Not my favorite but they do have some good burgers. Kind of reminds me of a homemade burger but with better ingredients. The shakes are good. The staff is nice & patient especially with the first time customers. Update: Recently started going here more often. I finally found a combo I like. And it's really delicious! Food is always hot & fresh, wait time is about 15mins and the staff is always friendly. Definitely recommend read more

Five Guys - Single cheese burger w/ drink & Shake - Burgers Near Me - North Little Rock, Arkansas

See all

We haven't been to Five guys in a long time. At this location, they were incompetent - they spoke of using "the bucket" before poisoning my burger yesterday April 7th. The black male cook said, "I just want to see her take one bite". Like a creep. If they were going to poison the food then why charge her / us ? My cousin (female) paid for our meal. We ordered two bacon cheese burgers and little fries. $30. She has a hearing aid while I have PTSD. We haven't seen each other in a long time and wanted to sit down and eat, talk in peace. There was all people of color working that night. The female worker even came over to our table and asked how is everything as if she didn't know what was going on. Everything was caught on camera. I am reported their assault to the local police. Make sure you have COMPETENT workers make your food. IMMEDIATELY report anyone who tampers with or even jokes about tampering with your food. Why cook food if you're untrustworthy around food ? I, unfortunately had those who believe anything they see online, do not respect those with disabilities and support & condone narcissism / Narcissistic abuse, make our food. The area is too pleasant for anyone discriminatory or incompetent to be working there. Violence against women (and those with disabilities) is an unfortunate trend in Arkansas. It not only illegal, it is wrong. Our grandparents/older relatives were born and raised in Arkansas, I grew up coming to AR to visit family. So, this is unacceptable. Not everyone participates in online slander, bullying, harassment and assault, clearly Five Guys does. read more

No customer service, rude cashier taken orders. I don't care what size, give us what we order instead of making unprofessional comments. If had you worked for me and made that comment. I would've told you to clock out and go home and not come back. I will not be back at this location nor will I recommend. read more

The food and service was excellent. The ambiance is like all others. The place was very clean and orderly. There was an issue. The restrooms were out of order. I had to go somewhere else to do a number 1. You really need to have restrooms available. read more

Five Guys - Outside on March 18, 2026 at 6:25 pm. - Burgers Near Me - North Little Rock, Arkansas

I brought my teenage granddaughter here for a lunch date. I'm sure the food would have been delicious, but the prices were cost prohibitive. It would have cost me $20 for each of us to get a hamburger, fries, and a drink. The issue is, I could get the same thing at a very similar competitor for several $$ less. If I'm going to pay $20 for lunch, I'm going to go somewhere where I can sit down and enjoy the meal rather than ordering at a counter. read more

For take out okay. By ur gets are thin and okay. Service is good. Fries, if hot, are good.

Cooked to order burgers. Very clean staff was nice. They are very proud of those prices One of the best chain bugers in the game. read more

The burgers are always hot and fresh. They cook to order which I can appreciate. Why when I order a cheeseburger they always ask if I want a single or a double? The single is called a little cheeseburger. It's a waste of time and words. Plus when I asked the question "isn't a single called a little cheeseburgers" she said yes and still gave me a single. I ordered a cheeseburger which comes with 2 Patties! This place is too expensive for this. The cook and the lady cleaning the dining room were very friendly, but the order taker needs more training. read more

This burger place is good could be really good if the would cook buns and burgers and serve faster I have a problem with the preparation method which causes my bun to be cold and the pepper is slow . You can ask for a warmed bun but they still lay it with all the cold toppings . You can have free peanuts while waiting and they have wonderful unlimited fries and a drink machine that offers a whole bunch of flavors .a fun place the staff comes and goes it's the reality of fast food sometimes good sometimes awful . Most visits have been positive read more

Bad, bad, BAD customer service. So bad it made the food taste bad. Also, I asked if they had vegan cheese (since they offer a veggie sandwiches and I'm lactose intolerant) and the cashier said yes... got my burger and found American cheese on it... took it back and the rude ass fry guy was twisting his neck like a BETA MALE/SIMP and giving attitude because I brought the burger back...smh. I'm from out of town and this left a bad taste in my mouth about Five Guys. read more

Amazing everything!! Food, service and prices!! Never had a bad experience. Highly recommend!!!!

