I like Zaxby's, it's a refreshing change of pace from most fast-food restaurants. Although they're a chicken restaurant, they don't serve traditional fried chicken like KFC, Popeyes, etc, but rather chicken strips, wings, sandwiches, and salads. Many of their items are available with a tangy sauce, and you can choose from a variety of heat levels from the mild to hot end of the spectrum. They also have a selection of side items that many fast food places don't have, such as their tater chips and deep fried mushrooms. My only critique is their menu is somewhat limited. What I mentioned above is pretty much it - strips, wings, a few sandwiches, and a few salads. Each time I go in I wish they had more to choose from. read more

Zaxbys is very good quality chicken. The ingredients in their zalads are cut fresh twice daily. The chicken is never frozen and cooked to order virtually every time. It's a fast food chain and they've got a drive through so you get what you should expect.

Normally we like Zaxbys but today it was awful.....salad was old....chicken salad sandwich was soggy and fries were cold.....didn't finish

Went through drive thru and the lady was rude and rushed me... got my order wrong and boxes were greasy. I was missing a box of fries and came in and told them... got no apology.. they just handed me a box of fries......The food was not even hot.... the chicken strips are over fried and hard. The toast is hard and has way too much butter. The only thing good is the fries. This is my first time here and I will never come back again. I've lived in Maumelle for 5 years now. I go to this Zaxby's semi-regularly. The food itself is good. If you are getting your food to-go, I'd recommend not pulling away from the window until you've checked to make sure the order is correct. It's not an exaggeration when I say that 9 times out of 10 the order is wrong. It's astounding the amount of times a sauce is forgotten, a substitution is overlooked or the chicken strip count is wrong. Our first and last trip to Zaxby's included overcooked dry chicken fingers coated in a flavorless dark brown batter, grease-soaked lukewarm onion rings and very basic fried cheese bites. I went here a couple of years ago and the food was good. Today I arrived right at the start of lunch and ordered the cajun chicken club. The food was ready in a minute or two . . . yep lamp warmed mehhhhh! I think they use the chicken fingers for everything. I will not be back. read more
