The service is 50-50. Sometimes you have a server that's more attentive and sometimes the water isn't at your table for a good 20 mins. Unfortunately the last experience was more like the 2nd scenario. Once we spoke with one the other servers, it got a bit better. We ordered wings, drinks, fries, and nachos. my girlfriend and I have been coming to this location for a while now, but today was it for us. who ever was on management sucked bad. waitress was whatever, and bartender sucked to. bartnerder didn't want to give us limes or salt for our ultras. When I noticed that the waitress wouldn't bring our drinks and was just standing around talking is when I decided to ask for the check. After checking the check we noticed they charged us for a beer that was never given to us. I kindly told our waitress to take it off and so she went for a manager. After two minutes i seen a man coming toward our table (I guess the manager) he didn't even introduce himself or say hi or even ask how things were going. He said "so I need the four last numbers of the card that was used, it'll take up to five business days" what pissed me off was the way he kinda threw the pen my way. The food has always been good, but the service is alhit or miss. After our waiter took our drink order we waited and waited and watched as he stood around and did nothing for 10 minutes when the drink machine was literally right there. Maaaaan If I could give this place a negative star I would give it -10. Me and my girlfriend had a long day of moving over to this area. When we were finished we decided we were craving some wings. We got two medium orders of boneless wings. Spicy garlic, mild, honey barbecue & bourbon honey mustard...When we picked it up it smelled AMAZING & had high hopes but sadly we were MISTAKEN. The chicken itself was just dry and and stale tasting and the sauce was super thick as if they didn't even heat it up. ESPECIALLY on the Spicy garlic. Imagine if they put Elmer's school glue on chicken. Let me not get started on the ranch! It tasted rancid and SPOILED! SPOILED!!!!. At this point I didn't think it could get any worse... But it did. How in the hell does celery and carrots taste spoiled as well. As if they have been waiting to get thrown out for months. The only thing I enjoyed about this meal was throwing it out. I go to BWW in pretty much every town I work. Honestly I usually regret my decision and am disappointed in the food and cleanliness. However, I was pleasantly surprised at this location. It was nice, felt clean, good bar service, and the wings came out hot and were above average. Only criticism is the celery was a ways past its prime. So we got in righ after the football game we got seated immediately at around 9:50 I server greeted us immediately after we changed our seating arrangement The place was Full of customers that had just gotten their food and was finishing up large groups: one was a party of 10 a party of 8 and a party of 6 . We ate here after our hike at Pinnacle Mountain. Our server was pretty good. Forgot her name though. I ordered sweet tea which wasn't so sweet and not so cold. I told the waitress and she was aware their sweet tea isn't sweet. lol So I tried a different beverage. The lemonade blueberry mint caught my attention and ordered it. LOL it was tooo sweet!! lol I had to dilute it with water. You would think that they would've perfected the mixes in their drinks. I guess that's room for improvements for them there. Food wise. I ordered the philly cheese steak of course with fries!! My sandwich was loaded!! There was lots and lots of cheese in there. I think it was too much which made it salty lol I've had sandwiches from other places and BWW Philly cheesesteak sandwich didn't really impressed me. I wouldn't order it again. I wonder if the owners do random inspections on how well the chefs were to cook like they were told....I wouldn't mind coming back here though to try other foods. We were meeting some Fraternity Brothers for a "Man Baby Shower" (if there is such a thing) we brought diapers to be entered into a raffle for a bottle of whiskey... I digress. I love their wings. I love their long hours. (Until 1:30 am most days) I hate that they're so effing far from where I'm staying, but I still drive 20 minutes just to get their fabulous wings. My first visit I stayed for a Primo Margarita on the rocks with a salt rim. It was pretty good. The 24 buffalo wings with buffalo sauce was pretty awesome too, for some reason they were the hottest of my visits. Buffalo Wild Wings pretty much monopolizes my food options since I get off work at around 12:20 am most nights. The place has a lot of TV's. Most are on sports channels. Worst experience I've ever had here. I've been coming here for years and never had enough issues to not come back but there were workers not wearing masks. I ordered online, arrived at the restaurant & waited until the app said my order was ready before entering the restaurant. I stood & waited for almost 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was there. Then they told me it would be 10 more minutes for my order to be ready. I waited patiently for 10 minutes, then was told that my order had been siting for several minutes ready & my wings were cold when I finally got them. Lastly there was a complete disregard for customers and inadequate service. People were taking their masks off to interact with customers and ignoring customers. Unless you want to catch the Coronavirus from a subpar, badly staffed wing joint I would advise going elsewhere. I used to love Buffalo Wild Wings but I will NOT be going back. read more

I visited 2 weeks ago and am still having flashbacks from our terrible visit. My dissatisfaction stems from the wings. The wings were TERRIBLE! They were just barely done and should have been cooked a lot longer. The skin was jiggly and the sauce wouldn't even stay on them. They were just gross! I've been to numerous BWW locations in different cities and states. Never have I had an experience like this. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the manager and she offered to redo the wings. This restaurant does not have a good team that can handle to-go orders well. I ordered 20 traditional wing, 20 boneless wings, and some other stuff. I drove out of town to eat with my family and found out they were missing half of my wings when I arrived at their home. I spoke with the manager over the phone about the problem, and he gave me restaurant credit for 20 wings and potato wedges. I call the restaurant 2 days later to use my restaurant credit for a to-go order of 10 traditional and 10 boneless wings. However, they only gave me 20 traditional wings. The person over the phone handling these orders does not take accurate notes and no one double checks to see if the customer is getting everything they ordered correctly. This needs to be part of their process in their training. read more

Went to eat at 7:30 on a Thursday night, wasn't very busy. Food took over an hour to reach our table. Large potato wedge plate was not properly portioned as it was too small. One person in our party had 2 of their 3 wing flavors wrong. When they remade them, they brought out bone-in instead of boneless which was incorrect. They forgot the sauces, sides, and silverware. Our appetizer arrived with our check. When we asked to remove the appetizer from our check our waitress seemed upset but thankfully did remove it for us. Our drinks were never once refilled during our nearly 2 hour meal. Worst location I have ever dined at. Will not be back. Big disappointment. read more

B-dubs is hit or miss for the area and this one's a miss. Came here to watch the NCAA Football Championships. The table felt icky and the service wasn't great. The beer selection is supposed to be good with local drafts but our server couldn't tell us what they were. They had plenty of TVs which was nice but there was one TV that was 30 seconds faster than the rest so it let some people spoil what was going to happen in the game; extremely annoying and not sure how it was just one TV. The final straw was that at the end of the night both bathrooms were flooding and couldn't be used. The food was standard with our apps (popcorn shrimp + potato wedges) and wings. Give you wrong sauce on one order and when you call they ask you to come back with the food you said you can't and ask for partial refund they said not unless you back the food and let the manager see and he can tell you what it is. Yeah I've been coming to this location for a good couple years now seen a lot of people come and go and for the most part they are spectacular but as of lately it seems like it's just a crap show. Food never fresh. Management very disrespectful. Had cold hard wings and my server asked his manager for fresh wings manager told him and me they were fresh. I work in customer service and customer is and should always be valued if my wings are old drop fresh ones and bring them out ! I'm paying and bringing in constant service. We ate lunch at BWW today with our 4 grandsons.... Our server Audrey was very attentive, efficient and just lovely! Service was quick too. Ordered 30 traditional and 20 boneless with fries. However no celery with the wings. Maybe that's a thing of the past. But we did miss it. On our table within 15-20 minutes from placing our order and it was all hot and fresh! We will return! read more
