I recently placed a large order at Domino's Pizza ,over $120 worth of food, and I honestly couldn't be more impressed with the experience. Because from the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, patient, and extremely professional as they made me feel right at home. I loved the teamwork from the staff, as the team handled everything smoothly and made sure every item was correct before I left. They double-checked my order, helped carry everything out, and made sure I had all the sauces, plates, and extras I needed. You could tell they genuinely cared about customer service, not just getting the order out the door. Their positive attitudes made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. Ignore the low overall rating of this Domino's (two stars at the time of reviewing). I ordered delivery from this location a couple of times and everything was fantastic! Pizzas were delivered faster than expected, the delivery workers were super friendly, and the pizzas themselves were some of the best from Domino's that I've ever had! It's rare that I award fast food places five stars on Yelp, but the employees at this location definitely earned it. Keep being awesome! read more

The Pizza was good, but there was 1 employee who was answering the phone and instead of greeting the customers he was immediately putting them on hold. I know because before I got to the restaurant I tried to place a carry out order but he put me on hold!! Not great service, but the pizza was good lol read more

Ordered pizza tonight from this store and chicken with bacon and tomato. Chicken was delicious. The pizzas (3) super dry and flavorless. I had to drink soda to be able to chew. Not enough sauce or cheese and the meat was dry as well. read more

We just ordered a pizza, & the crust was burnt and the pizza was dry. We called and told Dominoes about the dry, burnt pizza and the Gm put the Manager on the phone. The manager was VERY argumental and basically told us we were lying about the pizza & there is no way it could be dry and burnt. My husband told him that we didn't even eat half of it, and they can come get the old pizza & check it out themselves. The manager assumed we said we are half & told us that there was no way he was going to make us another pizza .. even after we said they can come get the old one. We then asked to speak to someone else & the manager said that the Gm gave him the phone and the Gm was busy, so he was the only person we were going to speak to. My husband then said, he shouldn't talk to us the way he was if he was a manager. The manager stated that any other manager would speak to us the same way. I love Dominoes but not this stores customer service. This also isn't the first time this has happened. Anytime we've spoken to anyone else about something not right, they apologized and fixed the problem. Definitely will NOT order from this store anymore, even if I have to drive to go get it. JUST RIDICULOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL, & VERY VERY RUDE ! read more

We placed our order a 6pm and followed the online tracker until 7:05pm when it said order had been delivered. The order had not been delivered and upon calling the store (we waited with the phone ringing almost three minutes) they told us that it had been logged out of the system or rerouted (they didn't know which) and it was just leaving the store. This was one hour later. We were planning on leaving a nice tip for the driver because there was some rain and our oven/stove had stopped working so we had no food but now will be leaving a complaint instead. read more

The service was poor. Only one person helping customers to take orders. No pickup line so we had to wait in line 10 minutes to pick up our order. Once we got home one pizza we ordered with sausage, mushrooms and peppers , I could only find a few prices of sausage. My first and last time at dominos. I order from this store very often and the pizzas are always what I order, the way I order them even when I customize the pizza. They are delivered fast and hot and the Robust tomato sauce is sooooo good. I have to say Dominos has come a long way what from what it used to be and I really like the improvements that have been made. Keep up the good work. read more

Pizza was not prepared as usually. Ordered thin crispy crust and received a limp crust. Normally when I order this pizza it comes cut in squares and is very crispy but this one was very limp and cut in regular cuts. Skimpy on meat, barely had any at all on the pizza. Was nothing like what we usually get from Dominoes. read more
