Was reluctant to try Dominos out here (took us 2 years to give it a go) and I must say, it has been one of the best and most consistent Dominos we've ever had. We generally get the thin crust and they have been perfect every single time. Even when we've strayed and tried their regular crust pizzas, they have been very good. As I sit here waiting for my delivery, I get another call from a disrespectful person that tells me I called the wrong store and cannot deliver my order. When he hung up on me, I decided to call the store to figure this out. I explained that you deliver to me once a week with no problems. But they insist this is the wrong store. I explained I have heard these many times from the delivery person Apon delivery. I took this another step and went to the store closer to me. I was told don't worry about it both stores are owned by the same person. Who knows what is going on with these stores run by what seem to be NONQUALIFED persons, if you want pizza, I recommend you go to Pizza Hut. Thanks Tom. How disappointing! A medium pizza is now small size, apparently if you don't as for extra cheese for $2 there is next to NO CHEESE!! Hardly any sauce, so apparently unless you pay for extra cheese and sauce there is NONE!! Also ordered 10 boneless chicken pieces - size of a QUARTER for $9.99!!! Dry, no flavor. To start out we tried getting these Wings a few weeks ago by calling the store directly. After a dozen plus calls and not only did no one answer but we just kept getting the same automated thing that told us to do everything online but then we eventually were so tired of dealing with it we just gave up. So it gave it another try today and surprisingly Services quick and easy and actually look like somebody worked there. I got the wings because I hate their Pizza, but this time they were so par. They weren't hot but lukewarm it best. And I'll be at the sauce was really good I didn't expect it to have a little bit of spice to it but it did which was a nice surprise. But if you like that place and that's your go-to, have at it. Otherwise these days with so many places to choose from that's definitely at the bottom of the list. read more

Drove to the location to order and the phone just sits, ringing off the hook. I stood across from the guy taking our order, as my phone call rang. I watched him tell the guy beside him "don't answer it". The guys inside were sitting on their phones. I watched them mess up the guy's order in front of me. To top everything off, the floors were sticky and the place was very dirty. Looked for a manager contact for the location, but weren't able to find info. Employees we're James, ____, &____. My review is not about the people working here. Our last (certainly will be my last) order was for pick up. We ordered several items, one being the garlic knots, which are delicious, with the marinara dip. We got the five cheese dip instead. Mistakes happen. But my review is about the food. I ordered the spinach/feta pizza. I love pizza, never met a pizza I didn't at least like ... and this baby broke my record. Horrible excuse for food. I ordered thin crust and it was so thin they damned neared missed it. And like all their pizza, the crust is just tasteless. My dogs did like it, I will say that. If it had feta on it, it was hiding. Spinach? A couple of leafs were visible. We ordered two pasta dishes and they were okay. Very similar to eating pasta from Lean Cuisine. this is the worst dominos pizza i have ever ordered from. my pizza tracker notified me that my order was ready for pick up when i got there i saw my order of pizza all smashed up and just a mess. they probably dropped it. they had to re do the pizza which i waited another 10 mins. not only was the service bad the pizza was the worst. it had hardly any toppings on it. to say the least the staff was so unwelcoming and look like they hated their own jobs and the customers. this was the worst dominos i have ever ordered from. read more

Oh my god!! I never leave reviews. I just got a pizza delivered with no sause and half of if had no topping on it. I called to talk to someone about it to see if we could come grab another one and exchange the one the delivered. I was very poliet with them. Ordered online which was convenient and mostly easy. Received a confirmation email which had the correct order identified. Did not receive text message requested from the ordering website. Order was picked up and when we got home to eat, one item was left off the pizza order. When clicking on their link on the confirmation email to give my feedback, the review area had the order wrong too. Dominoes located on 18th Street East, Kalispell. Walked in and ordered the baked chicken parm sandwich. They were busy, but service was good and my sandwich was ready in about 15 minutes. Good sandwich with lots of marinara and melted cheese. Will definitely order again. For the person who posted a review on 8/22/22, consider hiring a tutor to improve your reading skills. There are signs that say they only carry $20 change and do not accept $50 or $100 bills. They also accept debit and credit cards for payment. read more

Unbelievable! This is the new store across from the Elks club on the south side of Kalispell. Ordered via the web site at 7:36 pm. Got confirmation to pick up pizza at 8:08. Showed up at 8:12. Pizza was not in the oven yet. Told to come back in 20 minutes..... came back in 30 min to ensure it was done. Gave the guy a 50. He said he couldn't make change. The pizza was 19 so he only needed 30 dollars. I said I didn't have anything smaller. He asked for the pizza back. He gave me my 50 back and I drove away, never to return again. You can get gluten free pizza here which depending on how much you want to spend you can definitely get a better gluten free pizza at when in Rome, but just so you have options I will continue on with my review. 4/5 stars. Great pizza, but several employee negatives. They're slower than the tracker. Estimates for carry out say 9-14 minutes, show up 20 minutes after the order and it's just coming out of the oven. They tend to take the pizza out of the oven too fast, leading to cheese not being fully cooked, and it sliding to one side a bit during the drive, leaving one side with less cheese, and the other a mountain of cheese. Employees can't seem to park there, taking up multiple of the few spots available, sometimes making it difficult to park. Other than that it's a great spot and I'll be back. read more

They don't answer the phone, and the 6 buck pizza they offer you for screwing up the first order is kind of a slap in the face after being slapped once already. We're done with them. The pizza arrived an hour and 15 minutes after I placed the order in mid-afternoon. It was very dry and had almost no sauce and sparse ingredients. The boneless chicken was very dry and smaller than usual. Its taste was like cardboard and I ended up feeding them to the dogs. So a few months back we ordered for delivery it was terrible took them 2 hours after the estimated time to deliver and by the time we got the pizza it was ice cold and the wrong food. We called to store to make it right, the the manager proceeded to argue with my husband for 30 min rather than just refunding our money ( as we have two children that were late for bed because we had been waiting for pizza so extra pizza was not going to help the situation) calling him condescending and also telling Him that he probably works more than my husband which works 60-80 hours a week and has a family. Very unprofessional and inappropriate. we haven't ordered since, until tonight we gave it another shot but we decided to Pick up instead of delivery. not only did they get our order wrong again but they can't even put the correct toppings on an unmodified menu item. it is still the same manager and makes excuses instead of just making the right pizza. We placed 4 orders of bread bowls and 4 orders of dessert lava cakes. The lava cakes always come 2 to a box. This Dominos was lazy and put them all in one box which made it very difficult for us to save our own desserts. When I called the manager about me not being happy with what they did for them to save money on putting all of our orders in one box instead of there own she only upset me even more instead of doing something to fix the situation.
