Rude and never delivered my order. Hung up on me and refused to answer the phone for me when I called back. I called again and he answered it and hung it up again. These type of people should not work at restaurants. Bad attitudes and continue to refuse orders and with that type of anger he has, who knows what he does to peoples orders. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! This is the absolute worst Dominos location that I have ever experienced. If I could give a zero, I would. Three weeks ago, I ordered two pizzas and they were over an hour and a half late. I constantly called the location for 4 days and no one answered the phone! On the fifth day, someone finally answered and I spoke to a manager who said that I was on her list for a return phone call. Long story short, they reimbursed me for the extremely cold, ridiculously late pizzas. So what did I do? I gave them a second chance tonight and ordered one pizza. The pizza tracking indicated that the quality check was completed at 7:45 PM. What time did the pizza arrive? An hour and 20 minutes later (I'm 10 minutes away). How many times did I call tonight and not get an answer? 5!!! When the pizza delivery guy showed up with my cold pizza, he apologized profusely, admitted that it was extremely late and cold and said that they are "under new management". This is completely unacceptable and I am so over this location. All they wanna do is send you points to get another free pizza to go through the same experience again. A dysfunctional cycle with no positive outcome. There are far too many great pizza places in the area with good customer service, people that actually answer the phone, and deliver hot fresh pizza to continue to patronize this location. From now on, it is Papa John's and Mellow Mushroom for me. I would choose Pizza Hut and even Little Caesars before putting any faith in this location again. This is the worst pizza place to go to. I come in to pick it up and the order and some rude girl ignores me then proceeds to walk to the back to whatever she was doing. She finally comes back and hands me the pizza but doesn't say anything. Came home to the pizza being cold and it look like it was old pizza. I tried calling the store and the lady doesn't apologize or anything. She only offered for me to have free credit for later instead of just remaking the whole pizza. read more

I wish I had come to this page before ordering. I might have saved myself the time/energy/effort. Placed an order this evening for pizza for my grands and myself. The time tracker advised that my pizza was doing a check at 8:13pm. When I called at 8:49pm, I was advised that my order was being redone because of a minor mistake/issue, (and that young many was VERY polite/professional). I was told by the Pizza Tracker that my order would arrive at 9:05pm, but the order arrived after that time. No worries, the babies could eat, except...my pizzas still arrived lukewarm, leaving them dry and tasteless. This is my 2nd time ordering pizza since I moved here to GA (May '21), but the 1st time with this business/location. The customer service here is nasty rude and horrible. We ordered a pizza online and came in right when it told us the pizza was done. Took a 5 minute drive home and the pizza was ice cold barely even warm... We called the store and they refuse to remake our pizza and only give some funky store credit that you have to call in for. For a chain pizza this store is one of the better one. Prices are good when using coupons. On line ordering is the best. You can save your frequent orders. Online pay is great. When you get there all you do is say your name, pick up the pizza and leave. read more

Also, I asked to receive a text message when the driver left this store to deliver my order. The text came in at 5:49 pm telling me the driver was on their way. I waited and waited until 6:15 pm when I called this store asking where the driver was, I was told the text I was received was a mistake. The young lady on the phone told me the driver had just left with my order. My order finally arrived at 6:30 pm. The pizza was warm and the wings were just barely warm. Me and my family venture here once a week for our family funday Friday. We usually go with a large pepperoni pizza, a large cheese pizza and veggie pasta. My husband and my two sons, Timothy and Kyle usually DEVOUR through the two pizza and I happily munch on the pasta until this past Friday. I ordered as usual and was met with hostility as I was told to wear my mask. I felt offended by that remark. I am an AMERICAN women and this goes against constitutional rights! 5/17 We got to our hotel late and just wanted some pizza. The front desk gave us a list of numbers, and this Domino's was the only one still delivering. After a short discussion as to whether or not they delivered to the Country Inn & Suites, we placed our order. We stuck to our usual $5.99 deal. Domino's is one of two places who deliver to our house so we know the menu well. Our order came really quickly and the guy came right up to our room. He was friendly and really thankful for the tip. On December 16, 2017 7:40 pm ,I made an online purchase for my kids. The order told me it would be 32 to 42 minutes for delivery. 1 and a half passed I called the store and I was told it was on the way. So I waited but my order never came... I called back very upset by then it was 10:20 the manager gave me a whole store about a driver not coming back on time. So she refunded my money and told me that my food was being re-cooked and that it was free because of the inconvenience. I said ok thinking my kids would finally get pizza.... But yet again this was a disappointment, the driver came an brought half the order and told me she would be back.. I called the store yet again and the manager said it was coming and she was sorry. So funny that a guy with a dairy allergy would want pizza, but I can get it without cheese and it still be pizza (at least in my book). But I want to talk about great customer service from the manager Chris and his team. I placed an online order and picked it up as normal. I noticed they were doing these new bread twists. I inquired was there any butter on the garlic ones and Chris along with several other team members stated no, it is a Garlic Oil...however looking at it made me suspect. I returned home -3 minutes away, and decided to look this up before I had a very unpleasant evening. Indeed, it is Garlic Oil, but is also infused with cheese and a butter tasting oil and the website says those with milk allergy should avoid. I call back and Chris answers and I tell him my discovery. He absolutely tells me to bring them back and he will make me a fresh batch without the oil. He also provides an in-depth apology. I return back and indeed he has informed me that I have helped them because they did not know and he apologizes again I ask him can he put the garlic and herb seasoning on there *which according to the website is safe for folks like me. Only 1 star since I HAD to leave something, otherwise, it would be NONE.. My company ordered pizzas at 12:20PM for lunch since we didn't have time to go out. They said it would arrive at 1:30PM (over an hour later). We were good with that. 1:40PM rolled around and the pizza still wasn't here. I called and they said the driver had left 15 minutes earlier. 2:00PM I called back and the driver didn't know where she was. Easy to find us, but she NEVER called me to say she was lost. I specifically gave step by step directions while the driver was on hold with her manager. She STILL passed us. Finally the manager said she was right in front of the building. I go up front.. NO ONE... I will Never order from this place again and after reading earlier comments, may be a good thing. Sucks for you Domino's .. Good luck.. Ordering from this Dominos was the worst experience ever. Ordered at 12:00 pm on a Saturday and paid online. Got notification the pizzas were ready at 12:50. Nothing came so called several times and they kept assuring us it was on the way, except during one of our calls where they asked if I could come pick them up. Finally the two pizzas and drinks showed up at 3:45. I declined them because we had ordered from Pizza Hut at 3:00 and they had already arrived. The Dominos driver said she would make sure I received the $30 refund. I didn't so I called the store 4 times during the next 2 weeks. The Sevice is good and the food is always made well and ready to go when I pick it up! I eat here atleast 3 times a week.

My spouse and I ordered at approx 10pm, waited til 11:58pm called the location and was told that my order was sent to a different location. Supposedly, spoke with the manager Wesley and he had a very rude and condescending tone.