Never get my order right, this staff is lacking attention to detail and don't care. I repeatedly asked for extra bacon and it's even on my receipt and an paid a extra 4 dollars and when I get my burger from leaving the army base And rushing back to work. Nothing. 3rd time in a month. read more

The burger had a live fly Totally discussed Literally on the bun Then they could not even refund my card the money smh Had to ask for cash And no manager available On top of this the bathroom was a wreck Places are needed to be clean and trust worthy with the state the world is in these days covid monkeypox etc Don't recommend read more

5 Guys. Delicious. What more needs to be said? Had been going to 5 Guys when I was in Washington DC for 4 years. Happy that there's one in NLR & I can continue being a patron to this establishment. I wish the prices were a little less, but it's not unreasonable since it's made fresh right in front of you. read more

Five Guys - Little Burger & fries - Burgers Near Me - North Little Rock, Arkansas

Five Guys never disappoints when we want a good burger. Burgers are delicious-juicy, seasoned and cooked just right. The fries?? The fries are some of the best fries around-and ruin it for the other French fry places for me. You get a large bag of hand cut-homemade fries to enjoy with your burger. The staff are always pleasant, welcoming and friendly-they greet you as you walk in. The cooks do a great job keeping up with demand. It is about a 10-15 minute wait time once you place your order which is expected for great taste-you spend that much time at a fast food drive-up. I do love this particular shop as it is always clean and the staff are so friendly. I have been to others here and it is pretty much the same. Only 4 stars due to limited menu-wish this one offered milkshakes, or ice cream and maybe more variety burgers-although you can select any of the add on items like mushrooms, grilled onions, etc at no cost. read more

great customer service. food is delicious. good music. Great management. Get a one patty bacon cheese burger and regular Cajun fries and a coke your way. Freestyle coke machines. Clean restrooms. Clean entire store. read more

Five Guys used to have the best tasting burger in town, hands-down. That changed for me today. About three weeks ago I went in and spent the usually exorbitant amount of money to enjoy one of their burgers. It was good... just what I've always had before. Today, however, they had a different patty. The meat was not the same. It looked and tasted about the same as any number of other burger joints. And the bun was different... cheaper. Folks, Five Guys is fifteen dollars for a meal! It's no longer worth it! Don't waste your money on this place. read more

Arandus Jones is the epitome of good customer service. From the time I walked in I was greeted kindly, to the time I left when he grabbed the door for me. After a long day at work, it's a blessing to be cared for like he did. Someone give this man a raise!! 10/10. (Food was good of course) can't go wrong w a good double cheeseburger and bag of fries read more

Me and my sister came in 30 min before they closed and when we walked into the door we were instantly greeted. They gave us free soft drinks while we waited on our food to be ready. And when everything was done they opened the door for us. I'm currently writing this review right after we left. I'm so happy with their service!!!!!! read more

This place, unlike most I've been to recently lived up to the hype. I had a regular cheeseburger with "everything" which is lettuce, tomato, pickles, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, ketchup, mustard and mayo. It was REALLY good. I also had a regular fry. I'm a big guy (240 and 6'1"), and next time I would get the small burger and split the fries with someone. To the other review about it being over-priced: if you want to go to Wendy's and get a decent burger combo for $7, go ahead. If you want a great burger and are willing to part with a ten spot, give Five Guys a try. read more

Straightforward menu. One question though: How can a burger-and-dogs place not have pepper jack to put on a burger? Okay. So that's out of my system. Their burgers are perfectly respectable. Much better than the fast food chains, but it doesn't really stack up with some of my other favorite burger destinations. They take their fries seriuosly though, and to not mention that they cut their fries in house is to not do them justice. They have some really good fries, and they're not at all stingy with them. read more

OMG this is almost perfect... for carry out. Dine in would suffer from good music played too loudly. My first experience in a Five Guys, this is the best burger that I have not cooked myself! All the options are free! Meat is excellent. Free peanuts! They are great. Only complaint is that I like fries a bit more crispy. The flavor is SUPER (peanut oil) but needed a few more seconds cooking. Every person working here was superb. What else can I say. I am now a Five Guys addict! {PS: delicious with my 2006 Merlot -- thus to go for hotel peace and quiet} read more

Five Guys Burgers and Fries - I like it! The burgers are fantastic - juicy and flavorful, and they can be ordered just the way you like. When they get busy, it can take a while to get your order, so keep that in mind if you're pressed for time. One of the main draws of Five Guys are the fries, and to be honest with you, I think they are "good" but not spectacular. And a word to the wise, even the smaller orders of fries are HUGE, so keep that in mind when ordering. I also like their soft drink machines - they are Coca Cola "Freestyle" machines that utilize a video touch-screen and let you mix a near-infinite combination of drinks and add-in flavorings. Want a cherry vanilla diet Dr. Pepper? No problem, you can do it. My kids love it. Overall, the food is very good, the prices are reasonable, and the drink machine is killer. I will definitely be back for more. read more

