Not good at all. I ordered a medium mushroom thin crust pizza. I have ordered the same in the recent past at this same location. Today it was pretty awful. Very overcooked and they skimped on sauce and cheese. Really there was no discernible flavor at all. Plus it cost close to $18 just for a MEDIUM when they have LARGE one toppings for $10!!! I attempted to order a pizza using the pizzahut web site . . . somehow when I requested that it be delivered, thte pizzahut web site connected it to yelp. I dont know anything about yelp, and then I called the local pizzahut store and they didn't seem to know anything about it either. Pizza Hut needs to improve their method of online orders. read more

On the way back from the VA in Tucson, called and ordered a medium pizza to be picked up on the way - in Green Valley. When they told me $21 for a medium pizza I was floored. That's just outrageous!!!! If I had ordered on line I would have gotten a discount. What a way to descriminate against older people. When we got there I asked for a unsweetened ice tea. This place used to be fairly good. I don't know what happened. But, it has gone way downhill. Today, I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and a crispy chicken salad with Ranch dressing. Every time I order from Pizza Hut, it's always something. The last order (family dinner box). My entire pizza was soaked with wings sauce and now I can't get enough sauce. The best part about this Pizza Hut location by far is their customer service! They go above and beyond to make sure that each customer is satisfied. I work in a nursing home and occasionally some residents will go out to lunch at Pizza Hut. The staff is always extremely accommodating, with Heather in specific being very helpful. She remembers their orders and is always kind and courteous. As far as the pizza goes, it always exceeds my expectations. I have a pretty complicated order due to dietary restrictions and they have always gotten it right. I would definitely suggest this place to anybody looking for a quick meal in town! read more

We went for a buffet. $8. Mediocre dough pizzas sprinkled with various toppings. A bowl of lettuce with a few toppings, some junk pasta that was probably frozen then cooked (awful). Table was sticky and dirty. Not a bused booth in the place. Would I recommend to friends? Not even people I don't like. Across the street you get real pizza and super salads at MOD. Pizza was awesome! Salad bar is a typical assortment. I didn't get the food bar but it all looked great. I had lunch with me mom yesterday, it was so good that my son & I got take out last night. I had a personal pizza with the garlic crust that was delicious! Heather was our waitress. She was friendly, patient, helpful, and professional. I've lived here since 2008 & let my judgement of a PH in CT get the better of me. I've missed out on years of yummy pizza. We're very picky about pizza being from the Northeast. I love the buffet but the best time to come is around 1... it's winding down from the lunch rush and they are still stocking the buffet. It could afford to be a just a tad bit cleaner, the carpet always looks worn with little bits of paper here and there. The bathrooms are also dated, tired and untidy every time I come ( I took one star off for that) and the staff needs to try to act like they are not dying. They act like they are not gonna be able to make even 10 minutes more. It gives the whole place a feeling of tiredness and the staff is a little grumpy... not unfriendly just tired and grumpy. I do believe we have found the retirement town of the seven dwarves and the sleepy and grumpy dwarves are working here. read more

Excellent customer service! They don't always get your order right, but they WILL make it right and couldn't be more gracious about it. Our wing order got shorted by one size and when I spoke to the manager about it, not only did I get a correct order, I got free brownies and hand delivery by the manager himself. Great pizza and service. Our favorite is the pan meat lovers. They have taken 4 book it coupons in one visit in two occasions. I believe two of coupons were expired but they did not seemed to care. We took two coupons to another location and they gave us a hard time. I wish their buffet was available in the afternoons and weekends. We will return to the green valley location. read more

Great service. Attentive, friendly wait staff. FAST service (which is highly unusual in Green Valley). The pizza was remarkably tasty! I had thin crust 9" pizza and hubby had hand tossed 9" garlic crust which he loved. The restaurant has more younger families as patrons. There was a salad bar that was rather spartan with just lettuce, very few toppings and another bowl of Caesar Salad. For $3.99, we skipped the salad bar. We plan to go back to this restaurant. The only negative was the ladies room where the lights were burned out over the commodes making it a spooky kind of restroom. read more
