Walked in at 11:15pm and the guy at the counter said they were done taking orders for the night. Sign clearly states they close at midnight. Will not be back. read more

The person who attended me was friendly and nice. Very good service and good pizza! I would order again.

Service has improved over the years. Has been more consistent with quality of food and service. Haven't had many issues with any of the dishes ordered in some time. Is it amazing? No. But, it is a quick and better pizza compared to some of the other delivery options out there. The other items have also come a long way, such as the wings and pastas. read more

The closing time for Domino's Pizza is 12 AM and I ordered food at around 10:55. They canceled on me and locked the door at 11 an hour before the time that was on the door and on Google maps. I knocked on the door for five minutes and the worker there obviously ignored me when I was there. read more

We have chain pizza in town (except for the bowling alley and I don't want to go there to get it) so Domino's is the king. The pizza here is good and the prices better. Today, they have a large pizza with 2 toppings for $5.99. We will have a piece and freeze the rest since we are a ways from town-and it's actually better after the toaster oven crisps up the crust. Domino's has expanded to have salads, sandwiches, wings and pasta. I've never tried it but people seemed to order it while I was waiting. We called on the way but no answer. We would get there before they answered so we hung up. It took exactly 12 minutes from the time we ordered until it was done-exactly what they said. It looked good, as ordered and we were happy. Actually, pizza was so hot it was burning my legs on the way home. read more

I've been trying to get a hold of someone for HOURS y'all... and I'm not going to drive over there and spread my germs let alone I do not feel good. and their online ordering is "not available at the moment". I'm STARVING. Literally where are the workers???? read more

Domino's Pizza - Online Orders not working and nobody answering at the store - Pizza Near Me - El Centro, California

I got an upside down pizza delivered 60 minutes after ordering and was raw uncooked so disgusting I took pic I wish I can post.

This place is great with Covid 19 precautions. A mask is necessary to enter/pick up your pizza. I arrived a little early on Tuesday afternoon. There was a table outside with a sign to ring the doorbell. A worker was outside by the table and checked that ai did have a couple more minutes to wait. The worker went inside to work and another customer came up and rang the doorbell. They did ask him to go back to the circle on the cement before they walked out. You can tell that the workers were trained and knew what to do to keep themselves and the patrons safe. Yes, our pizzas, wings, and sandwich were excellent! read more

Pizza was cold and tasted like cardboard and we ordered a cookie brownie that was Burt to a crisp on the bottom!! Manager gave an attitude when i requested they delivered a new one I will never order from dominos again, go anywhere else!! read more

This place is horrible stay away!!! They claim my pizza was ready online and when I arrived at the store they said sorry it's a busy day so it's going to be another 45 minutes!!Never ever go to this Domino's it's garbage! read more

When the decision is made to order pizza 90% of the time it comes from Domino's they have a decent coupon for two medium pizzas with 2 toppings and they create, bake and deliver your order with record speed. They also have a pizza tracker after your order is placed so you can track it from the oven to your doorstep and I have to say it is pretty acurate! Although there may have been some confusion on some items on my orders Domino's does everthing possible to make it right and I even got a free pizza for their mistake once which was nice. read more

This is what I sent to the Dominos people to their complaints e-mail: After seeing your advertisement on TV of the "Oven Baked Sandwiches" I went in to the El Centro store to give it a try. I usually go to Subway and thought I'd give Dominos a chance. Well, to say the least I am never, EVER going back into your store and I'll advise all of my friends and family of the poor service at Dominos. First of all, it took almost 30 minutes to get my order. How are you supposed to compete with Subway when it takes about 5 times the amount of time to get a sandwich. Your TV advertisements constitute FALSE advertising. Secondly, the sandwich was all soggy and the box was covered in cheese and pizza sauce. The box was just handed to me and not placed in a bag, so my car seat got stained from your stupid box. This is the most aggravating part, because I tried removing the stain, but since it is oily it is hard to remove. Anyway, I've posted these same comments on yelp with the pictures of the box and soggy sandwich. You should get out of the sandwich business. read more

Food: 4 Ambiance: 1 Location: 5 It's been years since I ordered Domino's Pizza from this El Centro location. Since it was late at night and we were craving pizza, I decided to give it a shot. I'm extremely glad that I did! The pizza/food quality has significantly increased. If you order online, I'm not sure if this applies if you buy in the store, you may use a sale/coupon that allows you to order 2 or more pizza plus other items (I tried various combinations of pizzas, their chicken alfredo pasta, and their stuffed cheese bread) for $5.99 each (+ tax). Lastly, the food was made within 15 minutes, which is basically the time that it took me to go to the store to pick it up. Kuddos to El Centro's Domino's Pizza team for improving the food and service! read more

