My complaint is about the manager Harry who argued with me on the phone for 10 minutes claiming that we never had a pizza delivered to our house and that his delivery driver never offered us a $20 credit for the delivery taking over 45 minutes to arrive. I told him her name and the time of delivery from the day before, and he still denied it. He blatantly told me I was a liar trying to get a free pizza. I couldn't believe his unprofessional phone manner. He ended up shouting at me and then hanging up on me. As a business manager, I can say that this guy should not be employed here and I'll never eat here again because of him. Side note: He said his name was Harry and claimed to be the manager, but I didn't look into it, so can't be sure. I've never seen a real manager behave that way. read more

Active duty in the military, on my way home from work after a long log day and I wanted to grab pizza for dinner. After explaining to the gentleman who answered the phone that I was in my uniform and could not come inside, I asked if he would be available to bring the pizza out and I would give exact change. WORST DOMINO'S EVER. Walked up to see two employees on break each smoking cigarettes right in front of the door. When I went in our pizza had just been put in the oven but we had been notified that it was finished. During our 15 minutes I witnessed one of the on break employees come in and wash their hands with just water. And yet again another employee who looked sick and kept their nose also didn't wash their hands. Ended up having to get a refund and they gave us attitude. Horribly ran. read more

Got tired of eating frozen food because of the pandemic and decided to pick-up two pies from Domino's today. I haven't had Domino's in many years. But for $7.99 for a 3-item pie, it seemed like a deal worth trying (extra $.50 for gluten free crust). Overall the pies were good. Nice amount of toppings and well made. The only complaints I have are that both of our pies were not cut well (the slices were not even close to being uniform and some were not cut all the way through) and they charge for Parmesan cheese. I don't hold the latter against them, since it seems to be a corporate decision. But I took away one stay for the bad cuts. Overall I was pleased and would order again especially if they continue this promo. Thank you Domino's for feeding us during these difficult times. read more

Let me first start off by saying .. the manager was nice let me know the pizza was going to take a while for it to come .. but the pizza tasted like it was microwaved uncooked boxed .... waited almost 2hrs. Have ordered from this location many times with no previous complaints. Tonight we ordered our usual 2 medium pizzas, and after over an hour wait and the website showing our pizzas as "delivered", my wife decided to call. Turns out that the delivery driver showed up, saw it was apartmentsl buildings, and decided to leave as there was no apartment number on our information. The address here is our apartment number, and the numbers are viewable from the parking lot. When my wife called, the manager explained that when she was a driver, she went to these apartments all the time. She then stated that they assumed the delivery was a prank when the phone number listed was disconnected. It's true that my old number is listed, but if we already paid online and she knew the location, why didn't they try again or email us? Apparently the new go to action is to ignore the paid for order and w as it for the customer to call. Also when we did finally receive new "redo" pizzas, the "premium" white sauce, chicken bacon pizza was fairly barren of chicken. Obviously a rushed job to accommodate the late order. I get that the driver was possibly lost, but why didn't they at least TRY finding our place, which shows up on GPS, the manager knew where it was, and is easy to find If you actually take the time to look at the apartments. Will still use them in the future, but this is not acceptable behavior for a business who cares about each customer and not simply reacting to complaints. read more

Really really poor customer service. I wish we could review the pizza, but unfortunately it never made it to our home. Called in an order, was charged for the pizza, and never received it. When we called to check on the order, they had nothing in their system. The manager, Justin, was rude (argued with my wife, tried to belittle her, and questioned whether we really ordered / got charged for the pizza) and hung up on us twice after he stated he couldn't do anything about our order or get us our money back. In this era of the Covid pandemic Domino's advertises that they have contactless pizza. When I arrived to pick up my pizza no one was wearing gloves. They were making the crust and preparing the pizza with their bare hands! I rationalized that the pizza would be cooked to 450 degrees and that would kill the virus. All employees were wearing masks with the exception of the individual who took the pizza out of the oven and placed it in the box. She kept her mask pulled down below her nose. This is unacceptable when you stop to think about what direction the breath from her nose is traveling... straight down onto the pizza and all over the inside of the box! I asked her if she would pull her mask up when she boxed my pizza and she became snotty, argumentative and complained it was too hot and that she couldn't breath. The guy in the front working the cash register was kind enough to box my pizza for me. During the entire time I was in there, the girl boxing pizzas never pulled her mask up in spite of my complaint. She might as well not be wearing a mask if she doesn't pull it up over her nose. What ever happened to customer service and all your promises to provide safe food to the community. I will never go back to Dominos and I would not recommend using their delivery service either. Ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza, it was like they dumped a whole entire bottle on the pizza. It wasn't edible whatsoever. I did. All to inform Dominos and the manager was very receptive and apologized for the big mess of a pizza. I was given a $10 credit but haven't been very inclined to use it. Late Saturday afternoon I arrived to pick up my $24 order. I had a $1 bill and a $50 bill. I was told they do not accept any bill over a $20 Banks are closed. My credit cards are at home. Manager on duty had no authority. Request to call owner for approval refused. I had to go find another merchant in the area to break the $50 12 year loyal customer. Delicious pizza always fresh, usually in a reasonable about of time. Consistently prepared with enough tasty toppings with very tasty crust. Very rarely has our crust been slightly over cooked. We order once a week for 10 years. I have had other pizza from other companies in town and they just did not measure up to what we like. we enjoy that we can order on line and it is ready in minutes for us to pick up. My son orders for his family at his home and gets the delivery service. Those young people try very hard to get the pizza delivered on time. It is a wonder that anyplace still delivers anything in town anymore. It is a thankless job. The people in our Fallbrook store are hard workers and usually very pleasant. Sometimes they are extremely busy and have no time to chat. I appreciate that. It's pizza I find it hard to complain about such a small part of life.
