We ordered tonight for the first time in awhile and we were not disappointed. We got the parmesan wings and dinner box. Everything was great. The pizza had the right amount of sauce, not too much that made it soggy, but enough to taste. Perfect amount of cheese all the way to the crust. Wings were spot on. Breadstick were soft and cheesy. Pizza was just plain bland. Buffet was nearly empty. Some items were clearly old n tomatoes were rancid, floating in thier own milky liquid. Not very many ppl there. Not surprised at that. Yum Brands is changing to Delco, Delivery/Carry Out only. Shuttering 250+ locations in 2026. Franchises of some are floundering. Lavonia location: Lack of building maintenance. A/C inop + locking Men's bathroom doors etc. Jefferson Ga location is in an nearly empty shopping lot DelCo only there. Lack of standards on the buffet which is clearly visible to anyone thinking about eating earned Commerce a 1 star. Prob should have just not rebuilt it. Scary thought here: 99% of pizza huts are franchised. Foreign investors are prob the majority holders. This might explain the poor quality and building neglect. read more

Placed an order on the phone and when I got there no body was at the front. I then saw an employing cleaning the pizza storage racks and after saying excuse me over the span of 15 minutes with no response. After he was done cleaning the rack he went to the back with no response and a lady came to the counter to give me my food. The man never said a word to me the whole time I was there, but fortunately the lady that came to the front was nice. Would not recommend and I will not be returning. read more

There's a rumor that the quality of Pizza Hut food may have improved recently. We decided to give the Hut a try on a Saturday night. There was one waitress in charge of the house, the register, and the phone. I think somebody didn't schedule enough help tonight. We ordered a medium pan supreme and medium thin crust pepperoni pizza. The pepperoni tasted off, and the supreme was decent. With drinks, appetizer, salads, and tip, we ended up paying $60. For that price, we could have had Applebee's. Strike 1, no evening buffet. Strike 2, no pitchers of soda. Strike 3, no taco pizza. Strike 4, the staff were extremely light tonight, and service slow. I wish Pizza Hut returned to some of the practices it had done in the 80s. Practices such as pitchers of soda, metal pans, dark wood paneling, and the classic pointed red Top hut building with the all-glass corner windows. read more

For the second time, we have ordered for delivery & no one showed up way after our expected time of delivery. We called and they mixed up our order with a pick up. So they placed another order for delivery for us and the driver showed up late. The pizza was cold with the wrong type of crust. We will not give them a chance for this to happen a third time. read more

We ordered a large half supreme half Hawaiian (I don't recall their exact name for it) but it came out just as ordered in a timely fashion and the waitress was friendly and kept drinks topped off without being bothersome. When I moved here and found out that they don't deliver I was in shock.. What kind of pizza hut doesn't deliver? So the only thing they have going for them is their lunch buffet and it only goes from 11 to 1 and they open at 11 and have no food out.. plus if you get there toward the end they stop making pizza and you only get whats been left over. Only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is if you happen to make it during the sweet spot, between 11:30 and 12, the food is good and they have a nice salad bar. But I would definitely tell everyone to go to domino's instead. I order from them 2-3 times a month and the food has always been great.. Plus.. they DELIVER! read more

This is the fourth time this Pizza Hut has messed up my order. I ordered online and chose buffalo sauce as my sauce instead of marinara. When I got home, I had marinara on my pizza. Other times they have left off toppings or add toppings I didn't order. I have tried giving this Pizza Hut numerous tries but it continues to disappoint. Help Them Somebody!: First of all, since when does a cashier expect a tip when an order is a pickup? "Tip" should be crossed out on a pick up order receipt. What happened to putting cheese on a pizza and if a store is out of pan crust why wouldn't the person who answers the phone know? On March 4th we picked up 2 pizzas one not being the pan crust we asked for. The cashier told me that she tried to call me back about this but this was a complete lie! Pizza Hut was not on my caller ID nor did she try my cell phone. Originally when I called I asked about specials, one being nothing that we wanted, but she neglected to advise me on the 3 med 1 topping handtossed for $15.00. I was trying to stay on budget after a vacation. When I complained about the crust I had to ask for a discount and then she was obviously upset about not getting a tip. A tip? Don't expect one from a pick up customer! Like I said both pizza were also lacking cheese from 2 inches beyond the crust. We threw one away. read more

I would give half a star if I could! Every time I go there, there is some kind of problem... We once had to go looking for our server after half an hour (we had a late lunch and no one was in the restaurant) when our food and drinks had been long gone and could've used refills... Turns out all the employees were huddled in a booth eating. Another time I went to pick up an order and was ignored by the entire staff. Once again had to search the restaurant for help! This place has horrible service, actually NO service at all (after working years in the food industry I know it's pretty simple to keep a table happy), and the food isn't all that great either. We came in once and a salad and pizza bar were set up.... we asked the server if we could get some and she replied no, that it was over and they were taking it down. Well about 5 minutes later, other customers were filling up plates with the bar food... Every experience I've had there just makes me mad. Papa Johns is right around the corner. Well, I haven't had Pizza Hut (this location only) in quite a while since the last time was disappointing. I decided since the "new and improved" renos had been done thought they might revamp or retrain the staff. Guess that did not happen. I ordered a large take out pizza with pep, bacon and extra cheese, they must have been running low on both pep and bacon because there were 4 pepperoni's and little to no bacon on the pizza. All the extra cheese that was on the pizza was in the middle of the pie instead of spread around and the crust around the pizza was huge. Again....EXTREMELY disappointing!!!! Will not be returning and its too bad because Pizza Hut used to be my go to pizza now its going to be Papa Johns!!!!! read more

When my husband and I got here we waited 5 minutes to be seated, since no one paid attention to us we look for a table ourselves. We waited 5 more minutes to see if one of the waitress would offer us the menu and something to drink, but nothing!!! Out of the sudden another couple just walked in and quickly offer them a table.
