I called their phone number 501-851-1600, phone was answered by AI. I specifically asked for a Gluten Free crust. It said ok, got it. When I continued stating how important it was to be GF crust the response back was "yes, Dominos clearly understands the importance of this being a GF crust ". Order was placed. What was made was a regular crust. They made me another pizza, never motioned to me (parked across the window) that it was ready. And I still wasn't convinced by the guy at window that it was prepared on a "clean "surface. Twice you have bombed on your order, you lost me. Outright awful. The "cheese" consists of a PASTE LIKE SUBSTANCE. My pepperoni pizza had extra cheese that produced an unedible pie. I will never throw away money with a business that couldn't give a shit. read more

I got a couple of pizzas for carry out last weekend. The thin crust was OK. The Pan pizza had half of the crust burnt to black. I submitted a customer survey complaining about it and I've heard nothing back from Domino's Maumelle. Check your orders before leaving! And they had a $7.99 for any crust and toppings deal but charged me $14.99 for a medium pan two topping and $17.99 for a large meatlovers. Overcharging their customers. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza, was told 15mins. 20mins later a guy came out and said it will be few more minutes. I waited 10 more minutes and nothing so I called and was told pizza is ready. Spent another 10 minutes sitting in the car waiting for my ready pizza, nothing. Had enough so I walked in the store and said I've been waiting more than 30mins for a pizza. The guy who took my order then said oh I forgot. I said no thanks I wanted a refund. Guess what? I had to wait another 10 mins for him to call GM to issue a refund. I said I want my refund receipt and was told system wouldn't print it since it's not in the system yet so come back tomorrow. This isn't my first time ordering here. First time took forever as well. Order a large pizza it took 1 hr and 15 min- by the time it came to my house the order was wrong and the pizza wasn't even cut maybe 3 slices was cut - it said Kimberly the manger checked it - I had to drive back to dominos after paying for them to bring it to me wrong -, and ask them to please make it the right way and please cut it. Kimberly went on how she never checked the pizza.. well if she didn't check the pizza then don't write on ticket that you did . I ordered one pizza and bread sticks. The estimate was 20-30 minutes. The tracker said they were finished making the order 11 minutes after placing the order. But it took over an hour to deliver it to me. I called the store and per the times on the tracker, they didn't send the driver until I called. I would have cancelled this order had I known it would have taken so long. Pizza was room temperature by the time I got it. I will not be ordering from this location again. read more

Ordered online for carryout special. Was told 15 minutes. 35 minutes after ordering, I received my pizza. The staff was not pleasant. The "boy" who seemed to be in charge was snide and very disrespecting. I also noticed employees going from the cash drawer straight to the pizza prep area without washing their hands or gloves. read more

Called today to have a pizza delivered. I get a pizza from here at least once a week. Well today they told me they don't deliver to my location they stopped a long time ago.. now I've been living at my location for over a year now and have always ordered from there. So the very rude man well not man boy I spoke with said we don't deliver out there...I said well I ordered from there last week he said I know I told you I would take your order & deliver it too you. Well no sir I spoke with a sweet young lady. He didn't ask for my phone number or my name to look up my address. I just think it's odd all of a sudden they don't deliver here anymore and hasn't for a long time. When I get a pizza at least once a week for over a year & I don't care for the shitty attitude. This domino's location is alway quick to get my food out to me the manager zach is polite on the phone and quick to make amends if your food is running a little late -- my personal favorite from this store is the Italian Sausage Marinara breadbowl a close second would be boneless wings read more
