Bianca the bartender is a hoot - it's clear that all the regulars who belly up to the bar enjoy her company, and may be regulars because of her. The interior is very pleasant, with big north-facing windows, dark wooden tables and chairs, and a few nicknacks scattered about. I'll probably stay at the Residence Inn again on my next visit, and stop in to this pub in the evenings as I did this time. It's a good, welcoming place.

The food arrived about 15 minutes after we ordered. My sandwich was acceptable, but the chipotle chicken Alfredo was not prepared well. The chicken was overcooked, and the sauce had thickened to the point that it affected the texture of the dish. My wife was unable to finish it. We were also there during happy hour, which was supposed to include $2 off all drinks. After reviewing the bill, the drink discount did not appear to be applied. I ordered the Happy Family dish, which was mediocre at best, and Almond Chicken. According to the menu, the Almond Chicken should be "Tender Chicken Breast, lightly breaded and Fried," but what I received was neither breaded nor fried. When I called the restaurant about the issue, the staff was unhelpful; the person on the phone claimed there was nothing she could do, and when I asked for the manager, it seemed like I was speaking to the same person. She told me since I received the food, no resolution would be offered and abruptly hung up. I want to warn others--avoid Panda House at all costs. After documenting everything with photos, including the food, receipt, and menu, I contacted my card company to dispute the charge. Paying $50 for a takeout meal for two and not getting what was promised is unacceptable. Panda House used to be good, but things have definitely changed. I will not be returning.
