I asked for the manager and was told that he was too busy to come to the phone. Initially, they refused to remake our food or give us a refund. After I told them that I was coming to the store and I expected to speak to the manager they then decided that they would remake my food and I could come and pick it up. I contacted their customer service in order to be refunded the delivery fee and tip that was supposed to go to the driver. I guess he made his money and had dinner. I brought a legitimate issue to their attention calmly and respectfully, and was met with complete indifference. No apology. No concern. No effort to help. I even showed my receipt, and they didn't even bother to ask for it in efforts to fix the issue, something any genuine, professional business would do immediately. That alone shows how little they care about resolving issues or verifying anything. It felt dismissive, lazy, and unprofessional. There was no attempt to fix the situation, no explanation, no accountability, and no basic courtesy. They handle things as though they already got your money, so it doesn't matter. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them says everything. This place failed entirely in that regard. Customers shouldn't feel ignored, brushed off, or treated like an inconvenience for speaking up nor called a bitch.
