Everything was barely warm. My wife got the three-piece chicken, tender with the sweet chili sauce and I got the basic chicken sandwich. Everything tasted like it had been precooked. That's a big problem for me. I want fresh cooked. We would eat here often because of the variety of items on the menu. But I just will not tolerate cold food.

I took a bite of the chicken tender, I went straight to the hospital where they did 30 hours of surgery on me. I came out of the hospital and now I feel good. We live about 20 minutes from the closest chicken express so when I called to ask if we could come pick up the missing items and have the rest of our order remade (since it would be cold by the time we got there and back home) I was told no. It was the carelessness of the employees working at the time that didn't include our items we paid for so if we have to come to the store to pick them up then our whole order should've been remade. Awful customer service!