Five Guys is up there to get some of the best burgers around, providing fresh ingredients and tasty fries that are mouth watering delicious. The moment you pick up that greasy brown bag, you know you are in for a treat. Patties are kind of thin, so pile on the toppings. However these aren't the best burgers around Little Rock, but this place does remind me of home. read more

The food is good if you want a burger and fries!!! I have eaten at several but REALLY like the one in Panama City Beach, Florida. Ate there several times and their food was always great!!! I'm very sensitive to greasy foods and couldn't finish my last hamburger from the NLR, AR restaurant but most people it probably doesn't bother. The smell and the taste of greasy food when they don't clean the grill correctly makes me nauseous every time!!! read more

1 adult sized burger (which was hardly bigger than the kids' sized burger) 1 kids' sized burger 1 order French fries 1 large drink 1 medium drink $21.00 The fries were hot and fresh and plentiful. The burgers were pretty much the same size so you might as well get a kId's sized burger. The burgers were dry and just "meh". For $21.00 I expected more. The food wasn't bad but hardly worth that much money. I won't be back. read more

Good burgers! Hubby & I went in for dinner, I got the little cheeseburger and he got the regular bacon cheeseburger and we split an order of fries. That was PLENTY of food for us both and it totaled around $15, for dinner for 2 I dont think thats bad at all, and the food is much better than a typical fast food joint! They literally only serve burgers, fries, hot dogs, and grilled cheese- but if they served more than that the quality wouldn't be as good. We are definitely fans & will be back again! read more

If you have not eaten Five Guys, then your missing the best burger ever! We first had this place when we went to Florida about 2 years ago. Of course, when we found out that it was opening here, we went crazy! I always get the little bacon cheesburger with lettuce, tomatos and mushrooms. Literally, the burger is too big to eat and that is the small one. I am not crazy about their fries but that is because they are normally too salty. You can get them unsalted but that takes a while to get them. It is a little pricey but if you compare it to an upscale burger place (like Chee burger Chee burger) then it's about the same. The menu is simple, hamburgers, hotdogs, fries, drinks and a grilled cheese. One of our favorite places. read more

is it pricier than McD's/Rally's/BK? yes. ...but you cannot deny that more times than not, your burger @ 5 Guys will be made great. i've learned to really love their consistency and the staff is really friendly. a few things... *the burgers are usually too much to eat for the average person so don't go crazy on the toppings. *i usually eat my burger upside-down so it doesn't disintegrate as fast before i finish it. *split a fry w/ someone. they give you a lot. * Cajun fries (in its cup) *doused* with malt vinegar sauce (by the drink station). let them sit for a bit and enjoy. *get a Barq's root beer and squeeze a lemon in it. goooood.... read more

Hands down Best Burger I've had! The burger is always so juicy and has an awesome flavor. I always get the little cheeseburger because one patty is enough, believe me it's filling. But I think the thing that separates Five Guys from the rest is their bread, it's always soft and delicious, never stale like some "other" places. Plus, they practically give you a bag full of fries. My husband and I always split a regular Cajun Fry and it never fails we always end up throwing some away. I specifically like the NLR location because they have the drink machine with almost unlimited amount of options and my favorite drink is strawberry lemonade, which you can't get everywhere. So...if you haven't already you should stop by and check it out. You won't be sorry but you should know that's it's a bit pricier than say McDonalds of course but the quality and quantity is well worth the price. read more

The burgers were good the fries were well cooked and fresh. The store looks like every other Five Guys I have visited. Prices are high for two burgers, one order of fries and two drinks was about $24. read more

The best burger in town! The bread is as good as the burger. And the seasoned fries are great. I rated it 5 stars bc the burger is that good. I always eat at this location bc I have never gotten bad service or a bad burger from here. I eat here all the time for lunch. Love it!!! read more

The food is delicious, and the staff friendly. Dining here has always been a positive experience. You can easily spend $20 on a meal for two, but it's worth it. I would suggest splitting your fry order with someone, they're huge. read more

Is the burger good? Yes. Fries? Yes, but not MCDonalds style crispy. Overall, the food is pretty good; it's just not THAT good to justify the price. A double bacon cheeseburger, one small cheeseburger, one order of fries and two drinks rang up in excess of $25. For that I expect something extrordinary; Five Guys wasn't it. Go have a burger so you can make small talk at your next office party; but unless you have money to burn, don't plan on returning anytime soon. read more
