We have been ordering pizza on Fridays from this Dominoes for several years. Two weeks ago we did NOT have a great experience... slow delivery, cold pizza but decided that it must be a fluke. This week we ordered and it was a HORRIBLE experience. First order was late so I called and asked about it before it arrived. It arrived COLD and WRONG. My daughter is GF and that pizza wasn't there. Called again, manager was kind but would not hear that anything had gotten worse and said food will be right out. An HOUR later food was not delivered called and it was sitting at the restaurant as a carry out and the manager had left. Pretty lousy service. We ordered for delivery and the order was marked delivered 45 minutes later. Nothing was delivered 20 minutes after that. We called the store and got excuses that they were really busy and it should be delivered in ten minutes. At this point, it was 25 minutes after it had been marked delivered. I asked for my money back and asked for email confirmation of the cancelled order. The manager told me she couldn't do that. Then the online delivery tracker got changed to "Delivery". In that status, I can't report the problem to Dominos online. Needless to say, we won't ever order again. If I don't see my credit card refunded, I'll be disputing it with the credit card company. read more

I use the app and the pizza only takes a bit of time. It has a good flavor and a consistent food product. There are good coupons that make for a reasonable cost. Sometimes they take longer. But the order is right using the app. It is a nice hearty meal for in a pinch and tastes good. read more

Domino's used to be my go-to pizza. I especially love their garlic-seasoned crust and robust sauce. However, over the last couple years, the quality at this location has nose-dived. New management? The entire staff? All I know is, if I order regular sauce, I barely get any. If I order extra sauce, it's a crap shoot - either barely any, or it's a soup that I have to eat with a straw. If I pay extra for specialty sauces (marinara dipping sauce, chicken kicker sauce, etc), it's only delivered 30% of the time. I usually just spend the money on thin air. If I order a bread bowl pasta, 50% of the time it's delivered in a tin bowl. And delivery times! My last order took 90 minutes! I don't care how busy you are, if it takes that long, you need extra staff, or should offer a discount for the wait...Especially when your order is wrong! And for some reason, the original crust pizza is always flat as a pancake. If I order the same pizza at Papa Johns, it's stacked twice as high, and so far the orders have always been correct. So, bye bye Domino's. I've preferred you for two decades. But the service and food quality have declined too much. I'm a Papa Johns devotee from now on. read more

I've put up with average pizza and extremely late delivery times for the last time. Consistently takes over an hour for deliveries, no matter what time you order, pizza is lukewarm at best, and the taste is just average. Sometimes they are light on toppings, sometimes the pizza has large air bubbles, sometimes the pizza looks completely uneven. Mediocrity is a terrible business plan. I really wish Pizza Hut would deliver to my area because Domino's ruined all my delivery options. I doubt the manager even cares, based on the comments, so do yourself a favor and stay away. If I could give this Dominos a Zero I would because a one star review is being much too generous as far as the customer service. Let me start by saying we have always had delays with this store but understand given the lack of Pizza delivery in the area. That being said, waiting over an hour on average is expected and I am patient. This evening we ordered our usual order that is saved on the App because we order the exact same pizza for years including our years in Seattle we moved here 5 months ago. We added the new bread twist that were delicious and Chicken Wings that we order as well.We ate the sides first both delicious and high quality the Pizza however was totally undercooked (See picture) the inside was doughy and not cooked. Here is the issue - I understand sometimes quality is not always perfect. I am super patient and was not upset about the pizza but the service. I called Dominos and spoke to a lovely young lady that was apologetic and passed me on to her Manager, Scarlett and this is where the one star review comes - Manager, Scarlett! I explained I was happy with the sides but the Pizza was not cooked through and would like a new pizza. She grilled me if I knew what a deep dish tastes like and said three times how "weird" that is and all Pizzas are checked twice through the cooking process. I answered I appreciate that however, our Pizza was raw in the middle. She then continued to be condescending and asked me "out of courtesy" to return the Pizza "unless if we ate it All already". I assured her we only had a piece each not totally eaten before we discovered raw dough but would appreciate a new Pizza. This Manager only displayed lack of professionalism and no customer service skills. Asking for the Pizza back as "evidence" is totally tacky! I am happy to do so but have never been questioned so much over a Pizza!! My husband and I have Pizza once or twice a month as a cheat day and always love our Dominos order. I gave this a 3 star only because the woman that took my order and the delivery lady were very professional as well as very nice. My pizza was barely lukewarm. I did not like the taste of the pizza. Also, the Coke I ordered was delivered warm. When I placed this order, I asked if the soda was cold and was told that it was. Had I known it was not cold, I would not have order Coke with this pizza. HORRIBLE customer service!!! My 70 year old disabled dad on a fixed income went into this Dominos's because I raved to him about what a good value the 2 for $5.99 mix and match deal was. He asked which sandwiches were included in the deal and what toppings were included for the two topping medium pizza. The worker pointed out which sandwiches and my dad asked what came on them. For his pizza he chose chicken and on the list of non-meat toppings, he chose feta cheese. His total should have been $11.98 + 8% AZ tax, around $13 total. They charged him $14.85 & he was talking to me on the phone while his pizza cooked. He didn't understand the total, so I told him he should just go in and have the difference refunded. In CA, our Domino's pizzas are SO good with customer service, and he was clearly charged wrong. My poor Dad went back into the store and the person who took his order ARGUED with him!! Over $1.85 that he was WRONGFULLY charged!! He asked for the manager and she told him he added tomatoes to the sandwich that the other girl said was included on the sandwich. She said feta was extra instead of a topping (which feta is CLEARLY listed as a non-meat topping)once again contradicting the woman who took the order to begin with. This female manager was working last night and my 70 year old dad was so flustered, and SHAMED by this manager he forgot to get her name. There are HUNDREDS of pizza places my Dad could have chose to spend his money with, and this is the way he was treated. Instead of making my Dad feel like the valued customer he was, they REFUSED to help my Dad AT ALL. Goodbye Dominos. Not only did you lose my Dad, but you lost me and ALL my referrals, and hopefully any intelligent person reading this. The least that Dominos (a billion dollar company) could do is make this right for my Dad. I called the store and they made up some lame excuse why it still hadn't arrived. It usually takes 10-20 mins longer than listed but today was the last straw. Ordered at 1055. Quality checked at 1115. BACK in the oven at 1159(???) Delivered ~1215. I thought something must've gone horribly wrong and they had to start over. If that were the case...fine...$$$$ happens. I'll grudgingly suck up an 80 min wait.
