I love Top Golf for what they offer. Clean facilities, easily accessible, and always a lovely staff. This location did feel a bit underwhelming compared to other places. While in Little Rock AR for business, our project team decided to have a night out at Top Golf. I have never been to a Top Golf facility, but have been to a facility similar to Top Golf, so I am familiar with how it works. When we arrived, we had to wait a few minutes for the previous group to leave and for the staff to clean up the area. It took a bit of time for the staff to mop up the spilled water on the floor, but eventually, it did get cleaned up, and we were good to go. Our server, Nathan, appeared to struggle a bit getting us squared away with our area, but then he did take good care of us and brought our food and drinks in a timely manner. The food was wonderful and high quality. I ordered the hot honey pepperoni pizza and it was incredible. The buffalo chicken dip was out of this world! This was my favorite item on the menu! The potato skins were also amazing and worth trying. The ambiance is like a golf driving range, except there are different targets marked on the driving range for points. The idea is to swing the club of your choice and hit the ball into one of the targets to accumulate points. The more points you get, the better chance you have to win among your friends or family. It is a friendly competition to get the most points, but it is also a lot of fun. I have been wanting to go to Top Golf, so I'm glad I was able to experience this Top Golf facility in Little Rock AR. The service and food are worth the price,and you have a blast swinging a golf club to hit the ball and get some points. It is Ok if you are not a golf person. I remember as a kid, group events from friends to family, school trips to church groups, everyone went bowling. And while it's still fun, bowling cannot compete with the fun, camaraderie and competition that Top Golf provides The service is always incredible and the food doesn't disappoint. Overall the experience wasn't bad. Solid food, solid time, but after my 8th ball hit I realized I was just at a glorified driving range. Along with that my the service was slow, and it was very loud. All could be forgiven though if it just was so expensive (2 bays for 2 hours) and some food was almost 200 bucks. read more

We had a really good time, I did not know what to expect. We did go on NYE, and had some friends driving in from Vilonia. We made it to Top Golf first and was told it would just be a 2.5 hour wait. We were fine with it and said we would just order some food while we wait. They were out of the nachos, but my kids ordered chicken sandwiches and we got cheese dip. See also ordered two alcoholic beverages and mine was absolutely delicious! The food was pretty good. I didn't taste the chicken sandwiches but my boys said they were good. After we finished eating and right when my friends came (we still showed like a 45 min wait) I was called by the Gen Manager Matt Harner (I believe his name was). He apologized and stated there was a glitch in the system and although it's showing a 2.5 hour wait it's really 5! He apologized and offered to give us a coupon to come back. I mentioned this to my friend and she went over to talk to him. He said he was going to see what he could do and asked if we just wanted to play one hour. We stated yes and he proceeded to get us in on a bay at their cost. I appreciated how he went beyond my expectations with his customer service as we got to play at the original time and we all had a great time (and ordered more drinks!). The lobby area is where you check in and it has the pro shop and the bar where you can order food. There are two other levels for golfing. I liked the vibe of the place and I especially like how the instructions were explained to us on how to play prior and she hung around a bit to see if we were playing correctly and if not informing us. We went for a friend's 35th birthday on a Sunday evening. We had a group of 10 people and only 6 actually wanted to play. We were told that you can't have more than 6 people at a bay. We all had already ordered drinks and food. Luckily the bay next door opened up, and we took that bay as well. My husband went inside to order a drink at the bar and was told that because we had a bay he couldn't order from the bar. When our shorter game at the 2nd bay ended, they wanted us immediately out of the 2nd bay (despite having multiple bays open and no one waiting). They told us that the additional people would have to wait inside. When we went inside, he still wasn't allowed to order a drink at the bar because we still had an open tab at the bay that we couldn't be at! The food was good and I would have enjoyed returning if their customer service wasn't so abysmal. read more

It was a lot of fun! The workers were nice and friendly. Also, kids meals have free refills which was nice! Our reservation was at 5:30 and we weren't texted till 5:40 about our bay. When we finally got there, there was no way to check in until an employee helped. We waited another ten minutes. Then when we got in, our time had already been going. We asked a worker and eventually we got 15 minutes back which satisfied us enough. The atmosphere was great! Nice lighting, fun music, and happy people! The interior and exterior both looked amazing! We stayed for two hours which was fun but we could have played another two easily! The Angry Birds game was also really fun, especially for kids! One thing I wasn't very happy with was the $5 fee for new members. It was also overpriced. But overall, it was fun for all ages. I recommend! read more

i went there saturday on 12/23, and i have to say you better be prepared for a expensive outing, we had 6 kids with us, we rented two bays for 2 hrs, after $5.00 a head for Membership fees and other other fees we spent $585.00 for three or 4 appetizers, 6 or 7 drinks, the food wasnt that good. i had to look over my bill 3 or 4 times to make sure it was right, i know everything is expensive nowdays but i was floored by the price. may be a long time before i return read more