Today June 21st, 2019 I had the worst customer service. I ordered online and paid online, I was in a hurry and it would make the transaction faster; since I was in a hurry. I got to the store a lady in front of me had a big order, which I didn't mind waiting(There were like 6-7 other employees behind the counter). More people started walking into the restaurant and none of us were greeted or were told that they were gonna be with us in a few. I kept on waiting, for some reason the lady's transaction took longer than expected, I became inpatient since I was in a hurry; and I had been waiting for like 10-5mins already. Until I told the guy helping the lady in front of me, that I was just there to pick up my pizza and it was paid for and I was in a hurry, he looked at me like upset and just told me "I'll be right with you". Note that none of the other employees came to assist him in any type of way. I waited another 5mins, the guy was still helping the lady; when finally someone other employee comes and asked for my name and hands me my pizza. I got hime pizza was cold, I called to speak to manager on duty and he gave me an I don't care attitude. The so called manager Alejandro was just like "okay" "we were busy" and "well it's 3pm and it's rush hour", never did he say sorry for the inconvenience. It seems like no one complains or if they do, they just don't care. That was the attitude he gave me. read more

I was in town for work and they were able to deliver to me very quickly even though I was outside of their area! Super polite and their Brooklyn style is very delicious. read more

Dominos Pizza is always the best, I think. BUT, really, they need a new recipe for Brownies! I've never had such a bland anything'. And greasy. Just get anybody's Gramma's recipe and I promise you they will always get Brownies with their Pizza! read more

Tried a lot of pizzas in El Centro. Ordering from Domino's online was easy and convenient. Ordered the thin crust Pepperoni with double meat. Crust was great! Right up there with CPK's Sicillian (which is not available in El centro). The brief service was friendly. (It was a carry out order). Next time I'm loading that pizza up! Almost forgot...also ordered the chocolate molten lava cake. While on the small size, the taste was large! Add a little whipped cream and or a scoop of vanilla ice cream and you have a truly outrageous high calorie no brainer meal! read more

We order pizza from Domino's regularly. We have placed an order for 125 pizzas an they were done an a hour. Amazing employees and the store manager is on his A game. Great pizza if we order 1 or if we order 125 pizzas. read more

This place sucks. I saw a special on tv and called this place to order the pizza and they told me they don't have that special because they're a "franchise." The manager working was really rude. I found out that 98% of the time they will not have the specials announced by corporate Dominoes Pizza. This place should just change their name. I just wanted the 2 Large Pizzas, 2 Toppings for 5.99 each special and all they could offer was 2 Medium, 2 Toppings for 5.99 each. If you,re in El Centro or Imperial just drive or order from the Brawley Dominoes Pizza. They're Corporate and offer the better pizza then these guys. read more

Avoid stopping by El Centro, CA. And avoid stopping by this Domino if you want your entire trip to be pleasant. Staff is not rude but very distracted and inattentive. My girlfriend and I ordered an Italian sandwich, a small cheese pizza and lava cake for lunch traveling from San Diego to Phoenix. They got her pizza wrong the first time (instead of a cheese pizza they made a sausage pizza). When presenting the mistake, they made her pizza one size bigger to apologize, but still. A bad impression. There was a gentleman ahead of us waiting for his pizza. They got his pizza wrong as well. On top of that, they were out of water. I don't drink sodas so I had to stop by Walgreens to get some. How can a facility be out of water in the middle of the desert? Bad. There were no napkins on the tables and the whole location appeared dated and ill-kept. read more

DISGUSTING!!!!! I placed an order for delivery. The guy I spoke to was very short and trying to rush me off of the phone. He told me the total and hung up. I had to call back so I could pay for the pizza. When the pizza arrived it was nasty like it had been sitting out the whole day and I just happened to be the sucker that ordered it. Pizza was ice cold the cheese was like rubber and it tasted disgusting! I will never order from here again! I ordered from Pizza Hut and was MUCH happier. Save yourself your money and disappointment read more

I'm usually a Pizza Hut fan but I ordered a pizza from this place today because of the deal they got goin' on... large pizza with 2 toppings for $5.99. I wanted to add another topping (bell pepper) for additional $1.99 which was fine with me. I was disappointed when I picked up the pizza. They barely gave me any bell pepper!!! :( read more

Customer service is the worse or non-existant. Told them they forgot to give me the extra sides I payed for and they basically gave me a "so?" response. Last time I went there I found a cooked COCKROACH in the pizza. When I returned back with it they basically and uncaringly said "so...refund or another pizza?" No "sorry" no look of embassament, I felt like I was in a comedy or reality show. Not coming back here again! read more

Do not get pizza from here. They've messed up my order on quite a few occasions. This most recent time when I called because they screwed up, they said I would have to go in and get the correct pizza. Really? You guys mess up my order and now I have to go to you to correct it? Forget it. For the price paid, the pizza isn't that great either. Do yourself a favor and go get pizza elsewhere. read more
