I placed a mobile order for carry out. As I tracked the order, the pizza was prepared and went into the oven relatively quick. The tracker on the app showed that the order was ready, in which I arrived minutes later. Upon arrival, my name was on the order screen and stated "ready". However, the associate informed me it was not ready yet. I waited another 10 minutes for my order. I've requested for jalapeño on half of the pizza; shown in the picture, they've only added jalapeño on two slices. read more

I don't feel comfortable with a particular delivery driver. Every time a certain delivery driver delivers my pizza, he always asks me for a tip, and tipping is optional, not mandatory. There have been times when I've gotten a cold pizza. I'm not someone who complains, but I am 100% positive it's written in the handbook not to ask a customer for money, and this same delivery guy asked me for a tip yesterday, and according to what I have read, it is against the rules and against policy. I am not somebody who complains; as a matter of fact, I never complain, but this particular delivery driver has asked me for a tip on two separate occasions. Tipping is optional, not mandatory. I love the pizza; I do, but I don't feel comfortable with being asked for a tip by a certain delivery driver. I'm sorry to have to leave a three-star rating. I love the pizza, but I think it is against policy to solicit a tip from a customer who doesn't know if their pizza will be hot because there have been times where I've gotten a cold pizza--not that I mind that I don't, and I am not trying to get anyone in trouble, but I am just bringing it to the store's attention, that's all. I feel uncomfortable and feel like I'm being solicited for a tip. read more

took them 45 minutes just to put my singular 12 inch pizza in the oven. not to deliver it. to put it in the oven.

Horrible food, terrible service. I understand it's a chain but come on you have to put some good feeling in it.

HORRIBLE! I ordered pizza tonite & it was just left on my front stairs, so, when we discovered it, after it was overdue 25 minutes, my pizza was full of ANTS!!! I Immediately called Dominos and was told that they couldnt help me... pizza Was delivered & delivery boy had taken a PICTURE of it on my front stoop proving it. He said he rang the bell and knocked but nobody heard a thing (and my home is very small!). They even refused to credit my credit card for the inedible dinner!! I have NEVER heard of such HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! No replacement dinner OR credit!! BEWARE OF HOLBROOK DOMINOS! FOOD DELIVERIES SHOULD BE HANDED OVER TO THE CUSTOMER PERSONALLY, NOT LEFT ON FRONT STAIRS! I mean, its PERISHABLE, and it summertine with all the bugs! Fine to leave a Amazon package at the doie - but NOT fresh food!! read more

Don't go to the Norfolk Rd. Holbrook chain if you have food allergies. My husband and I ordered a gluten free pizza for our daughter with Celiac disease. A regular pizza was delivered. Husband tried calling the store, was hung up on once and the other time no answer until he was walking in their door. He returned with the pizza and asked for a gluten free pizza. The manager made it but put in on the counter along with the regular pizzas. She proceeded to cut it using the same knife she used on the regular pizzas. He pointed out the cross contamination. She said she wasn't remaking it, canceled the order and told him to get the f out. Never refunded the money for the one they gave us in error. Reached out to Dominos customer service which was a joke. Makes me cringe wondering what we haven't seen in the past and lucky she has never gotten seriously I'll. SHAME ON YOU DOMINOS read more

Used to love Dominos but will not order from them again. Current manager is rude and immature. Has no respect for long term customers. There are so many great pizzerias in Holbrook; no need to settle for this! Also, they are skimpy with the toppings. read more

Would give this location 0 stars if I could. Was on the road with the family and the wife was calling in a pizza for pick up. The person answering the phone made fun of the way she talked the whole time and mocked her. We stopped by to speak to the manager and come to find out it was the manager being rude on the phone. I called him out and he told me to leave and called me a 40 year old loser for coming in to complain. Yeah and the kid that was working with him was egging me on as well. Never been so disrespected in my life. Great staff this location hired. read more

I genuinely like dominos pizza. I ordered a couple pizzas Saturday night. My fan and I are slowly going through the left overs. I eat my pizza nice and slow with a fork and knife. Just now I am working on a slice and what do I find in it. A hair!!!! Definitely make and definitely disgusting. I will not be ordering from here again. And I am currently throwing out the rest of the left over!!! Do not order from here!!!! read more

What a joke! This place is run by an extremely rude and dismissive manager. He did it listen to hear what was being expressed to him about the incorrect order. He repeatedly interrupted and did not respond to what was being instead. After my sister politely ended the call, he called her back to say she was no longer welcome at the store. You will NEVER get out business again. Despicable!! read more

I go here frequently and after this previous experience; I will not return. I ordered online, when I went to check the status it said my payment didn't go through. I ordered again, and it went through. I called the restaurant (late, after 10:30p) to confirm it didn't go through, 2 exact same orders; I got no answer. upon contactless delivery , 2 orders were delivered causing 2 delivery fees, 2 tips , and my bank account to be charged twice. To make matters worse, when I called I was told there is nothing they can do about it and I was hung up on. read more

