Table & chairs available to sit & eat. Food was ready quick & I'm not sure about the prices but everything is higher than snoop dogg right now. A Co-worker chose this spot for lunch one day. I didn't take a minute to look at the menu to see if they served chicken tenders or not, i rather assumed... Anyways, they didn't serve "Chicken Tenders" but had some Chicken Breast left.. The lady treated me as any loving mother would a picky child.. She took the time she didn't have, the energy she didn't need to waste & the initiative to "make something shake" lol. I walked out with a chicken tender basket & a full stomach with food left over! I appreciate that & you more than you'll ever know for that small gesture of kindness, which was huge to me!

The food was good, so I looked forward to the day that he would open a brick-and-mortar restaurant. Well here it is. I ordered the Wednesday special, which consisted of mustard greens over rice, cornbread dressing, and candied yams. It normally comes with baked chicken, but I paid $2 to upgrade to fried fish. The fish was maybe a smidge under salted, but better undersalted than over-salted, and it was otherwise good. The greens were good too, and I especially enjoyed the dressing and yams. My meal was roughly ~$14, which is really fair considering I'll be eating off of it twice. The staff was friendly and my food was ready fairly quickly. The restaurant is a bit bare looking inside, but it's casual and still very new. I will definitely be returning. #blackownedbusiness

I think that's what I love so much about Desi's... the consistency. Every item on their large menu is available everyday. Plus they have specials daily to offer something new. I don't know how they do it all. The marinara for the mozzarella sticks is probably the only thing I haven't liked. Southwest egg rolls are always a hit. The Cow Tipper burger comes piled high with jalapeños, bbq sauce and onion rings - wow! But my favorite has got to be their salad and garlic Parmesan fries. They really have something for everyone. Great drinks, even better food and kind bartenders.

My wing was ready to fly off the plate. Also, the micromanaging is very loud. Having to tell a young adult an open container of sauce needing to be covered with a lid for a to go order is questionable. The constant go do this and that is very controlling especially in front of customers. I wasn't a fan.

My first visit I enjoyed a Vietnamese iced coffee (espresso and condensed milk) and beignets, which were so delicious. I have returned for another cup of coffee and well as their chargrilled shrimp Vietnamese poboy and rare round eye or eye round pho. The poboy is absolutely wonderful and the pho was delicious. The purple potato bubble tea with extra cheese foam was especially delicious and aromatic with the perfect level of sweetness (50%).
