Nice atmosphere - Service is good - Was not impressed with the food. Larry's Pizza at East End is much better. The cauliflower crust pizza that I had was a small one - not much toppings - cost $18 and was burnt. The Judy's Cheese Dip & Chips was ok - but the overly salted chips were bagged chips you find at the store. We noticed the outside tables were not cleaned in between customer settings and looked rather "coated" with debris. There are a billion pizza places here right now with more opening up. I am going to say 95% of them are not to my liking. This place has good pizza. We are currently watching the playoffs and order from here every weekend. This is the only time we eat pizza. The rest of the year we do not. When we eat inside the servers are very nice. The view on the balcony is great during sunset. My wife and I are not into loud kids and families so we normally just pick it up to go. But when it isn't crowded it's a really nice place to eat in. read more

My husband called in an order tonight. On my gluten free pizza he requested light mozzarella since usually US Pizza layers their pizzas pretty thick with them. It makes my gluten free one pretty heavy. The smart a&@ in the kitchen literally put zero cheese and extra sauce. Worst pizza ever. Worst kitchen staff ever. Nothing but an overly saucy nasty mess. How can you not like US Pizza. The pizza is always consistent and very good. The Ranch dressing is to die for.

They have THE BEST SUPREME SALAD in the country. I haven't had a salad like this anywhere else and I'm very well traveled. The customer service is always amazing and I recently learned from an employee that the bacon bits they use are actually vegan which I never knew! I don't eat pork so I order my salad without ham. I would recommend coming in and trying the best salad you'll ever have taste!! read more

The service is horrible. The girl answering the phone for a take out order was amazingly incompetent. Got the order wrong after going over it. Apparently saying it and entering in their system is over her head. When brought up with the manager she became very patronizing and kept telling us they were having a shift change. Why is a restaurant having a shift change during rush hour? Very poor training. read more

Went by to have a beer and a sandwich maybe sit at the bar and catch a game. Ended up sitting at a table alone right in the path of servers All televisions were on CBS nightly news. Only game I could see was over where the servers collaborate. Needed binoculars. Food is good, expensive. I got a weird vibe and it felt like it was because I was wearing a veteran t-shirt. Loud. Holy crap loud. Concrete floors and nothing to absorb sound. Offensively loud. Stopped for lunch on a Wednesday with colleagues. Never been before. Ordered 1/2 meatball & Caesar. Food quality was good, serving size on the sandwich a little small. Service non-attentive. Had to get up and go to the service area and get salt & pepper. My wife and I have been to the new US Pizza location twice since they opened a few weeks ago. It is located across Chenal Parkway from the Promenade. So far, our experiences there have been great with friendly, prompt service and good food. The menu is the same as the other US Pizza restaurants in town. Another plus for me is that they have my favorite beer on tap - Dos Equis Ambar. There is a spacious outdoor patio for when the weather gets warmer and a video game room for the kids. It appears that one of the dining rooms can be cordoned off for large groups. read more

I grew up with US Pizza, today I am sad. My recent order had little sauce, cheese or toppings on a Supreme pizza. No cheese or pepper came with it, though they would not have saved the pizza. I understand that food costs have risen, but that is no excuse for the poor product I received. If you build your reputation on Pizza, you should be able to back it up. This will sadly be my last visit to this old lady. There are much, much better choices in little rock. read more

The fact that I waited in the drive thru and took home warmed over pizza isn't even the point. I went to the door (did not go in because I didn't have a mask on) and asked if I could pick up my order at the door instead of getting in the drive thru line. The girl told me no and I told her I was told I could by another employee. She proceeded to talk to me in a way I couldn't believe. She just kept shaking her head at me and pointing her finger. No idea why this place doesn't have a 5 star rating!! We are from NWA and decided to try it as we were in the area and it was FANTASTIC! It's long been said that "first impressions are the ones that last", given that, we should have turned around and gone elsewhere on Sunday. We walk into US Pizza and the two hostesses were BY FAR the worst and most unfriendly greeters ever. I can count the words spoken by them on one hand and have two fingers left. I advised that we had a 3 yr old boy who could be a bit loud at times and could we sit in a corner, they just stare at me and one of the hostesses grabs menus and walks off, I ask if we are to follow her, "yep". We jump in line and she proceeds to sit us in the middle of the room with large parties all around us. I point to a table in the corner outside and ask if we can have that one, she stares at me, waves to the other hostess, they confer and the "walker" proceeds to take of to the requested table, drops the menus on the table and walks off. I was shocked, but we love US pizza so we stuck around. I advised the server of the issue, she apologized and stated she would try to make things right with extraordinary service. Great answer!! However, she was in the weeds and had a hard time keeping up. I saw a mgr twice and he seemed confused and was no help to the servers. I know it's hard to get help in today's environment, but mgmt needs to step up or step out. If you like good pizza severed with abuse, go to US pizza on Chanal blvd, we won't be joining you. :) read more

I don't understand all the negative reviews! We held off on trying this place due to the poor reviews but I wish we would have tried it sooner. This place was GREAT! We ordered breadsticks, a custom pizza, and a meatball sandwich. All were great. The cocktails were very good as well! Our service was top notch with our waitress checking in on us often. Went there on my lunch break yesterday 8/17. Ordered a water and small green salad with ranch. It took 30 min to get my salad, and by the time I was able to get my check and pay it I was 10 minutes late back to work. Then I got food poisoning starting from 3:30pm and it is still going strong at 4am. I think the ranch may have been bad. I will not be going back for a long long while, I will never go back when I am on a schedule, and I will be avoiding the ranch dressing moving forward. read more

I got my debit card information stolen after I purchased a pizza at this place. This was the only place I had used that debit card so I know it is true. I have one $110 purchase, and one $95 purchase. I am at a loss for words because this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever had happen to me. I even have a $7 tip on a $43 TOGO order. This is one of my all-time favorite pizza spots in Little Rock. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews on here. I've eaten here for years, and everything has always been perfect. My advice to newbies is get the specialty pizzas and the salad. Don't get basic pizza here. My favorite pizza is Dave's favorite! It's a little spicy and has unique toppings. I never dreamed yellow squash would be so good on pizza, but it's awesome. It balances out the spiciness. I also love the Mexican pizza, and the supreme salad with the homemade creamy Italian or the homemade jalapeño dressings is the best salad I've ever eaten anywhere. I'm really sad the Jonesboro location closed, because that was much closer to me. Since I don't live in Little Rock anymore, I only get to have U.S. Pizza a couple of times a year. Early lunch - outside seating on 90 degree day was cool & breezy. Staff were friendly, conscientious and aim to please. Excellent waitress - Regan! Salad supreme - small - w/combo meats and always tasty house dressing (creamy Italian, but more like ranch) ample to share. Dave's Favorite pizza on gluten-free cauliflower crust was loaded with ingredients. Roasted Garlic & artichokes with anaheim pepper rings, red onions & cheese pizza just hit the spot - first time to try this one. Add it to my Faves list. 1/2 of each small pizza brought home to re-heat in air fryer (looks & tastes like freshly made!) for tomorrow's lunch. Highly recommend. Foods great, service is great, beers cold & served with frosted glass - what's Not to like?! Note: 11-12 and 2:30-3:30 seem to be their slow times - get the best seating and service. read more