Order here weekly. LOVE the Parmesan garlic bread twists-always order them and with an extra marinara sauce (for $.79 extra each.). Well, about a month ago I didn't get the second sauce so I called and was told they'd bring it by. No one ever showed. Let it go but didn't order for two or three weeks. Ordered again and when it showed up the order was correct including the extra marinara. Ordered again one week later (tonight) and ordered TWO orders of the garlic twists and each with an extra marinara sauce (for an additional 1.58 pretax) but didn't receive the extra two. Called and spoke with an associate who transferred me to a manager who offered to send out two new orders with the correct amount of sauce OR to comp my bill tonight and also send me a free order of garlic twists with the next order I placed. I took the two new orders of twists because theyd have enough sauce this time around and they're 100x more incredible when they're hot and the first ones I received were now cold. Food just showed up and the extra sauce was still missing. Seriously? I give up. read more

Pretty good food, in the middle of town, the special meal sales are great. Only problems are they have no tables to eat there (they have a petition to fix this), are new so don't know everything yet, and have forgotten a few side orders, surprisingly they went back just to bring a thing of butter sauce. The only other thing I've noticed, and not to be callus but their delivery people are a little up there on age, I hope they aren't being worked to hard and are getting tipped well. The last one had to take a break once he got to the top of my stairs. read more

I'll stick to just the facts; -ordered online for in store pickup. Tracker said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up after 30 minutes and had to wait another 25 before my order of 1 pizza was ready. -a few months later (today) I decide to give them another chance, maybe last time they were having an off day. This time I ordered online for delivery. Tracker said driver left store at 7:59pm. I live 1.2 miles from the store. 45 minutes later he still hadn't arrived. I called after 30 minutes (1 hr after ordering) and I was told the driver was at my house!! Um, nice try. 15 minutes later I finally called to cancel. This store is poorly run & poorly managed. I'd give it negative stars if possible. read more

Food was gross and cold when it arrived. It took over an hour and a half to deliver and I live five minutes away. I called the store after an hour and they told me the delivery driver just left. A half hour later he finally arrives. Doesn't greet me or apologize, but he did ask to take the broken tv I had in the trash. Am I in the twlight zone? read more

I ordered a pizza online to have delivered to my house at 5:00pm. I checked the Domino's tracker and it said the pizza was quality checked at 4:37pm. Still no pizza at 5:10pm. I called the store and the employee told me that the delivery driver would be back soon. So my pizza has been done for 33 minutes and the delivery driver isn't even on the way yet. It was finally delivered at 5:30pm. No apology from the driver. The pizza was cold and disgusting as expected. You lost a customer. read more

how are u located 3 miles away from my house but still finna say that u can't deliver to my town.

It's Domino's- which means it all tastes the same like other Domino's. I ordered through their Web application and the order arrived fast. However, one of the large pie order was wrong. I ordered half Hawaiian and half plain, but arrived plain pizza. However, I didn't bother to complain because it costs more time and energy to argue over few bucks. I'm sticking to my easy pie. read more

I'm not sure what has happened to this place lately but the quality of service has definitely declined. Place an order last week only to receive a call saying they wouldn't be able to deliver it because they was a 2 hour wait on deliveries! Like whAt?? I wish I could give this place a half star. Not only did they mess up my order but, when I called back to at least get the items I was missing, the "manager" was a complete A** Hole not only did he not care how they mess up the order but, he hung up on me over and over when I called back. So unprofessional and no customer service skills at all. This guy wants to call himself a "Manager" I will NEVER order from this store again! read more

We order from this Dominos a lot. Don't really enjoy their pizza (which says nothing about this particular store, we just don't like dominos pizza in general) So we get pasta which we really enjoy but they occasionally mess up my custom order. My boyfriend gets the same chicken Alfredo pasta bread bowl every time and they never seem to mess his up because it a common menu item, not a build your own, customizable thing. I do a custom pasta with vegetables in a dish and on numerous occasions they have sent it with chicken or in a bread bowl instead of a dish. Word to the wise, the pasta in a dish comes with more pasta than the pasta in a bread bowl. So you just choose whether you'd rather have more pasta or some seasoned bread. read more

Food is usually sloppy and yesterday I ordered to give them another chance and the food was burned blacker than me

I would give them zero stars if I could. I've ordered pizza from them once or twice a week for over a year now and it's always been okay, but tonight was HORRIBLE. Our pizza showed up late, and the toppings had slid off to one side. Which is no big deal. Normally I'd just push the toppings back on because sloppy pizza is still good pizza. However one of the crusts was completely undercooked. I mean, totally inedible. When I called to complain, the manager (Mike) was incredibly rude and said there was no way it was undercooked because they use a special oven. He refused to give me a refund unless I gave the pizza back. He actually called my husband a liar. He also refused to give us the name of the franchisee owner, saying that he was the only one in charge. I've worked customer service for years and I have never seen such atrocious customer service. I will NEVER order from Domino's again. read more

Place to order at 7:15 p.m. and watched the tracker run it through until quality insurance at 7:47pm. Then it just was stuck and I received an email that the order was received at 8:15 p.m. The email said the order will arrive in 52-62 minutes. I called at 9:30pm and they said he it was just leaving then. I asked if the pizza had been sitting there for 2 hours and he said he'd be happy to cook another one. Because I couldn't wait I told him to deliver it as is. I guess I'll just eat it tomorrow. This is my first experience with Domino's and now it is my last. I'm still waiting for delivery. read more
