was good, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. I hope management addresses how customers are spoken to and treated at this location.
