Did not receive what was ordered. Received a charge for all items despite not being received. Contacted manager at store and was told oh well we didn't have what you have ordered! No credit offered was told I need to wait by my phone tomorrow at 9:00 am tomorrow to explain after full disclosure by manager they had no wings to deliver. I couldn't receive a refund unless I answered a phone call during my business hours after 9:00 am. To explain the issue. This Dominos should be closed down. We love 9 min away from the store. In the last year we have tried to order Dominos 3 times with every time resulting in the worst service possible. Each time my food was marked delivered when it was not. I call the store and get an excuse on why it was marked delivered. Each time I was told to wait longer. Have you this was an hour after marked delivered. Only to have cold food delivered almost 2 hours after the original delivery time. Called the store again and was hung up on. I get pizza maybe once a month. A 1/2 off online-ad pulled me in and I order a large pizza for checkout tonight. I drove up to this store, walked in, gave my name, sat around for a little bit, and got my pizza. It was a normal wait time for me, well within the timeframe the app gave me, but I saw about 6 or 7 people walk into that store while I waited. Some people who did not pay in advance had to experience a cash register issue that the employees handled fairly well in my opinion. I just want to say that the team working tonight was very vocal. Talking and attending to each guest, telling us to enjoy our pizza, to rest assured that someone's pizza was in the oven for that "Well Done" time they requested, making sure to pronounce peoples names right when corrected, apologizing and thanking in-person payers for their patience with the faulty register, etc. You guys are doing great and your respectfulness, customer service, and attention to detail do not go unnoticed! Very poor management, management has no respect for their employees, employees are treated poorly, pay is ridiculously low, drivers are treated as scum, store is poorly staffed, the cleanliness of this store is horrible, dirty dishes intended for food to be stored into, constant expired product, managers bark and demand orders at employee's. There are several amazing people that bust their butt at this store but they go unnoticed and not appreciate. while working for this franchise you are just a body to these people that's it. The pictures are from when it got out of the oven and went in to quality check at 5:38 and when I was finally texted at 6:20 that my pizzas were finally arriving. I live less than 3 miles from this location. Not only did it take 23 minutes for a driver to decide to head my way, but it took another 19 minutes for him to drive the less than 3 miles to bring it to me. This was a Thursday. Their pizza isn't that bad. The service is terrible. It takes at least an hour to get a pizza delivered, if they even deliver. Yesterday, we ordered pizza for a later delivery. It didn't show up when it was supposed to. We finally just drove up to the store to get it (an hour later than requested delivery) and no one was willing to step up and take accountability for the mistake. The young girl working the register didn't know how to handle it. We paid and left. Use to love this store, always prompt and if they were busy they would give you a call to let you know and give you the option to just come pick up if they were short on drivers. But the last several times I've ordered it sits at quality check foe at least 30-45 minutes before a driver is on the way. I try calling but they don't even answer the phone anymore!!! And after waiting for 15 min once I hung up. The last time I ordered I was waiting 10 minutes before they finally answered the phone. As if that wasn't bad enough he was RUDE!!! This location used to be great, but the last several orders have been terrible. Our wings came with no sauce, our bbq chicken pizza came as just chicken and cheese, and the other pizza had a trace amount of pizza sauce. This has happened before and we requested extra sauce on all pizzas. The young lady even read the order back including the extra sauce request. The delivery left the store and then took 45 minutes to get to us (we live 7 minutes from the store) so you can imagine how "hot" the food was (or wasn't). Tried to call the store but no answer. We ordered two pizzas to be delivered as usual and expected the usual great pizza, WRONG! Both pizzas had almost no sauce, and even though both had been ordered with extra cheese, the thin crust pepperoni pizza had NO cheese whatsoever. When you picked up a slice, all the ingredients just fell off onto the plate as individual items. On top of that, the thin crust was burnt black all around the edges, again, dry with almost no sauce and no cheese. It ended up in the trash can! Ordered online for pickup. The app claimed the order was complete so I went in to pick up. I went in and there are 7 people working, it's not busy at all. The pizzas weren't ready and I had to wait because they incorrectly made the pizza (it was only two LG two topping pizzas, so nothing complicated). Waited for the order to come up and the order was incorrect again! They ended up having to make my order 3 times and never offered an apology, a discount, or anything for making me wait 40min for my pickup order. I was there with a friend and he offered to purchase the mess ups so they didn't have to throw them away. Wouldn't you know it, they tried to charge him the full $12 price for the screw ups. I saw the Domino's TV ad for buy one get one free online order, I called the store because it was late and I asked how late the store was open, another 30 minutes, so I told them I was placing an online order for the BOGO offer and I hung up and I placed an order online. When I went to pick it up, the counter help said it was full price and asked for a Coupon Code. The web site doesn't offer a coupon code, it offers the BOGO with a 'button' that says "ORDER HERE" and that takes you to ordering and checkout, NO COUPON. This store in Haslet needs to get it's act together because that was a horrible experience, considering that I had called the store one minute before I placed the order online. read more

I had ordered "LARGE" pizza and a cheesy spinach stuffed bread. What a joke. That pizza was so small, that they were able to cut it to only 6 pieces so it would look semi-normal size. It was barely enough to feed 2 adults - I and my husband - and I only usually eat 1 piece and my husband eats 2 pieces and then usually save the rest for later. The pieces were so small that we had to eat the entire pizza. It was ridiculously small, I would probably call it a medium at best, but it's more like small. We were charged 38$ (!!!) (37 and some change to be exact) for this joke. With 5$ it came up to be 44$. Do you know how much pizza I could have ate if I just went to CICI's or any other pizza place for 44$??? I could have fed my entire family and probably even bring a friend. When I called the store and asked why we were charged over 40 for a medium pizza and a cheesy bread, I was given an answer that since this was a flat bread, "they run a little small". And I was also told that "if you called that night, we'd replace it". But because I called 5 days later - they would not do anything about it. I've ordered that same exact order many times, and it never was more than 25$ (30$ with a tip). So I just assumed that the bill would have been the same. I am sorry, but who sits there and checks their receipts every night?? I am so angry because I've even had membership with them and they simply refused to do anything about it, and said there was nothing wrong with the order and I called too late. Because of Domino's rewards program, I've been loyal customer for some time. PLUS, ordering online has become super user-friendly & quick. I've typically had a great experience with this location, but one evening my husband and I had been doing house work all night and craved a good pizza. We expected we could get our typical, quick service from Dominos. I ordered online and waited by the computer screen to watch the fun process of our order taking place. Once the screen displayed our pizza was on it's way, we knew it wouldn't take long before we got a knock on our door. Or so we thought. We waited 45 minutes for our pizza to be delivered from a location that's only 10 min from our house. When I called to see what the hold up was, the only excuse I was given was that the deliverer had to drop off ONE other order. In my same neighborhood... We had to make this call twice, only to get the same response and more waiting. I had a strong feeling this was more poor work ethic on the delivery-guy's part, but a little more concern from the crew at the store would have made us feel like they cared more about their customers. read more

Was told they didn't have any green peppers and manager went to another store to pick some up. I said " you mean my order just sitting here waiting for manager to come back with green peppers?" attendant said yes. I stated why didn't you call me I could have chose something else or went else where for pizza, and you are not going to like this review. Evidently this was over heard because my pizza's were so salty you could not eat them, salt was even on cinna sticks I ordered, had to throw it all in trash.
