Was already in a sour mood because I saw the sign for CFA on the interstate, but had to drive about 15 minutes out of the way to get to it. I've never seen a sign for something that far away from the interstate. It's actually closer to use a different exit. Then the wait for my food after ordering was close to 10 minutes. This location has an indoor play area for children. Every employee we encountered was pleasant and helpful, our salads appeared at our table quickly, our Southwest salads were fresh and fantastic, refills and additional condiments were brought to us quickly, too. My family visited the Maumelle Chick-fil-a this evening and we didn't have a good experience. My daughter used her Chick-fil-a app points to order her food and used her debit card to cover the rest of the order. Chick-fil-a Maumelle wouldn't honor the order and my daughter's card was charged twice for food she didn't receive. She spoke with the manager and showed where she had placed the order and paid for it. She was told there's nothing that can be done. She lost her app points and was double charged for food she didn't receive. This is not the first time we've dealt with this problem at this location. The customer service is AWFUL!! I love that pretty much every location we visit has the same protocol. West Monroe location & Fayetteville location are always fast & delicious. Just what you would expect from CFA -- great service, great & consistent food. The store is kept really clean, the food is quick to be served and is really good compared to other quick-serve chicken shacks. We did notice a few employees that seemed to like to stand around and chat with other workers, and there was some rather loud commotion coming from the kitchen area. But, overall, this is the top choice for dining out in our community. The only thing that keeps the review from being 5 stars is the limited selection of sodas. There are 5 different varieties of Coca Cola. Since there are 3 soda dispensers, it would seem to be pretty simple to have one of the 15 Coca Cola dispensers provide something else. Our family is a big root beer consumer, so no root beer = lose a star. We often choose Sonic or Subway over CFA simply because the management refuses to give up one of the 15 coke spots for root beer. read more

I worked at CFA for 8 years so I will admit I'm picky about my chicken, but every time I come here, whether they are busy or not the food is always COLD OR LUKEWARM OR HAS BEEN IN HOLDING WAY TOO LONG!!! Last night I ordered a 4 pc strip meal on my way to work and surprise surprise the tenders were hard as ever, couldn't go back or I would be late for work. So i called the store and let them know, the manager was very polite and asked me to come back whenever I got a chance and he would replace my meal. So i came back today, I get to the window and they charge me for the drink and fries,??? Then they give me my meal and guess what., COLD and OLD AGAIN. Needless to say I won't be back. This is our favorite Chik-Fil-A in Central Arkansas. It's designed to handle large volume business inside and outside (parking and drive-thrus). It's usually not as busy during the week at lunch as the other ones nearby (LR, NLR). We love the food, but it doesn't love us back! Wish they would cut out the MSG and chemicals in the chicken. (MSG and chemicals in buns too, but we don't eat them.) Wondering if my favorite sauce (BBQ) has all this stuff in it? We're upset they don't have the chicken salad and carrot raisin salad any more. I've been to Chik-fil-A locations all over the Little Rock area and all over the state and this one is by FAR the worst location I've been to. Unfortunately, it's my local Chik-fil-A. I'd say probably 60% of the time I've visited this location my order was wrong. Today I ordered a small coffee with sugar and creamer. They slid my card in the drive thru. I pulled up to the window and everyone was super confused so they slid my card again. Handed me my receipt and coffee and confirmed "Y'all had the sugar and creamer, right?" I said yep and they said okay and I drove off. I go to take a drink and it's totally black. No sugar or creamer. That's what took the last straw and finally made me decide to make a review. I had already been considering leaving a bad review due to how many orders I've received wrong in the past but, when you can't get a single coffee right it's time to get it together. I'm pretty close to just skipping this location all together because almost every time I go here it's a huge disappointment. EDIT: I decided I'd just take the coffee home and put sugar and creamer in it myself. But surprise! I don't have any milk. There's literally a reason why I asked for creamer in my coffee. Now I'm really mad. EDIT: I continue to give this Chick-fil-a chance after chance and they are still a HUGE disappointment every single time. Today I ordered a breakfast bowl on the app at 10:22am. I pulled into the parking lot at 10:29am and got to the drive thru at 10:30. I watched them switch their drive thru menus to lunch right in front of me and then they proceeded to tell me they couldn't make my order that I placed on the app DURING breakfast hours. Wow! What an impression this crew makes. I just came in for breakfast. It is yummy as are most chick-fil-a. My experience started as I waited for the young lady cashier to complete her conversation with an elderly couple that were clearly delighted with her company. She greeted me, took my order and then visited with me. I sat and ate breakfast and heard the crew greet people by name as they walked in, clearly repeat customers. The same young lady made a customer with a special order feel at ease. I've never been to a chain restaurant with such a home town feel. Highly recommend this place because it restores your faith in community. read more
