My husband and I have been too busy to cook lately so Domino's has been a quick solution. I'm not even a pizza lover unless it is very California style. However, Domino's in Commerce has been great! They are extremely fast, efficient, friendly and they get our order right every time. I love the on-line ordering. Best of any restaurant period! My husband says they are the chick-fil-a of Pizza! That's a big compliment! And to my surprise, I just got a free pizza....delivered! read more

The service was horrible we waited an 1hr and a half in our pizza for them only to bring 1 pizza! Then he said I'll go grab it and they made a whole another pizza which took another 30 minutes. read more

Ordered pizza online at 5:51pm. at 6:20 got an email stating it will be 110 to 160 minutes for order to be delivered......called the location at 622...was told delivery times were correct, BUT my order was ready if I wanted to pick it up!!!!! #1...2 hour delivery time? They burnt my pizza. They are usually excellent at their job, but today my food my slightly over cooked.

Everytime I order they get something wrong. When I call the store manager was rude and literally just did not care about my concerns.

Would choose zero stars if possible! Extremely rude in the store. Order by phone was told to just bring dominos coupon in when we picked up pizza. When I arrived the lady didn't know how to ring up our order so she just charged me almost $10 extra for a one pizza order. I agreed bc I didn't have a choice. THEN when I asked how long for the pizza she said "I told you 30-45 min". This was the amount of time she gave me when we CALLED! Horrendous service. She also told me the guys she was working with were "being a#*holes". Extremely unprofessional. Loved dominos but will NEVER come here again. read more

When I placed a $30 order the manager refused to take my $100 bill. In order to pay for the pizza I had to go to Walgreens to change the bill. On top of this I forgot to check my order and when I got home I found burned bread instead of hot wings. The only good thing that came from the whole ordeal was a perfect stranger paid for my order before I got back from Walgreens. read more

We ordered three pizzas on 02-08-2020 spent over sixty dollars on there pizzas. They were all cold when they arrived I was furious. Called and spoke with the manager he offered a free pizza I declined I was so mad. I did take the insurance where they offer you 60 points for a free pizza to supposedly make it right as there commercial states. Oh but it's only a two topping medium pizza that really makes it right. I will never ever order from Dominos again especially Commerce Ga. Location. There management sucks. I ordered over $50.00 worth of food items from my local Domino's in Commerce, GA. They totally screwed up my order, so I called up there and they were rude and nasty on the phone. The owner was a complete TOOL, he has no customer service skills whatsoever. He hung up the phone on me like a child. He also cursed at me over the phone, he's a coward and a despicable person. Just ordered buffalo chicken wings online and had them delivered. Got the wrong food and didn't realize it until the delivery person left. I called the store and asked to speak to Manger. Was put on hold for 11 minutes and 34 seconds. Manger told me it was my fault and I ordered the wrong thing. I won't ever order from this Domino's again. read more

I travel with my job so this was something we don't have in my hometown so I decided to go with it. I won't lie when I first drove up I was a little skeptical, it's in a run down shopping center. But looks can be deceiving, and thankfully in this case they were. The place was super clean and the girl working there was super friendly. You could tell she was overwhelmed but her attitude did not show it. I got the build your own pasta with mushrooms, olives, and steak in the bread bowl and it was delicious.
