    I've never written a review before. My to go order was supposed to be boneless, I could've handled the mistake if my bone-in order was edible. The strips and mistake wings I got The sauce was so overwhelmingly dry and spicy (hot honey is usually amazing) I couldn't even breathe while eating it. I usually love wingstop but I am so disappointed. Felt like I wasted my money entirely.

    Sad soggy greasy fries

    Texan here! I just recently went to Arkansas for family. I unfortunately haven't been feeling well, so before this meal I ate only an orange. I've seen many videos over people eating wingstop so I decided to try this location. My sister took the chance to order seasoned fries , 20 pc chicken wings. Flavors: Lemon pepper, Louisiana rub, and hot honey. When it first arrived our door dasher gave us the wrong order. That wasn't the stores fault but it must of been a warning from god. "Don't eat the wing stop, just give it back to the door dasher". Well as it was $50! We've ignored those heavenly signals and wanted out moneys worth!!! (Come on that is expensive for this economy.) We called our dasher back and they gave us our correct order. When we first saw it, it looked absolute delightful! This would be our first meal of the day. Guilty sure but happiness unlimited. Sadly only the negative effects implemented. We first tried the Louisiana rub. It was seasoned to every bit of crumb. I can handle spice , but it was to the point I felt my sodium levels rising. Which was hidden under the ranch. Of course I didn't notice it at the initial bite as it was the first meal. I was only focused on sufficing my hunger. Only after eating 2 more chicken wings , I put it down.. It was okay after all there was 2 more flavors. Lemon pepper: i didn't even need to look at the recipe to know the flavor. It would've been okay if it wasn't the salt levels the same to the other flavor !!!! The only decent one was the hot honey. But this says something since I still haven't been able to taste something at least decent in the day. I don't want to say anything to harsh but the fries can explain itself. It was more soggy if anything. It also seem like it wasn't cooked... for $50 this could've been worth the price. I wanna say good try but did yall even try? Even though im still hungry , i will not eat anything I was given from here anymore. Please less salt! Or anything in general lessen it everything was to much. Save your patience and money and cook at home.( I also had to make a yelp account specifically for this ... )

    Rude fake manager at WLR Wingstop

    We spent over $70 and when we got home with the food, the food was so salty we couldn't eat it. It was like eating salt directly out of the box. So, we called the restaurant and explained that the food was salty, and the lady said, what do you want us to do about it? We told her that we could not eat it because it was just too, salty. And the lady on the phone said, she would remake the food if we brought it back to the store. My friend's husband drives 25 mins to return the food and they said they would only remake half of the order. My friend's husband called us and explained that not only did they refuse to make the order over, but the cashier said she did not have time to deal with him because of other customers, but there was only 1 customer behind him. Then he asked them who was the manager and they pointed out a guy from the kitchen that had been there the whole time watching this entire exchange. When he joined the conversation, he was even ruder than the cashier. When he came and took the phone, we asked him for his name, and he wouldn't even speak. We kept saying, hello, hello and he finally said what do you need... As we started to explain what happed and why we brought the chicken back he proceeded to tell us that he didn't need to know all of those details none of that mattered to him. He actually said, all of that stuff you are telling me doesn't even matter to me all I want to know is what you want me to do. Do you want us to remake the order? Then he said if you want us to remake the food, we will remake the food. By this point we were just over the whole chicken thing and asked to have our food back and told them we would take it up with the manager tomorrow. Then (supposed manager) came back the phone and said, so oh you want the chicken back and a refund and just dropped my friend's husband's phone on the counter and walked off. To which my friend responded, it is of no concern to you what we plan to do with the chicken at this point. You need to return the food to my husband, please. He had to ask for them to return the food from behind the counter 6 times before they gave it back to him. Needless, to say they lost two more customers, tonight. It should not have been that difficult. They were acting like they gave us free chicken from their own personal kitchen! This was food we paid for that we were not able to consume. They lied and said they would remake the order and then treated us like we offended them by bringing the chicken back and at their recommendation... The whole exchange was just unnecessary.

    They committed theft. I ordered for delivery and just got my wings. No fries. The person on the phone told me that is they would put an IOU in there under my phone number, but they lied. 0 stars.

    One of 10 garlic parmesan wings.  The others weren't much different/better.

