We ordered on 5/22/26, as I confirmed my order, the page said "failed to communicate with store" So, we figured the order was not processed, so, I ended up ordering from another local pizza place. THANK GOODNESS I did. All of a sudden about 30 minutes later Pizza Hut shows up at my door. We had ordered Tavern Style with Pineapple, Bacon and 1/2 Mushroom and had rewards for an order free cheese sticks. They need to check their ovens, as our pizza was burnt. Ok, So, if you don't know, tavern pizza is very thin crust. Now, if you have ever had Tavern Pizza from one of the Italian pizza joints in Chicago, you know they are relatively thin (like saltine cracker thin), but this was as thin as a flour tortilla with toppings. It tasted terrible. I mentioned above that the ovens must be running hot because our cheese sticks were quite overdone as well, and anyone who has had cheese sticks here, know they are quite thick. However, ROCK hard. Thankfully the other pizza place came through, because this order went straight in the garbage. read more

DINE-IN Pizza Hut!!! My family came here for Mothers Day hoping to get some nostalgic memories and show our young daughter how amazing Pizza Hut can be when made at the location. The vibe and atmosphere was exactly like we all remembered in the 90's or early 2000's. No salad bar, arcade, or hot by the slice pizza buffet though. Our waitress was incredibly friendly, prompt, and had a good sense of time and humor. There was only one other family there, so we got some nice peace and quiet. The tables and restaurant was also clean and well stocked. Everything came out as expected but better since it wasn't put into a box for delivery. We had wings, personal pan BBQ pizza, stuffed crust cheese pizza, and stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. We ordered tea, but it turned out to be bottled Brisk Tea (which we don't drink), so we just took it with us. Our daughter's cheese pull from her pizza was great and she thought the 90's abstract culinary artwork was hilarious. We had a great time and it was absolutely worth the pleasant and beautiful drive to Green Valley. I'm so glad they still dine-in. Not good at all. I ordered a medium mushroom thin crust pizza. I have ordered the same in the recent past at this same location. Today it was pretty awful. Very overcooked and they skimped on sauce and cheese. Really there was no discernible flavor at all. Plus it cost close to $18 just for a MEDIUM when they have LARGE one toppings for $10!!! I attempted to order a pizza using the pizzahut web site . . . somehow when I requested that it be delivered, thte pizzahut web site connected it to yelp. I dont know anything about yelp, and then I called the local pizzahut store and they didn't seem to know anything about it either. Pizza Hut needs to improve their method of online orders. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! Placed an online order utilizing a 20% off coupon. Get to the location and they say they don't have the order but we can go inside and order. The best part about this Pizza Hut location by far is their customer service! They go above and beyond to make sure that each customer is satisfied. I work in a nursing home and occasionally some residents will go out to lunch at Pizza Hut. The staff is always extremely accommodating, with Heather in specific being very helpful. She remembers their orders and is always kind and courteous. As far as the pizza goes, it always exceeds my expectations. I have a pretty complicated order due to dietary restrictions and they have always gotten it right. I would definitely suggest this place to anybody looking for a quick meal in town! read more

We went for a buffet. $8. Mediocre dough pizzas sprinkled with various toppings. A bowl of lettuce with a few toppings, some junk pasta that was probably frozen then cooked (awful). Table was sticky and dirty. Not a bused booth in the place. Would I recommend to friends? Not even people I don't like. Across the street you get real pizza and super salads at MOD. Pizza was awesome! Salad bar is a typical assortment. I didn't get the food bar but it all looked great. I had lunch with me mom yesterday, it was so good that my son & I got take out last night. I had a personal pizza with the garlic crust that was delicious! Heather was our waitress. She was friendly, patient, helpful, and professional. I've lived here since 2008 & let my judgement of a PH in CT get the better of me. I've missed out on years of yummy pizza. We're very picky about pizza being from the Northeast. I love the buffet but the best time to come is around 1... it's winding down from the lunch rush and they are still stocking the buffet. It could afford to be a just a tad bit cleaner, the carpet always looks worn with little bits of paper here and there. The bathrooms are also dated, tired and untidy every time I come ( I took one star off for that) and the staff needs to try to act like they are not dying. They act like they are not gonna be able to make even 10 minutes more. It gives the whole place a feeling of tiredness and the staff is a little grumpy... not unfriendly just tired and grumpy.