    Absolutely horrible dining experience. They made it simple for us to never want to return to this location. I don't know if all Wingstops are as bad as this one is or if this is just run poorly. The restaurant was busy when we arrived at dinner time and stayed that way. All of the tables were dirty (they bus the tables for you) and most were occupied by people waiting for take-out orders. There were a noticeable and annoying amount of flies all over the restaurant during the entire time we were there. We ordered two wing combo meals for just over $30 (8-piece and 10-piece). The young woman who took our order was difficult to understand and walked away twice during our ordering to talk to other workers -- not really paying attention to taking our orders. I returned to the counter at the 26-minute mark because our meals still were not ready. I was eventually told that it would be 5 more minutes, but it took 10 more. Both of our meals were barely edible. For a chicken wing place I expected plump, juicy, well-seasoned wings. Instead, they were all small (much smaller than Buffalo Wild Wings or frozen wings from the grocery store) and only about 3 were not overcooked to the point of being inedible. Please see the included picture for how the wings came out. When I bit into this specific wing it was crunchy and as can be seen from the picture all of the meat was cooked off of it (please reference our 36-minute wait time), or else there was no meat to begin with. I ordered lemon pepper (the more edible of the two) and garlic parmesan. The garlic parmesan were small, overcooked, and instead of a garlic parmesan sauce (like at Buffalo Wild Wings -- my only other reference) they were just rolled excessively in the kind of parmesan cheese that you sprinkle onto your spaghetti from a can. I looked for a manager to discuss our experience but there was no one who looked in charge despite there being 8 people visible behind the counter. I am not surprised by the other poor reviews of this place (and wish I'd read them before stopping there tonight), but don't know if that's indicative of Wingstop in general or just this Wingstop. As I said at the beginning, they made the decision to ever return to this location simple -- WE WON'T.

    Rude worker at Markham Wingstop

    Spent $65 and they wouldn't give us a cup for water. We didn't even protest but the worker copped a big attitude. Rolled his eyes at us. Then we realized part of our order was missing. This same guy acted like we had set the place on fire. The rest of the order was right behind him on the counter. I've never seen a worker so offended that he had to turn around and pick something up two feet away. It was this guy in the Raiders gear.

    The wings we seasoned well, we got the 8p until buffalo/lemon pepper wings. We had to pay extra for ranch dressing!

    I not a fan of their flavors. Just my personal preference. Don't judge things by my opinion. Their fries are delish.

    Only a take-out kinda place. Call ahead and order or you'll end up having to wait 30 minted. Seating for waiting is minimal.

I am absolutely floored by the deliciousness of the food. My family was upset I didn't bring them their own combo. I really like that the wings were the right amount of crisp and sauce. Parking: open area There are a few seats if you decided to sit in and eat Ambiance: your typical wing spot. Service: John is cool. He cracks jokes while he prepares your departure. Real quick with the comebacks. Very pleasant. The other men were pleasant as well. They were about getting them orders. I love it. The only reason I couldn't give it a 5 star is because the lemonade was off.

    Updated Review…read more After going there regularly, I noticed they started going downhill. The order takers seemed unenthusiastic. The wait was longer. My order was wrong more often. I was disappointed because I sang their praises! Skip to the pandemic. Im waiting on my food and someone walked in from the outside with no mask. Same guy knocks on the side door to go into the kitchen. He's let in with no mask and they are back there laughing and talking. No one behind the counter was masked. That did it for me. Is the food tasty? Yes. But I want my tasty food to be good and meet health standards. I'm not expecting an upscale experience but I'm expecting professionalism and concern for customers.

    Recently my wife and I have had a bad run on restaurants. So much to our delight when we happened upon Wing Station, which was boasting a large "Now Open" sign out front of a building that appeared to have recently gone an extensive renovation. A quick online search revealed one 5-star recommendation on Yelp (which I always find as suspect), but we proceeded to check out the menu and liked what we read. What initially caught my eye was "Wings" in the name of the restaurant, but Wing Station offered a much more interesting assortment of dishes for the palate. We decided to order takeout that included hot wings, fried catfish, fried okra, corn fritters, and Shrimp Hibachi with rice. Wow, what a pleasant experience! Because we ordered onsite we had to wait about 20 minutes for everything to be prepared, and we were not disappointed. Everything we got was excellent and cooked to perfection. Be sure to check out the extensive and unique menu posted on their website. Appetizers range from Cheese Sticks to Egg Rolls, and main menu items include Fried Rice, Noodles, and a variety of seafood and chicken items and plates.
